I have not had great experiences at other locations but decided to check this one out. They blew me away with their professionalism and kindness. Lillian explained a membership to me, to make sure I got the best bang for my buck. They made sure I was happy with my wash and even let me go through again because there was a few spots that needed extra attention. The guy Austin got me fresh towels and a new spray bottle to clean the inside. When I went back to take advantage of the membership the other guys were so awesome and helpful; they were able to answer all my questions and made me feel so welcome.

This location is awesome. Im picky about my car and dont let just anyone touch it. These guys were so helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The location was clean and you can tell they take care of their equipment to ensure quality washes. I will definitely be back.

They were great when they first started. Unfortunately, the quality and service have gone downhill. The car wash it still still gives the car a good wash however, often some of the vacuums are broken and even when they are working properly, they have often been out of cloths and spray to use on cars. There are also very few staff around to ask questions of. There used to always be staff around. And with decreased service they have up their prices. I am aware that it is very difficult to find staff almost anywhere right now. However, the staff they do have could possibly be trained to be a little bit more customer service focused. Obviously this doesnt reflect every single person but its definitely the general experience.

Use to be 5 stars, but pricing has increased and quality has gone down. Was supposed to get the pre-wash prep from the attendant but he only sprayed the one side of my car and I believe the car wash isnt working as well as it used to because my car was still dirty. Attendance did offer to let me run the car wash again but unfortunately time is valuable and I needed to be somewhere in a clean car.

I enjoy going to Zips. I love the way my car looks after it’s finish.

The unlimited wash deal is a great idea. I like being able to get my car washed whenever I need it. Its a good, quick wash. They also really keep the line moving.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR CAR WASHES!!! 1st time using this car wash and my brand new vehicle was damaged - paint chipped down to the metal. I immediately canceled my membership and filed a claim. 6 weeks later I and STILL waiting on the claim to be settled. On top of that, they automatically charged me for the next month of the membership after I canceled. Calling the main number is useless because they just give you the run around and are rude. Was told I had to physically go to the location to get my refund, which is very inconvenient!I will be contacting my attorney if these matters are not resolved in the next week!

I got the unlimited car wash plan to try it out. Didnt clean my car very well so I went to cancel through their website. They tell you to submit a ticket 7 days in advance. 9 days and still no response. Go check out Sams right down the road. Much better car washEdit: very easily cancel your membership by going to the actual store itself. Very friendly staff in the shop as well. The website is useless. Hope this helps!

This Zips car wash is amazing!! all the employees are so friendly especially lilly! they helped me with everything i needed even though i was in a rush. Austin, Logan, Ethan, Dion, Javi, Payton and Osvaldo are great employees!

Austin informed be of the promotion Zips was currently running, $15 to join unlimited for s month, after a month the price would increase to 20/30/and so on depending on what package. I got the $30 dollar package since I wash my car about every week (which comes to $40 of I picked the cheapest option. Which I dont). Well worth it go avid car wash go-ers!

Worst car wash ever. I only got the basic service but still. Im pretty sure my car is dirtier now than before. I know it didnt get all of the pollen off. I have no idea where the mud and white flecks came from. Free vacuums you say?....you get what you pay for. The towels are a nice touch but dont expect to have them at your area.

I have been happy with the car wash itself. My complaint is with the website and there is no local number to call and talk with someone. I was charged twice for my membership and have put in a ticket on the website with no response. I called and left a message which Im sure I wont get a response for also. I would like to be refunded the money I have been charged!!

I canceled my account after my fiancé was charged twice. Has put in 2 separate tickets and is still waiting for a response. She leaves a comment here and they tell her to do another ticket. I wonder if it will get a no response again.

My car was still dirty. Was NOT happy and will most likely would never waste my money there.

This particular location has a couple of areas for improvement. They are frequently out of the cloths that they provide for you to dry and clean your vehicle after the wash. Also routinely the attendant doesnt pre-spray the front and rear of the vehicle it seems that its dependent on their mood. Also when the armor All is applied to the vehicle the rollers are consistently dirty and leave dirt black residue on your rims afterwards.

I came here and the car wash looks really cool and everything, besides the guy being very rude to me. but afterwards I noticed that my turn signal didn’t work anymore. I got out and saw that the car wash had broken my headlight and it makes a weird sound now

I signed up for a month of their unlimited wash club with the top level package which supposedly includes a bug prep. They only do the bug prep about 25 percent of the time and the car often still looks dirty after a wash and it isnt very effective. I submitted a cancellation request through their website a week before it was supposed to renew as that is what the paperwork said to do to cancel. This has been ignored for 3 weeks now and they charged another month to my credit card.

