Best car wash in North Carolina in my opinion. You stay in your car during wash. Cant see out of the window because there is tons of soap !!

Very impressed with upside down cone brushes staggered while washing the car. I also like how you can buy gas ⛽ and get refreshments.

Best carwash around. But they REALLY need to pay their employees better. The people there will go out of their way to help you and work really hard but arent allowed to accept tips. $8.50 an hour to start is just sad. You can do better.

After $21 here I had to go wash it again. It was barely noticeable that it had been washed. Dont waste your time or money.. The similar service on Peters Creek isnt as useless

I was an employee at this car wash for four months. I enjoyed every second of it. The management treated me as if I were a good friend that they knew from a long time ago, and I was able to make new friendships as well as make new connections in the community by speaking with customers about their vehicles. The general manager Matt was always reassuring and forgave me when I made mistakes on the wash. I would recommend this job to anybody and everybody. I would absolutely come back to work again if I were given the chance.

My boyfriend and I have had a membership with sams express for four months. The service for the most part was reasonable, and the staff has always been polite. When we noticed that we were charged on our account with out any warning we tried to understand why as we never setup for auto pay and when we tried to get answers we were hung up on multiple times with out them fully listening to what we had to say and told that they don’t do any refunds. There are no signs posted about the refund policy, and we were not given a contract when we signed up. They also canceled our account without letting us know and when we started questioning them she hung up on us again. We got Hung up on 9 times and still don’t have any answers.

The service is kind, active and efficient. The price is accessible and they have good promotions! The machinery is in good condition and really clean the car different from other expensive places where they damaged the paint. We like this place!

Jose S., Manager runs a tight ship! He noticed my car coming in. It had been sitting due to the pandemic. The crew made sure to show extra attention to getting it clean. I couldve been more pleased. It was actually pretty good. I took my moms car for the $6 wash and it came out looking pretty great. The vacuum is self serve and free of charge so that was cool. Not to mention it had a strong suction...I bought some a little tree car refresher from the vending machine and wipes so all in all I spent about $8 bucks. Even if you bring your own wipes and stick with the basic was it still was a great deal. I will definitely use them again when I get my Bentley 😊

I had never been to a car wash like this before and now it is all I will go to!! The guys were great and personal cleaning stations were very clean.

I was always skeptical of these places to be honest. But I signed up for the monthly membership about 7 months ago and couldnt be happier. The folks that perform the pre-wash do a pretty good job. It seems like the busier they are the less they actually spray and brush. The machine does an ample job as well. Sometimes it leaves some suds behind but there are plenty of towels/rags available to wipe your vehicle down, which are free. Paired with free vacuum and mat tokens its just a win win for me. I usually hand wax my vehicles twice a year so I usually do not opt for the wax option. All in all this place is a great value! I recommend it to all of my friends and coworkers.

Theres three basic types of car washes in the area.The do-it-yourself pressure washer, the basic drive through, and the high-end drive through.Sams is the high end drive through, but they also have people that wash the major bugs and grime before you drive through the automatic wash.Excellent service

This is a fantastic car wash! I signed up for the unlimited washes per month plan as soon as I heard about Sam’s Xpress, and I couldn’t be happier. I love keeping my car clean, and this is a great way to do so. The employees here are super friendly and will walk you through all the steps to get set up. The wash itself is great for an automatic car wash, too. My favorite part is the tire shine — it makes my wheels look like new!

Always an excellent wash and very affordable with the monthly pass. Free vacuums and vending machines with cleaning products if you need them. Been coming here for a few years always meets my expectations. Also have a very helpful staff.

There’s no pre scrub section to clean things yourself. And the automatic gate at the pay station is too close for you to reach the card payment method and have to get out of your car to process payment.

I frequently fill up my car at this place. Price per gallon is usually cheaper than most other gas stations.

The new crew is not as thorough as the old crew was. They dont prep the car for wash as well as the old crew did. I havent been in the last couple of months and if this is the new standard I will be canceling my membership.

The attendings here don’t pay attention pulling your car in, hit my left rim while pulling in. The least you could do is know how to direct a car into the wash. As well as this wash leaves HUGE scuffs marks all over your car. If you own a black car god forbid you bring it to this place.

I come in almost daily with company vehicles. The guys here are always friendly and do an amazing job at making sure everything is up to par. Matt, John, and Vince are always making sure I am satisfied with my visit and make the experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by anytime you need a vehicle washed. The guys here will always give A+ service.

Good wash and sometimes get a comp wax

My expectations was very high because I expected them to be like The Wave but they were just alright

I came close to closing time and im sure those guys were ready to head home. But they were very nice to me and waited for me to finish. Great place will be taking my car there again.

