Sharon was delightful to converse with and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had without much explanation of what I wanted!

First time here and Brittany was AMAZING! I brought along a couple of pictures I had brought to show what I was looking for, and she nailed it! Gave a great recommendation on a product with a light hold that I love. I’ll be back to see Brittany soon! Can’t explain how great if is to have found an affordable barber that does a 5-star job.

Like many other men, the pandemic sloth has caused me to grow a bit of a beard. After lots of urging from friends and family to get cleaned up, I booked an appointment with Jared and Vs for a trim. It was an excellent experience. Looked good and felt good afterward. Very relaxing and Jared was skillful and congenial. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using Vs. I was greeted at the front desk and was promptly taken to the chair to start my haircut. Del was engaging with conversation and knew exactly how to deal with my cowlicks. I love the way the haircut turned out and will definitely be back.

Great kids haircut. Somewhat annoyed because we made an appointment for a certain time, the person we were scheduled with was running behind so we had to sit there while walk-ins who came in after us got taken ahead of us. Wish we would have been asked if we were ok using someone other than who we were scheduled with since our person was not on time.

I had my haircut by Miss Sharon Allen. She did a wonderful job. The last few months, Ive been pulling at my hair. It has left some unfortunate areas of thinning along my hairline. Sharon worked around those spots wonderfully and left me with a great haircut. Could not have asked for a better job.

Del is the only man within a 50 mile radius I trust to cut my hair. I wish they still used the Bay Rum on the hot towels. It smells sooooo good. But the owner discontinued it because it’s expensive stuff :/ Understandable and I still am loyal to the store and my barber. He’s the man. I was unable to book an appointment with my usual barber at Washington Park so I decided to try out Vs. I booked an appointment with Del at 11:15am, but arrived 15 minutes early. I immediately noticed how immaculately clean, modern and comforting the shop was. Del was available as soon as I arrived and gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. It was an overall great experience.

Not enough people working, my appointment was for 3pm, I was a little early, 2 people then went ahead of me and my barber wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after 3pm. Annoying.A very nice shop and I will comeback, the woman who cut my hair was very good and nice, seemed like she was doing all the work in the whole shop though.

I just moved here from California a month ago, and had to leave my beloved stylist, Cindy. After getting butchered by a local country barber recently that wasnt adept at modern hairstyles, I chose this particular Vs Barbershop based on its positive reviews of its current staff. I noticed right away that it reminded me of Temescal Alley barbershop, and/or The Peoples Barber, in Oakland, CA. Very professional, clean, modern-equipped, and an experienced team of barbers that also do beards. Diana fixed everything that was wrong with my previous haircut with a high attention to detail, and intuitively a high level of skill. I was also impressed with the hot towel cleanup, and how tight the straight-edged razor made my part look. I also really liked their modern, easy-to-use, online appointment booking service. Definitely coming back for myself and Son in a few weeks.

Vs is a great barbershop for anyone (like myself), that likes the old school feel of a barbershop. When you walk in, sports programming is on the televisions, and every chair has its own TV. The professionals here are barbers, not cosmetologist. Sharon, who takes care of my hair, is a master barber. She knows her craft, and you will be very satisfied with her work. Try this establishment, I know you will continue to go back.
