$32 for a full wash isnt bad. Only thing you need to remember is that you need to take out any bags or anything on the seats. The person who did mine, vacuumed around it and left sand in the seat. Next time, I will remember to take everything out and hold it until theyre done. But overall a good job.

Truly superb care of your vehicle after coming through the wash/rinse. Can only give 4 stars due to ridiculously long amount of time spent for each of the stations of completion. We can easily see & understand the time consuming, meticulous wipe-downs, inside & outside. NO idea why it took 25 mins. to just vacuum, then send it through the wash in neutral. Whats normally a 10-15 min. errand took over 45 mins. GREAT care in wipe-down inside & out, but absurd delay before you see your vehicle finally come through the wash. What were they doing with my car for 25 extra mins., totally out of our vision?!

As always get the full value of your dollar for wash. As a general rule dry and wipe down great. Last couple of trips Ive been disappointed in window cleaning. Cant tell how smeared they are until sun or headlights hit windshield. New people last two trips so hopefully itll improve. High hopes. I like this car wash.

Went two weeks ago and due to Covid and work schedule hadnt had time to get a complete detail... They worked a miracle on my interior and restored to new condition.. Just left after asking the guy at the front to hand me a towel to clean the interior myself! Got the vip package but not sure why! The car had barely been wiped inside I did it my self! Vacuum? I can understand tha dog hair is hard to get out, but not the rest! The corners where filthy with crums, and they didnt vacuum under the front carpets! Crums everywhere! I will just clean it at home next time ! Not worth a penny or my time. And no apology from anyone, all he said was its hard to get the dog hair out, and another guy said that the car was really dirty when I brought it. Like duh thats why I brought it to be professionally cleaned and paid for the vip service. Dont go here! They watched me clean it myself

The wash was fine but the interior vacuum person left the carpets unfinished with hair and dirt on the carpets and in-between the seats. The interior was left with excess oil on all the surfaces. After spending 30 bucks and a 10 dollar tip, I expected a lot more. Thats what I get for not looking at the interior before I tip. Will not return.

I always get my car washed here. You get the benefit of getting it vacuumed and washed for a really good price. Instead of getting washed only in the outside by a machine. I enjoy coming here. The results are always good. I hope more people came to businesses like this. You get so much more.

I have an suv and I have been going there for years and been very happy until the last time I went there. I use to get the works on my car for $21 dollars and the last time I went in there it cost me over $31 dollars and I felt that was way to much. I looked on the prices in there web site and I don’t even see a wash for $31 dollars. So why was I being overcharged? What is the real price? If it’s $31 I won’t be going back. I’m sorry but that’s to much and I always give them a tip on top of it. I wish someone would tell me the real price ?

Used to be a good place to get your vehicle washed but i just went today and the quality of service has went extremely down. The attitudes of the workers and the quality of work they put out shouldnt even be considered good enough to keep a business open and running.

The people who clean your car at the end of the process are the ones who really determine how clean your car will be...your car will come out of the automated washer as dirty as it was before entering....in my opinion this car wash is nothing but a hack

Do not waste your money!! For $30 plus tip, they refused to wash my drivers side rubber mat without an extra charge. They left trash under the seats. They didnt vacuum the seat well. I had to go in afterwards and wipe dripping water and leftover residue. They didnt wipe and clean dirt from around the gear shift and under the parking brake. The cup holders were a sloppy. The response was, not everyone has rubber mats to wash and dry, so its an extra charge and just tell them what to fix. So, good luck communicating with language barriers and then gives you attitude. Also, if fewer people have them, then just include it in be a top-tier wash. The manager on duty could if cared less if I was happy. As a graduate student furloughed due to a covid scare, money is tight, and treating myself to a nice car wash and detail brings me joy in these trying times.Ive spent less money and have had better service and treated with respect elsewhere.If I wanted to blow $35, I’d just do it myself.

Let me start by saying...WOW! Talk about great service! From my first contact with the greeter that explained my service options to my last when I was handed my keys, I received stellar service. Sounds a bit much for a car wash I know, but all in all that’s why I’m spending the time to write a review. So on this day, I had the time for a professional car wash, and that’s exactly what I got...a pro car wash. After my car was out of the actual wash, 3 people dried it off, and then the lady that stayed to finish up, really really went to work! She didn’t miss a spot and If there was a smudge, she found it. Her work on the inside of the windows was unbelievable. Spending upwards of 15 minutes time, she polished them crystal clear! Not one spot was left untouched, and by this time my car was gleaming. From the roof to the wheels, pristine clean! Believe me, I left her a tip well deserved. I highly recommend this car wash location and company. You won’t get just an average days car wash here. Try Magnum Car Wash yourself. You too will be glad you did.