Love this car wash, the guys actually take the time to scrub the bugs off the bumper & mirrors before going through the wash. Vacuums always have strong suction. You can also save your receipt for a free re-wash within four days of your wash! I drive past 6 other car washes just to go to this one!

Came in today to get my car washed, come there about 1 a mouth since I had a friend who used to work there. But this time it was different I washed my car and when I got out the car wasn’t cleaned at all still had spots on it from not getting cleaned all the employees just stood around so I came up to Jon and he was very polite and told me to go trough again he grabbed a brush himself and scraped my car while everyone watched him. Afterwards to came up to make sure it was cleaned completely and was supper polite. Defiantly will recommend this place to my friends and family!!

I came in to wash my car this evening. I apparently drove through some paint this afternoon, as it was all splattered along the side of my car. Alex was sooooo helpful scrubbing my car and taking the extra time to see if he could clean it off. He was super helpful and got the paint clean!!!! He didnt get it all quite off the tires and even offered for me to run it through again. Thank you so much, Alex!!!!! Your assistance is greatly appreciated!!!!

Nice and long. Really gets in there better. Also there was 3 workers doing the pre spray and I think that makes a nice difference as well. Vacuums work fine and really friendly people.

I went to the car wash in Winston-Salem NC and 2 gentlemen by the name of Jon and Vince were great at presenting a sale to me, very polite and professional. Even though I was not able to take the sale they still offered to detail my tires and rims which I appreciated! Great guys on you all’s team !!

Great place to wash your vehicle. They are always friendly and will give that extra attention to your front bumper and grill to remove the bugs. A clean business with all equipment working.

My first time here, the gentleman was very helpful and explained everything to me. I will do comparison but I felt pretty good and my car was decent. I park under a lot of trees and they got majority of the spots. Im going back for my 2nd was with my hubbys truck. I was impressed!

For the price I paid...I did more dirt correction than anything. They pre-washed my car before entry and it still came out with bird droppings and bugs. I am not amused. Shouldnt have to put elbow grease on a freshly washed car. I will keep going to the one on Peters Creek. I only had to do minimum drying and tire wells after the wash and I didnt have to pay extra for mats.

Good carwash, I like that they give a free rewash coupon good for 4 days. Free towels and vacuums but you gotta pay for the mat cleaner, last I checked the place down the road included the mat cleaner.

I have to give major kudos to John and Matt at this location! The camper shell on my truck had apparently vibrated loose over the years and separated from the cab during my wash (that is a powerful dryer!). This was zero fault of the car wash obviously but John and Matt came out with a socket set, loosened the camper shell, slid it back up for me, and retightened it. They went above and beyond what they were required to do with a very positive attitude!

My wife bought a car wash with her gas. I went to redeem it at 31 days. I know that it’s only good for 30 days. That’s just to keep someone from buying it and then six months later trying to redeem it. I understand that. The attendant that was there told me they could speak to the manager and more than likely they would cooperate with me. However, I was told I was out my Money and my car wash. Zips just down the street is much more professional and they do a better job. I will never go back

Its better than the other car wash in town but its more expensive. The vehicle doesnt get completely clean of suds or dry and needs a towel dry. But....My biggest complaint however is that even after you buy a membership youre still stopped at the kiosk every trip where a worker who is not wearing a mask peers his head into your car asks you if you want to buy something extra. Its not safe and its not appropriate social distancing.I would probably give this a 4-star rating if it wasnt for this.update: 7/26/2020 Still not wearing masks, still sticking their head in your car at the kiosk.

This place is the best automatic car wash in town. If ypu want your car actually clean then go here. All of the other places dont do as good of a job cleaning.

Free mat washes on the top wash. $1.71 gas with a wash.... they redid the wash when when all the nooks and crannies didnt come clean... WITH NO FUSS. They even did the cargo mat in the back of my forester!

Always friendly, fast, and helpful. Today, I had some sap spots that didnt wash off the first time so they had me run the SUV through again and they scrubbed the spots away.

Great service for one of your vehicles. They just need to have some kind of special for those who have 2 or more cars from same household. Maybe my family could get all of our vehicles washed instead of one on a better deal. Think about it. 😊

A uniformed attendent greeted us as we pulled up to get us going. Two others pre-washed our car by hand before we went through the wash! Impressive. We didnt use the vacuum bays; but there were plenty of them. The car came out all in one piece, nice and clean! We were satisfied.

The people were friendly and helpful even when I messed up and lost the code for my car wash. The unlimited monthly program is a great deal and I plan on getting it. Free vacuuming with every wash whether you buy the package or not. Plus my car looked great afterwards.

Very nice facilities and helpful staff. The directional signage could be made easier to follow, but still is not bad. The free coffees, cocoas, and teas are a kid-favorite feature.
