They must fine employees at this business for smiling bc I dont think a single person here acknowledged me beyond the level they absolutely had to. Actual cleaning was also bare minimum. At least they are consistent in their mediocrity. If you want better service and staff then go to Marcos. But it will cost you about $10 more and the wait is longer bc people pay for better service.

Had gotten the best car wash they had and wanted my floor mats washed as well. Inside my vehicle wasnt terribly dirty and told the guy throw everything away except my kids backpack(like 5 items). They did a TERRIBLE job vacuuming the interior left dirt still on floorboard up front and never vacuumed the rear seats and back of vehicle and only washed the drivers front mat. The armor-all was streaky and missed many spots of my vehicle. Tire shine was blotchy as well. Paid for the top car wash and left a tip for them to not do anything right! Well not be back!

The young lady who wiped our car down was awesome!!! We saw her taking time to clean bugs off the front of the side mirrors. She sprayed and wiped inside of doors. Seems like she paid extra attention to detail.

It was ok. They did a good job cleaning my car. The lady even made sure to scrub bugs off the sideview mirrors. I will say atmosphere isnt as welcoming or as friendly as the Magnum on Silas Creek.

Scratches on my 5 weekOld car that were put on there when washing/drying. Filed incident report and they claim to have looked at their video and said they weren’t responsible.I know there weren’t any scratches like that when it was taken in. Not to mention that the whole back of the car inside wasn’t even cleaned. The dashboard was dirty and still fingerprints all over the inside of the car.Never again

This is such a great car wash. Quick service, and always attention to detail. The quick lube service is great as well. The staff are polite, conscience, and prompt. To make it even better, it is a great deal.

Went in for a car wash and the gentleman at the register was less than pleasant. Hardly looking up from his phone while handing me the receipt. I’ll never be back.

I laugh at the comments. You are paying $20 bucks people, seriously!! What do you expect?? In my opinion for $20.00 you get more than you pay for. If you want it detailed, go to someone that details cars. Now I’m with the ones that say their windows wasn’t clean and the basic stuff. I personally have never had that experience. Sure there are times I get in my car and might see something that probably should have been gotten. But for just 20$, it doesn’t bother me at all. I know how hard it is to do it yourself. I went that route for awhile. I do wish they had some type of monthly package plan. I would never expect them or ask them to clean up a mess like vomit. This is an express service.

Always do a great job on my car

I used to love this place. Could take a dirty car in and they would magically transform it. Not so anymore. Took it in this morning and they were not very busy so I decided to try it again. The outside was okay but it doesnt look like they even considered the seats or the floorboard as they were both still covered with dirt. I paid $20 for this? No wonder the self-clean places are so busy now. Guess Ill go finish the job now.

Used to love going to this place. Now apparently they don’t include the trunk when vacuuming on their “VIP” car wash?? $20 and can’t take 2 minutes to vacuum a trunk now. Will be looking for a new car wash in Winston.

Every time I try to give magnum a chance....Im never fully satisfied. I just left there, I ordered the VIP wash and I was out in about 30 minutes. They rushed through, my bumper was still dirty and my mats were not clean at all. I have rubber mats so all you had to do was take them out and spray them with water. I go to them because they are conveniently located by my house but this is it for me. I could have let my 11 year old wash the car and he probably would have done better. 2 stars because the car is less dirty than before the wash.

Last two time I’ve been here, the outside still has dirty spots and looked like they didn’t even vacuum the inside. Looked the same. And they also stole some items. Never go there.

Check your car before you leave and make sure its clean. 28 bucks. One lady forgot to finish the tires. The kid vacuuming did a horrible job so we had to go back and i watched him vacuum it this time. Come on people do the job right the 1st time.

Borrowed an SUV for a road trip down to the beach and parked underneath a tree overnight full of birds (big mistake). The look on peoples faces the next morning when they saw the car was priceless and due to the stench we needed to get a good wash before we hit the road for the rest of our trip. We stopped at Magnum and for $15 it was spotless. What a huge relief we all felt. Highly recommend this establishment!

Like other reviewers, I paid for VIP car wash. The results was less than basic. My car still looked dirty and I couldnt tell that they vacuumed it. I went to Marcos first, but the line was too long so I went here. Bad choice. The handle on my trunk also fell off. I was told that the wait would be around 45 min. but it was more like 5 minutes.

All my visiting family said every carwash place they visited would remove vomit if they were tipped well enough. Id be hard pressed to say the experience was good, had it not been for a previous customer having their own complaints as well, going so far as to give the cashier a hard time! Anyways the whole time cleaning the mess ourselves seemed pointless. And though we got a refund, i cant help but feel completely disatisfied with this service given the praisal by my whole family. In addition, the supplies to clean the vomit were not provided in the office area, meaning that they had the supplies to do the job but simply refused.

