I recently moved into a new home and had all of the hardwoods downstairs sanded and refinished, and also had new hardwoods installed upstairs. Jesse and Kathryn were great and very easy to work with. Kathryn does all the scheduling and she is on top of things, and I appreciate how responsive she is. Their crew that came to do the work was also really great to work with. They showed me a good selection of options for the stain/finish and got the job done on time. Most importantly, the floors are beautiful!

Heritage Hardwood Floors are very professional and one of the best values of the various flooring companies that we checked out. They were also very caring and helped us fix a mistake that a DIFFERENT company made.Before my wife and I moved into our new home, we had hired a different company to refinish the floors and we thought we got a deal with the affordability. Unfortunately, the floors started degrading immediately and left brown residue on the bottom of socks and furniture. The original company took no responsibility for their error and left us out to dry. So we reached out to different companies to see if there are ways to repair/fix the issue.Out of the several companies that we reached out to, only Jesse and Kathyrn at Heritage really showed us any type of compassion and worked with us to try various options. We eventually decided that the best solution was to place vinyl flooring over the floors and Heritage also offered the best price for that work.And the job they did turned out great, including several intricate cuts. We will certainly recommend Heritage Floors to others.

My floors were 50+ years old and under carpet for a number of years. Heritage came in and made the appear brand new. I took a wall down, and the replacement flooring matches perfectly. Great job Ken and Dan!

My husband and I are so grateful for having heritage wood floors restore our 95 year old wood floors in our home. I came across them on google and loved the display of the website. I called for a estimate and Kathryn and Jesse were amazing to work with. Both are extremely professional and respond in a timely manner when you call or email. Their staff arrived at our home on the day that was agreed upon and they kept us involved the entire week on the progress of our project. It’s hard to find companies that are professional and display great work ethic. Heritage wood floors is one of them and I would strongly encourage you to hire them for your home or business.

Both Kathryn and Jesse were fantastic through our renovation project. They were very timely and upfront they have their own installers and sub- contractors. They told us if we wanted the work done quickly the subs would be more expensive the difference in waiting 2 weeks longer was worth waiting for. The work they did was excellent as they guided us through material choices. We would highly recommend them.

Would not use again. The floors look good, however it took longer than anticipated. Many spots were missed and they had to come back twice more. However that is not really what irritated me, its the stain that is on my walls, my furniture, light switches, door, and kitchen cabinet. If you want people that come and take special care, taping everything and making sure to clean up after themselves this is not the place to use. I asked that my kitchen cabinets be covered with plastic while they worked and they were covered for a few hours until they accidentally cut my fridge water line with their sander and then they needed to use my kitchen sink for some reason and took the plastic down and it was never put back. After they left that day I noticed fresh stain on the front of my white kitchen cabinet in front of my sink, which I luckily caught in time and was able to remove. The stain on the walls and door did not come off without taking paint with them so now I have to repaint those. My couch had a big brown hand print right next to where they were working and it smelled of stain, it is new so i am hoping my warranty will cover it. However there were too many inconveniences during this job that are now going to cost me more money.

Great company overall from start to finish. Great at knowing and discussing best flooring options for my situation. They were accommodating to schedule changes on my end and showed up and completed project on time. Very pleased. Would highly recommend them.

We used Heritage for our floors upstairs. We were very satisfied with the service and the quality of their work. Our floors look amazing. We would recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish their floors.

We hired Heritage Hardwood Floors to sand and finish our exterior ipe wood sunroom (exterior decking & vertical boards). Every part of working with Jesse & Kathryn was top notch. They were able to go over everything with us from reviewing the available finishing products to the application techniques which I really appreciated. Scheduling with them was quick & direct (even though we had to work around the weather) and most importantly to me they showed up when they said they would!! Finish product looks fabulous, crew was great and we wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Jesse and his staff were timely, thorough and did an awesome job in refinishing our existing hardwood floors as well as laying new flooring down in our family room. No mess, gorgeous floors and their dust containment system greatly minimized the mess!

He knows the ins and outs of hardwood floors, has strong recommendations, good hunches, and is a superb problem solver. These guys stand by the quality of their work, and they genuinely want customers to be 100% satisfied (or theyll make it right). We ran into some problems with our flooring job because of bad decisions made by other contractors, and Jesse went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend!

Heritage Hardwoods refinished my living room and hall and did an excellent job! The guys who did the work Nick and Josh were very professional and did a great job! I would recommend Heritage Hardwoods to anyone that wants a quality job at a reasonable price.

1800 SQ ft of flooring went in for a week in mid December. They corrected things we asked to fix. Floors still look great!

Efficient, polite and thorough service. They also removed spots from a previous sanding which a less conscientious company said could not be fixed!

Best place to get your hardwoods resanded and or installed.