The vacuums are always clogged. Nobody wants to have to move their car to the next station. This is the third time I couldnt vacuum my truck as needed. I pay at least $35 a month. The car wash itself is Great! I should get a discount!

My go to car wash. A little pricey but they do a good job cleaning my cars and the vacuums work well.

Love this site in particular! Ive driven through multiple times in a day and was pleasantly surprised they were considered essential back when Covid-19 reared its head. Kudos to the person that thought to add an overhead sunscreen so that the barcode subscription is read easier by the camera.

It used to be good place to wash and vacuum but now it barely cleans your car and very poor job with tires and they turned down the vacuum pressure so it doesnt get your rugs cleaned anymore. Very sad how bad it is now I did love going there every weekend and now I will never go again.

Automatic carwash that is good enough to get the job done. Complimentary vacuums are nice too. The pandemic has caused them to limit the complimentary towels and Windex for good reason. The $16 wash and wax is a waste of money though. I recommend you go somewhere else if you need a wax. Dont think they offer hand waxing here

Zips was a great location for my grand opening

I got the $20 car wash and my car was clean. There are plenty of free vacuums and rug beaters and the parking area was clean.

Did not do a good job of washing my car. Liked it better when it was Sudz. This is the 2nd Zips Ive been to and my car was still very dirty. Should have been better for $20. Waste of money. Will not go again.

Never go to this place! Our vehicle was damaged due to one of the machines malfunctioning. The staff filled out an incident report and let us know the manager would contact us. The manager called a few days later, requested that we get them a couple estimates and they would pay for the repair, which we did and gave them a few days later. This was the last we heard from them. Called at least 30 times over the past 3 months and the manager will not return our call at all.This happened in June, it is now end of September with months of no response!

This was the best drive throw car wash i have ever experienced

First off, truck did not come clean, not even close! Second, there were no towels available at all. Third I went to use the vacuum and the one side that I was on barely moved are at all so I had to switch sides to the one that actually did vacuum. The overall appearance of the place look like a train wreck as well. Trash overflowing and in the parking spots to vacuum.

They need more help

$15 car wash with the bug repellent didn’t do anything really it washed literally my side windows and back window. My front and the lower sides of my car looks like I didn’t even get a car wash. Complete waste of money, never returning.

Their machine does a really good job cleaning your car. Its a little expensive but worth it because they give you all the things you need to detail your car. They have booths to drive into after the wash, free vacuum, Windex, rags, air hose, and a place to rinse your mats. I live on a dirt Rd and every time it cleans it spotless!

I enjoy coming here to get my car washed, much bigger then the one on hanes mall blvd.

Fast in and out. Cant wait to use their windex and cloth after this scamdemic is over.

Went yesterday on my lunch break to wash my car and the vacuum I had to use was broken and kept falling apart and my car wasnt even clean from the was you can see the marks from the brush all over my car I had to come back to work and clean the wheels it just wasnt a good experience

Went on Monday evening around 7pm and the car wash kept cutting on and off. My car ended up having soap all over it and nobody seemed to care or help. Had to drive down the street and spend $9 at Sam’s express. As a monthly member, this is pretty unacceptable.

4.3 rating but I went today, 9/8/19. No towels or spray bottles. When I ask an employee, he said people have been taking the towels, why in the HELL do I care! Why wasnt I told this BEFORE I PAID!! Had problems once before over car not being clean and spoke to some arrogant fellow, Mike or Mark, who only wanted to tell me junk about his machines not being broken, even though I told him I saw it myself. I went up the street to another car wash and they were GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally I really love Zips, but the past three times that I have been the worse it has gotten. I hope that their quick growth is not hampering their services because it really is a terrific place. The past 3 times there have been no towels to dry the car, the towels they brought out were regular black dish towels, and the staff did not even spray or prep my car before the washes. Hopefully, they resolve the issues because I do hate to give a negative review of such a great concept!

Hands down the best car wash experience! I only did the basic, but I highly recommend it. For $7 you get a 4-5 minutes of multicolored ethereal beauty... plus free vacuum usage! Do it! Best party in town!

The Wave car wash and Sams Xpress way better than this one.

Does not do what you pay for. Payed for the tire shine and when it didnt do it I informed the folk working there and they handed me a bottle of the shine and a rag.

