Honest, friendly, fast, professional, perfect! I went with Pat’s for some major bodywork because of good Google reviews, and I am so thankful I did. Ray was expert, communicative, and kind. The final cost was exactly what he estimated. And the repair was done a couple days early. It was so easy and anxiety-free working with Ray and with Pat’s, and I will definitely come to them with all car body & paint needs in the future!

Dustin and Pats will FOREVER have my business !!! My car was hit and the other insurance company tried to write it off as a total loss! Brought it into Pats for a second opinion and not only did Dustin go to bat for me, he got them to cover the repairs and them some, no total loss! And the WORK is perfect!!!! I had a problem with paint peeling on my bumper. Dustin didnt even hesitate to replace not only the paint, but the whole bumper in 2 days. As an extra service, Pats gave it a good detail cleaning at no charge!!

I brought my Honda Pilot to Pat’s Body Shop with the hope to restore my car’s paint after my son scratched the car with a metal sponge. The whole car was literally ruined. As soon as I walked into the shop they were professional and courteous. Tony and the other technician ( sorry I forgot his name) gave me an estimate and were very nice and thoughtful throughout the process.My car looks like I just bought it, they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure that their work met my expectations.Quality work, great communication and great prices as well! Can’t thank them enough for a job well done and will definitely come back.

Took our car over to get an estimate on painting to refresh the paint on the oxidation taking place on the current paint job. It was more than what we wanted to put into the car but they did offer a detail and paint refresh process that we ended up using that brought out the shine again on the paint and we were very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend to have them look at it and provide other options if you are thinking of needing to get your car repainted.

My 2014 Nissan was hit on the interstate. Drivers side rear door, drivers door, front fender and bumper cover were all damaged.I made an appointment for an estimate on line and my estimator was prompt and courteous.I got my car into the shop 3 days later and when it was completed I was blown away. Looked much better than it did before the wreck.Their estimate was 100% accurate and my total bill was the same as the estimate.Hope I never have another crash but if I do, Pats Auto Body will be the only people to work on it!Thanks so much!

Highly recommend taking your car in to Dustin!! I showed him pictures of what I wanted done & he brought my vision to life. He texted me updates throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. I had my tail lights and reflectors blacked out and a paint job done on my bumper & it looks perfect! Similar price to competitors, but great costumer service! Would take my car back here again.

I will not use pats body shop again. They had my vehicle for over a month and besides the fact that there were a few hiccups with parts I made it right within hours of being notified, I got nothing but excuses and on top of that I was lied to about the bill and overcharged. The work side of it i am overall happy with the end result, just not happy with the customer service I received in the process. In the future I will go elsewhere.i gave them 1 star for customer service not the quality of work

Firstly the repairs were great! I had some minor damage from an attempted car break-in, side note riding around with a bagged window...no fun. On the day of me attempting to pick up my car, I had issues with my credit card company, my bank, and my only way to pay was through PayPal. The shop doesnt take PayPal, but Dustin offered for me to transfer a payment to him through PayPal to facilitate payment of the repairs so I could get my vehicle. The payment would not get there quick enough and I found other means to pay. There was an issue with PayPal and Dustin took the time to work with me to get it resolved. Good work, and friendly people. I was obviously distraught due to not being able to access my funds, but they offered the upmost help and patience. Thank you again!!

Not happy with this place. I was in a bad car wreck this group took away my truck. I needxmy driversclicense and my knife from the vehicke, they want a tirke..well I just bought the truck 7 miles prior.Now they want 775 bucks, and they keep the truck.Im in a wheel chair, no weight bearing. These ppl make their money off the backs of the broken.

Pats just completed work on my new/used Infiniti and I really appreciated how they took the time to talk through the process of what needed to be done and my options. I have been using Pats Body Shop for years. Pat was still running it. I have always thought that the work they do is top notch and at reasonable prices. That is until one of my cars had damage to the rear quarter panel on the passenger side. I took it for a quote to find out how much it would cost. Also, I wanted a leather upholstery put in the car. I was surprised that the person quoted the entire side of the vehicle would be finished. He quoted three times what I expected. I have never thought about going anywhere else other than Pats. I ended up going to another body shop to have the damage repaired. Three weeks ago my wife was involved in a traffic accident and I had the vehicle taken to Pats. The vehicle was totaled so I didnt have a chance to give Pats a chance to do the repairs. I still dont know if I trust Pats. When ever someone asks me where would I recommend it used to be Pats.

