Elite Clean was highly recommended to us by several friends. Within a few days of our call, Chris Blankenship visited our property and emailed us a very fair and detailed quote. After we scheduled our appointment, I needed to change the time and Chris was very understanding and flexible. He was timely, professional and very careful with our furniture and window treatments. We had not had our windows cleaned in over a decade and the results were incredible. We plan to have him clean our roof and deck in the spring as well as our windows on an annual basis. We are grateful for his outstanding service and professionalism and strongly recommended him. He is a great guy and we look forward to working with him again in the future!

What a great job. When I sold my house the finished basements carpet was a mess. The carpet in that room had only been cleaned with a rug doctor and that was years ago. Elite Clean came in with their super steam cleaning machine and made that carpet look brand new. They have some type of pet deodorizer that works wonders also.When I moved into my new place Elite Clean came out and cleaned the previous owners dirt and grime out of the carpets. It was another great job.I highly recommend Elite Clean.

I am so thrilled with the service we received today from Elite and can not recommend them highly enough. Kyle is a rockstar and did a phenomenal job; he cleaned our hallway, bedroom, and walk-in closet. He also cleaned our giant living room rug for us in the 3-room price, which I wasn’t expecting at all. I was fully prepared (and happy) to pay an additional cost for the rug. We previously used a different company to clean our carpets (through a Groupon - terrible decision), and they literally took out a measuring tape and measured every single inch to try to get as much additional money from us as possible. I will only use Elite going forward – they are an amazing company!

I had gotten six quotes, with only one less expensive, but they couldn’t do the work for several weeks and I wanted it done within a week of the quotes. Having used Elite Clean to clean the carpets in a rental house several years ago, I knew they would do a great job cleaning all the carpet in my own home. They hadnt been professionally cleaned in the 13 years Ive lived here, so I didnt know just how well they would look after cleaning. I believe the carpet may be about 23 years old! I contacted Chris at Elite who quoted an extremely reasonable price, and we scheduled a cleaning. He would be sending Christian. Christian arrived bright and early on the appointed day at the appointed time and was wonderful to deal with. He clearly explained the process and the drying time and how be careful walking on the wet carpet if we needed to...which we did, safely and without ill effects on the cleaning. By the next morning every thing was dry and looked amazing! Im definitely going to be using them again and telling all my friends about this great service.

Fantastic job. The roof looked great immediately. A few places with some residue washed off with the next rain as promised. The gutters are clean and the eves look like they have been painted. Its so easy to schedule online via their website and I received text messages with updates on the appointment throughout the process. Overall the job was good with a few exceptions.1. A lot of things were moved, from trash cans, to welcome mats, and brooms and mops. None of these items were put back where they were. If there was a reason for this, I should have been told; otherwise, it feels like disrespect or at least a rush job. Either way, I didn’t like the fact that it looked as if a hurricane had come through and scattered stuff to the winds. I was not told about this in advance; that things would have to be moved and would not be re-placed.2. The left side of the house on the very front, the area where the jutter is was not touched. So the most important front side is like half done. If anything, more attention should be paid to the front street side of the house, which is what people see as the go by.3. There was some dead vines on the side of the garage attached to the siding that were ignored. If I call myself cleaning the side of the garage, I don’t see why this was overlooked. It took me about 15 min to pull them off afterwards. Again, it’s like it was a rush job and considering it was done on a Saturday, maybe it was.