I was very disappointed when I got a VIP car wash and there was a small place on the back bumper of the car I brought in that needed tire shine. I was told it would cost $7.47 to do it. If the rest of my car is clean and shiny...why wouldn’t I want that done to...of course I paid but, that’s ridiculous. Then, I was told that it’s extra to wipe something inside the car. I have been to magnum in the past and was never asked to pay for that and never had to ask for it to be done. I have been to other car wash businesses that never charged for that. When I left and they say come back...I said NEVER!!!!

Paid for the best car wash they offer. Got home and they apparently didnt even wash the roof. Interior was still dirty in places as well. Not just a little dirty either, it was as if there was no effort in some areas. Other spots seemed to be alright but not worth what was spent.

Save your money and go to one of the many automatic car washes in town. Definitely a car wash, not a detail service. Like most folks, paid for a VIP wash, asked specifically that the rubber flooring in the vehicle be washed (its a Honda Element which means no carpet, no floormats, just rubber floors). Paid extra to be sure that happened. Not only were floors not washed, but they werent even vacuumed properly. Pieces of grass were still all over the floors, front windshield was streaked, and tires were still muddy. Will not be back. On the bright side, everyone was very nice.

This place is really going downhill fast. It use to be decent for a quick wash but employees make it clear they hate their job and hate being there. This bleeds over into 30-40 minute wait times with just a few people ahead. They have no clue on how to run a car wash. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. A couple people work hard but too many dragging the place down.

For the price, disappointed in the long wait. Seeing your vehicle and every vehicle stop halfway through the wash process isn’t helpful. Good job on the wash except for the front wheels. The menu when you enter is poor & incomplete.

I drive a Nissan Leaf which is a small car. Because it has a hatchback they said I would have to pay the SUV / Truck price... I paid for a VIP wash job and got more like a VID. There was a lot of crud on the car that should have been clean off during the wash process. Like other reviews, they did not vacuum under the floor mats. Looks like they just hit the high spots. I will not be going back. Marcos does a much better job. I should not have let the line at Marcos scare me away......

I ordered the VIP which includes interior. Not all the way to a detailing. They did a very good job. Not perfection, but fast, affordable and polite.

It was terrible. Paid 30.00 for executive package. They used what looked like a gallon of armour all in my car and missed spots. So it was crazy shiny with dull spots. The windows were streaky. Dont get me started on the very small no smell air freshner. 30.00 wasted.. Avoid!!!!

I paid for a VIP wash yesterday and received less than basic I have never had a problem with them before but yesterday was awful they did not lift the mats to vacuum, the car still had dirt on it even my daughter said who is 15 this looks like crap! it was a half done job I am very upset and will take my car elsewhere from here on out! My 10 year old could have done a better job!!

Got a basic car wash from there today. In other words, We will wash part of your car, but you must upgrade to get it fully washed. On the website, under VIP and Basic, there is wheel spray. When I went out to my car when it was done, my rims still had six layers of grime on it. They told me I needed to get the VIP wash if I wanted my rims cleaned. Seriously? Whats the point of a car wash? They also did a terrible job vacuuming under my runners. Overall, it was just a terrible job. The cashier told one of the ladies to wipe down my rims, even though it was in the VIP job. So I give one extra star. I was hoping the other review wasnt true, but I was wrong. I will not go here again.

TERRIBLE CAR WASH... I GOT A BASIC WASH AND I HAD TO ASK FOR certain thing to be retouched that looked like wasnt touched and plus my wheels were still dirty...... & on top off that the cashier had a very nasty tude she got up set rolled her eyes when i asked for certain thing to be redone when i never told her to do clean it. I asked the person who washed my car would he touch something up ...i waited almost a hour phone went dead and i was in the middle of talking to my sitter .. i ask nice is there a phone i could use & the cashier once again was nasty and rolled her eyes asked what type of call was it, told me be brief and no longer than 3 min call........ I also had to go outside for info about prices to speak with different people for different services because the cashier was rude and acted as if she did not know so i just took with a basic wash...... I will never go there again...........every.THEY NEED A NEW CASHIER .... THAT KNOWS INFO ABOUT THE CAR WASH & THAT IS FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC.....

Thorough, conscientious, and took the time to really do a good job, even without springing for the VIP. My car looks as clean as it has in ages!

They did an okay job for the money I paid on the basic wash, but the lady upfront was uneducated and trashy. She is wearing a dingy wife beater and keeps yelling out everyones earning wages across the lobby. Totally innapropiate, gross, and disrespectful, will absolutely not come again.