Wonderful experience. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I called and was told I could bring my car in immediately, I had lights on my dash indicating a problem with my brake lights however everything appeared to be working. I hate lights on my dash and was VERY happy when Tim (certified Mercedes Mechanic) simply popped my trunk pulled the burned out bulbs and replaced them in the parking lot!! No waiting! 😳 What?? Charged me $10.00. Really?? I’m so relieved. I’ve never walked away from a repair for less than $200. I’ve never experienced this kind of awesome customer service at any other automotive service department in my life and I’m no spring 🐥. I have dealt with several auto shops including Lexus and Mercedes which really pride themselves on customer service but they have nothing on these guys. I will never go anywhere else. A free car wash and a high service bill vs honest cost, smiling faces, and quick repairs. No question for me. I would trust them to fix anything because they’ve shown me it’s not all about the money. They care about their customer.

I had gone to Pats because I hit a coyote and messed up my bumper. My insurance company and Dustin at Pats were quick to service my car and help out. The process took about a week. Of course I had rental coverage so I never was without a car.When I got the car back, I was so excited that I did not notice that the paint was a bit off. (see picture) I emailed Dustin and he responded immediately and let me know to schedule something in about a 15 days.Fast foward to recently- I called and made an appointment for a day to come in and wait in the waiting room all day. Dustin offered me a ride home as they wanted to get the shade just right on my bumper! I was surprised at the service that they offered! They went out of their way to help me and make me feel like they genuinely cared to finish the job properly. Thank you to Pats, Dustin and whomever worked on my vehicle behind the scenes. You guys are the best and I will come back if I ever have another accident.

Would have given a five but the little things matter just as much. The signal rear light didnt work when I got my car back because of a lose connection. I couldnt see out of the rear window because they didnt wipe off whatever they cleaned it with on the inside. Also, the BMW symbol was no longer on my key fob. Overall I was very happy with the work that was done.

If your ever involved in an accident or just need a body shop definitely go here my car was in an accident in September and after only having my car for a couple months before the accident they made my car look like I had just gotten it you cant even tell that it was in an accident. I definitely recommend them everyone here is exceptionally nice and the customer service is wonderful go see Tony and Dustin and Sandra they will take care of you . I will definitely use them again !!

This place was outstanding. I blew a tire driving on 40 home to Raleigh and they came and got me, stored my car and had it done by 10 a.m. the next morning...AND they were extremely friendly throughout the whole process! Highly recommended.

Honestly Im not here to complain about their work, they do great work. However, their pricing for things is quite high. So Im not here to give them 1 stars or anything like that. But after calling about a spray in bed liner and getting quoted 800 dollars, thats quite high and honestly outside anything competitive.Im going elsewhere and getting a lifetime warranty with the product for only 429 dollars.

Poor Workmanship!! I took my truck to Pats after an accident. Basically the only thing that needed to be done was to install a new bumper and the painted filler panel between the grill and bumper.They called me and said the truck was done. They tried to return my truck to me with a piece of junk bumper with unbelievable sharp weld splatter all over it that would slice a finger off! The filler panel was improperly installed and was sticking outside the front fenders by an inch and half. The bad thing was they tried to tell me this how it was. It was NOT! I had to pull pictures from my computer of my truck showing them the filler panel was perfectly aligned with the front fenders as all Ford trucks are from the factory.They agreed to order a new bumper and re-installed the filler panel. During this time they had my truck up on a lift and drop it off the lift; now damaging my perfect trucks drivers side doors, running boards and more (so now it needs body work and paint that was unnecessary).So when they were finally done they delivered my truck to my home. They showed up with my truck and it had rubbing compound splattered all over the interior seats, carpet, dash etc. as well as all the black trim on the exterior. UNBELIEVABLE!We agreed on a price discount and I had to clean my truck my self which even with the discount I lost out and it took forever to clean off all the compound properly.So even though they did there best to satisfy me my experience tells me this is not a shop that does quality work because two times (forgetting the accidental damaged they caused) they tried to return my truck in an unsatisfactory condition.