Today is the second time I’ve gone and I may not again. Four things happened that made me question whether I should come back: it was tough to communicate with the lady who greeted me when I first came in. She could not speak English hardly at all. This happened the first time I went as well. It was tough to communicate with the man who greeted me and I was confused as to what I was paying for. Secondly, today I paid for a VIP wash and she showed me on a tattered piece of paper that it cost $15. I went in to pay for it, and ended up paying 20.33...subtotal was $19. Third, with the VIP wash, I paid to have my car’s interior detailed. The cabin was fine, but they did not vacuum my trunk area, which was still dirty when I checked. My floor mats were not clicked back into place properly, I had to do that myself. Lastly, the young man at the counter did not inform me that my car was done being detailed so I sat there waiting having no clue what was going on or when it was okay to go get my car. There is room for improvement here

This location is easy to find and get to right off I-40 across from Speedway. It is a full service wash & detail center. They have 4 wash/detail options: Express $8, Basic $13, VIP: $19, Executive $30 (a couple dollars more each for vans & SUVs). They r open 7 days a week. All employees wear masks but most do not speak any english. We pulled up & asked what was on the executive wash & she immediately walked off & printed a paper saying that we were getting the Executive wash/detail for $30. So, we just got out & went inside 2 pay. They have all kinds of things 4 sale 2 look @ while u r waiting 4 them 2 finish w/ur car like steering wheel covers, floor mats, cupholder ashtrays, cupholder organizers, phone or GPS holders, keychains, pepper spray & several kinds of car fresheners like Yankee Candle, Refresh, etc.They have public restrooms, a drink machine, a snack machine, & a couple of gumball machines n the waiting area. We were there we waiting around 30mins but they did a wonderful job on the car, inside & outside! It looks & smells wonderful!!!***Right now if u buy $50 n gift cards u receive a free basic wash.***

Ive visited this location several times. Theres 2 lines for the cars, I was in the shortest line for 10 minutes waiting before the next two customers came rolling in. They did their cars first and told me you have to be in the right line. Its not first come first serve. They may do 3 other people who arrived after you first. Ill never visit magnum carwash again.

It was a pleasant experience even though they didnt clean my rims the first go around. I brought my car back and the guy came out a wipe them. So why were they still not $35 clean. I wasnt feeling so I just left.

I am a frequent customer to Magnum Auto Wash. I have nothing but good things to say about this Business.They have a comfortable waiting area while youre waiting on your vehicle to be cleaned. Inside and outside waiting area. The staff are very hard workers.If they accidentally overlook something. Just mention it to them. With a smile. They will quickly take care of it. Their prices are also extremely reasonable.

Extremely disappointed in the results. Did not vacuum the car worth a damn.The back of my SUV was not even touched. Charity (the cashier who did not greet me and acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there)told me I had to pay $2 more to vacuum out the back. I guess full service means something else to them. I read the sign and nowhere on there did it say back of car/suv is extra! I did not receive air freshener. The man did a half a$$ed job wiping the inside down. We run a business so I understand customer service. I still tipped him despite the poor job. Highly recommend NOT to take your car here.

My go-to place for car wash. Its not fancy at all, but they do a great job. You have to make sure they vacuum the back. But the same people have been working there over 20 years! I always tip!

We come here often and most of the family does and when I asked to have the back of my suv vacuumed out they charged for VIP( which wasn’t a problem) but before leaving we checked the car and the back wasn’t done. I went back inside and the lady at the desk was very nice and said yes just go back to the third row. Well we get there and the lil old man didn’t say he would do it unless we paid two dollars more which we did. And then went inside to ask if we REALLY paid extra. As if we were lying about it ..... needless to say we will not be back

They do clean my truck very well but they are extremely slow. One guy was on his phone and that was more important than doing his job. Over 45 minutes to get the wash complete. If you have 45-60 minutes to wait, this is your place. Not mine anymore.

I paid for the rear of the vehicle to be vacuumed, they didnt do it.... The quality of overall service isnt like it used to be. I tipped 7 dollars, didnt see all the misses until I got home. Inspect their work.

I was amazed. Excellent job. And their cost was $20 dollars less than the small town cost. 2nd time I just need my windows cleaned. They did low cost again. Do not take your car here! Did a horrible job cleaning. Didnt vacuum seats. Was reassured that my trunk would be vacuumed, and it looks untouched; still covered with pine needles. Waste of money and time.

Recently had a oil change at the Silas Creek location and the staff was friendly and the service was great. Got in & out within 15 minutes if that. Going to try the car wash side next, they are always busy so must be doing something right 😉

I really wanted to like this car wash. Ive been to car washes similar to this one in Lexington and Salisbury and they do a fantastic job. So I thought that Magnum would be about the same. Sadly it was nowhere near the same. The best thing was the price - at $21 for a SUV, I though that was pretty decent. But at the end, it just was not worth even that. I had to go to a self-car wash afterwards to vacuum what hey left behind of the floorboards and all of the cargo compartment, which they did not vacuum at all. The windows were still dirty, so I had to clean those too when I got home. Sorry, Magnum, I wont be back. I would rather pay an extra $10 and get my car cleaned somewhere else.