I tried a more local car wash several times, hoping each time, it would get better, to no avail. My car still looked dirty when I left there and I am not sure how that one person got free vacuuming...I had to pay $ 1.00 for maybe 2 minutes and just said forget it. My husband told me about a car wash on University that I finally tried yesterday. It was amazing. For $7.00, my car looks clean, inside and out. The wash was great. They give you FREE, unlimited use of a vacuum AND free use of towels and windex! It is a little further out of the way, but, not bad. They have found a new customer. Thank you Zips Car Wash! You rock!!!

Very dishonest billing and handling of financial instruments. I went in on Monday 2/10 and attempted to purchase a membership and the machine charged my card the membership fee of $23.95 then froze up and the machine then said it was unable to complete the transaction and printed out a receipt showing the charge and then a local void for the same transaction. It would not let me in the wash so they had to manually open the gate. I went inside and attempted to get the pass and was turned away saying that the funds would be back on my card at the latest Tuesday. Its now Wednesday and the charge posted with no refund. I dont live in Winston so now Im going to have to drive all the way back to have them manually refund me. Very inconvenient!!!

Not sure if I caught them on a bad day, but seems like this place needs some TLC! Vacuums along left side are non-working and have been like that for 2 weeks! Went to the right side and vacuum extension fell off!. Clean towels are nowhere near dry! Cleaning sprayer (nozzle) was broken! Will not be returning!

Ive had the unlimited package for about 4 months and the washing and drying for less than desirable I often have to go home and towel the vehicle off in a lot of spaces. And if Im going to be doing all that work I might as well go through a regular drive thru where they towel it at the end.

NICE! Weekdays until 11am is the time to go. 1/2 off! At first it seems a little expensive, but the fact they offer unlimited use of a vacuum, towels and glass cleaner to use adds to the value. If its busy, dont stay over 10 minutes. If its slow though you can take your time.

This car wash used to be suds up and when it first started it did a great job. Suds up began to decline and so the sold it to zips which now is operating on the old suds up equipment so it is still in decline. The station where you was your mats has now changed from a high pressure water system to your basic garden hose. The wash does a decent job even though as i stated before it used to do better. The tire shine now never completely covers all four tires as it used too. Aside from all the cons a few pros are that the vacuums have good suction and it is free and rags are provided as well as cleaner. There also are machines with air freshners and armor all.

This is a great value if you do the early bird special, but it did rip my antenna off. Not their fault, but there werent warnings posted about that until after it had happened. I didnt know that was a potential issue. Good carwash, nice that there are lots of vacuuming spaces and towels to wipe down the car.

I have been to two different locations this month one in clemmons and one in Winston salem . I have now spent 40 dollars on two car washes and did not get my car totally clean . I have tried multiple times to call and no one ever answers and their mail box is full so you can’t even leave a message .

Excellent service. Cleans very well. Great price!!! Name a place you can go and clean your vehicle every day, all day for a low price of $22 a month. Hell, I spend that on supplies alone. Oh, did I mention you get tire dressing on each and every wash, free towels to dry, free mat cleaning system, and free window cleaning. Who ever came up with, is a freakin’ genius!!!

PHELICIA WHISONANTI called several times to cancel my membership and they refused to cancel it and continued to take out of my account. I even called and left a message to speak with a manager and no one called me back and yet they still took out my account. This place does not even deserve a star at all...And yes they still are taking out of my account and the date is now 11-14-15. Where is the owner because this becomes a reflection in YOU now!!!I would go in person but I’m 9 hours away, but soon as I get back in town, this car wash will hear from me. So be expecting me 11-21-2018 since you to sorry and lazy to return phone calls. Oh and I see I’m not the only one having this problem. You rip offs!!!

Love this place. Great monthly deal and friendly staff. Weekends are VERY busy and vacuum stations are crowded so I usually go during the week.

Started out strong, was happy to get a membership, now they suck, they turn out all lights at 715 to look closed, I never get to use my membership anymore. The car wash down the road is slightly cheaper and those guys practically wash the whole exterior before my suv goes into the car wash. Dont waste your money here on a membership.

Jeep drivers who have lights bars, beware this place could damage your products, as it bent & twisted my top light bar. There was no sign present to enter at your own risk. The show was amazing, but this happened; if nothing was damaged I would give it a 5 star review.

Their car wash is ok but they were closed for no apparent reason and put no signage out . Now there is barley any vacuum to use i am going to cancel my subscription
