This place is unprofessional as you get!! The woman working there is sorry as the women up there begging for money!! Child support is bull, jus another reason to keep a good man away from his kids... They want families separate so they can get paid off it! Good luck guys💋

This office is so unprofessional and unorganized. My caseworker is terrible. I would say that I am surprised that she is employed, but reading these reviews, I see that she is right at home. The ONLY time I got any movement was when I contacted the higher up; and Im talking about the supervisors supervisors supervisor. -_- Absolutely ridiculous.

Couldn’t reach no one. Just sad

Been waiting for months and...nothing. Emails “, phone calls and even voicemails go unanswered. I’ve been given no sort of guidance or timeline on what to expect. Veryyyyy disappointing.

Had a court date. Was told it was moved.. Went to court on new date.. Wasent on the docket.. And wasent on the original date docket.. Case been moved from worker to worker.. Im over this b.s. give me my kids and leave us alone.

Been paying for 14 years. She kicked the kids out last month and they dont seem too movitaved to get her to pay me now since they live with me .Im still paying her actually. It was an emergency hearing to take my paycheck when she went to get my money years ago. Not much urgency now. They said it would be 2 months before I can get a hearing . almost seems like theres a double standard . but surely not .

One of the most unorganized offices I have ever seen! When you call, they barely answer, and when they do answer, they dont know what the heck is going on to provide any type of help. Its a shame that I have to sign up for other assistance programs to get the enforcement that THIS OFFICE GETS PAID TO DO. They have all these rules and regulations set but only follow them when its convenient for them. How are you my worker and dont know a damn thing about my case EVERYTIME I call? I am very frustrated with the lazy people at FORSYTH COUNTY CHILD SUPPORT. Get on your jobs and do better!

Most dont know what their jobs are. They lie for each other, cover their own tails continuously. They treat the primary caretaker oflf children like they are the ones breaking the law. They are a waste of space and I cant believe they actually recieve a paycheck when there are millions of dollars of uncollected child support.

I have been round and round with this office trying to get my ex who is over $20,000.00 behind in Childsupport to at least pay something in arrears. They finally tock him to court & ordered him to pay $11.00 on his arrears every month. I get a letter in the mail stating that I am qualified for a review to have my child support increased. After my 5th call and holding on the phone for 45mins. For the 5th time. My case worker stated well you know you may not get an increase or it could be decreased. Trying to talk me out of taking my ex back to court. Let me tell everyone something, I am disabled due to my ex physically abusing me, out of work now, he has seen our children 6 times in 5 years & I have NEVER not one time had an increase since 2002!!!! The rules & guidelines are there to follow! No one wants to do their jobs! Childsupport enforcement is going to love it, if I hire an attorney to enforce them to do their job. Oh and wait Childsupport collected his tax money in March. I have yet to receive it. I am fed up with this office & will look futher for help.

They changed our case worker months ago without even telling us, trying to get the current one on the phone for two weeks but the front desk person couldnt find her and asked for a message. Didnt transfer us to her phone or give us an email address or anything. Left a message four days ago and still havent heard back from this woman.

I thought your child support worker was suppose to work for you, not the other party, who has a worker of their own in another state. Horrible, lying, manipulative women.

Help you get that child support

Everyone has said it all. Case worker never knows anything then wants to say he does this all day everyday. Well dont treat me like everyone else because every case is different. They need some training.