Prices are in line with what you would get from Autobell. Staff was pretty helpful and nice and courteous. The detailers need a little bit of help, but with the volume at this place gets its no surprising. Would definitely recommend and will use again if in town

They do a pretty thorough job cleaning the inside and outside of your vehicle and are relatively fast. Reasonable priced. Be prepared to tip.

I continue to give this place try after try... Only to be disappointed every time. It is now 11:35 am and I was the 3rd car in line BEFORE they OPENED @ 11:00 AM. They are just now vacuuming. When I inquired at the front desk why there seemed to only be 3 people working, she said I dont know. Im only the cashier. Maybe the nature of the business, but if you arent staffing adequately or you have employees not showing up... Maybe you need to make changes. As Ive been typing this review, two others have complained and Ive seen 4 cars back up and leave. Sad customer service. I wont return.

The staff was nice and friendly it was quick but no well done like you could tell it had been cleaned and for the most part it was but later on when it dried you could tell that there were a lot of things that were not cleaned properly like take for example the passenger window had too many streaks yet the driver side window was spotless also most of my windshield was streaky as well the only part that I felt was done well was the vacuuming part other than that there were many uncleaned places also this place is advertised as hand wash but they drive it through a care wash and than clean it with rags that’s not really hand washed in my opinion btw but hey you get what you pay for

This place has had some kind of ownership or a vast employee change and it isnt in a positive way. Was off put on my last visit when I noticed the change, but decided to give them another chance today. Customer service is poor. The guys that do the vacuuming where too busy arguing about their break to take my car and the cashier was just generally rude. Wash quality, especially interior detail isnt close to what it used to be.Will be looking for a new full service place.

I wont get them to do the inside of my car! A little over a year ago the workers got liquid into my car stereo. The owner wouldnt pay for damages!! So...whenever I do go there...I only get the outside and rims done.

Took my brand new truck here and immediately noticed fine swirls in the paint. Wash your car yourself (with proper tools / chemicals) or hire a professional detauker and save your paint.

Paid for full service. The outside is ok but the inside looks like she just moved around the things and did not even wiped my cupholders or anywhere near it. Everything from the inside looks the same.

This place is great. For just a few dollars more than a gas station car wash, theyll wash the outside and vacuum & wipe down the inside, including windows and wheels.

I will let them shine my tires only. I have a convertible and they hand wash it because I do not want it to go through the wash. Lousy job for the price. Windows streaked, forgot to vacuum it out, they use one towel for everything. They used the same clothe over and over. I will NOT go back!!

WORSE CAR WASH EVER!!! Paid for the VIP. They half way started on our car then they pull up a car next to ours and stop working on ours to go that car and near got it completely finish with it before I had to go ask my they stopped working on our car to finish theres only 2 guys came and half assed it!! They didnt clean the cup holders they didnt clean the compartment but they sure could steal all the change except for a damn quarter and a penny.. They did not whip the windshield, they half way clean the dash board, did not whip down the doors on the inside or clean where the shifter is.They left every window streaked! They half assed vacuumed the front and back seats and floor boards, there is still stuff all over it. We had to stand there and finish there damn job while they went and worked on another car. I think its pure racism because we were two white girls and every worker is Mexican or Spanish speaking and they people behind us was too and the car they went to while we had finish our car was Spanish speaking. So white people dont go there. I demanded to speak to a manager but they was not there so I demanded a refund at least they did that..

Definitely the way to go when it comes to car detailing. The waiting area is clear, with stocked vending machines, and the price for service is inexpensive. Courteous staff.

The reason Im rating this place a 2 is because of their customer service. I showed up at 5:45 because Google shows their hours from 8-6. I walked in and told the young lady at the counter I just wanted a basic exterior wash and she sort of oddly and rudely said Do they not have the closed sign up? To me, since they have multiple vacuum lanes and Id never been there before, it Looked as if just a lane was closed. She could see the sign when she was sarcastically asking me if it was up. When I told her that they are showing 6pm close time online, she said No and just shook her head and again said they have the closed sign up. Does your cashier just not know how to speak to potential customers? I went somewhere else and wont try Magnum now.

Tried giving this place another try, not overall impressed, very old out dated wash equipment, brushes and blow dryers dont even activate until most of the front end of the vehicle passes through . Women drying your car never change their towels, the individual drying my car used same one on exterior of car as well as on glass, rocker panels, door jambs. All the road salt and grit that was in the door jambs was trapped in the towel and you guessed it! streaks all over glass, scratches all over the paint. Never even popped trunk and dried around edges so water ran out, wasnt like the place was crowded, When they vacuumed car I observed that they never even removed floor mats. Absolutely no pride in their work. After that tip just kept going down down. Better wash at the brushless wash in a gas station. After I got back to my house is looked at car and it looked worse than before. Total waste of 15 bucks.

Way over priced for the lousy job they do. They are not what they used to be. Left my windows streaky, floors looked as if they werent vacuumed, interior definitely was not cleaned(seats, dash, etc), tires still looked dirty. I will NOT be going back. I could have paid my 6 year old $5 and hed have done a hell of a lot better job!!!