When someone rubbed a tire on the rear bumper of my Altima, I was sick after seeing the damage. I drove to Pats Body Shop & Towing, and Tony reassured me that they could have my car looking like new again. He set everything up and the work was completed IN ONE DAY. The back bumper did indeed look like new, and the cayenne red metallic paint was a perfect match! The folks at Pats do outstanding, quality work, and I recommend them to everyone. To top it all off, Sandra Scarlette, the owner, sent me a letter thanking me for my business. They even washed and vacuumed my car, which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus!

Our semi trailer got towed by this company claiming that our driver was warned not to leave it there. They charged 1435$ for tow and keeping it for 7 days. Our driver says that being that pandemic is going on and the trampoline park is not operating, he thought that would be no harm to anybody. Driver was in the wrong to leave it without permission but due to him being young and not realizing the damage this would cause he did not know about the consequences that he learned about down the road. For this company turn around and demand cash of 1435$ is outrageous. Having small trucking company I am not local to bring them that amount, just upsetting the absurd amount of money they came up with for us to take our trailer back. After I sent them the money, they would refuse to check with the owner that they received this amount from me. 8AM they told me I can pick up my trailer. At 10AM I called in tears telling them that we have a load of food we were supposed to deliver to Missisipi by now. I think food during pandemic is quite important. These folks are acting so important and so terribly busy that within 2 hours driver sitting and waiting main boss too busy to check their bank account for 1435$ they came up with out of pure air. Good luck to you folks getting your vehicles fixed by this team of busy workers. Be ready to show up with some cash money while at it.

I needed a couple very minor scratches fixed on my vehicles. I was told it would take three days. They proceeded to keep my car for a month. I had to call weekly to see when it would be finished, always promised it would be finished in a couple days. I finally had to get a rental car and was told it would be taken care of and I was not refunded as promised.

Did a great job with repaint of my trunk lid. 2 days in and out, so I was able to get the car before the weekend. Hopefully not, but if I need any body or paint work done again, they will be the first place I go.

Excellent work. Clear communication. My starter on my Nissan 350Z broke. Pats came and picked up the car at my home. They gave a very reasonable estimate, waived the towing fee, and had the vehicle ready to drive in a very reasonable amount of time. This is the best place to have your car worked on. I brought my car there a few times and had a great experience most of those times, but make sure that Luke works on your car, the other guy they have there is not very good. He was the mechanic on my car once and I still had issues, but if Luke works on it, you will be good to go.

Dustin is the man! Pats body shop he me diagnosed in 30 minutes and fixed my busted A/C in two days. Pats Body shop was extremely fair and honest and were able to get me fixed up in no time. The staff was very personable and each new guest that walked through the door was greeted and helped immediately. First of all I took my car to have the front end fixed.....they bathed my car inside and out. They swept it out. They wiped down the interior and shined my tires. I got it back looking brand new and smelling awesome! Also, my CD player thats been broken for 3 years.....all of a sudden works. I love love love this place and its the only place Ill ever go from here on out. I really appreciated what they did because I was having a terrible time with this unexpected expense but the service made it all worth it! They really care about their work and provide awesome customer service as well!*and my estimate was my exact cost. He printed me out an estimate to keep and when I went to pay it was the EXACT SAME* not a penny more. It helps to take the car and show them exactly what you want and be patient while he prices everything out. If you rush them, of course you cant get an exact estimate*

Not the cheapest place for mechanical repairs but I have been very satisfied with the quality of work so far. Ive had many mechanical repairs to my 96 Buick Roadmaster and so far I have been satisfied . As far as body work goes I had brought in an 85 dodge ram because the driver side of the pickup bed had been dented in really bad along the whole side. While they could not make it like new without replacing the whole bed they were able to make it look light years better for only about 150 dollars. And they got the paint to match too . I was impressed by that since the truck has never been garaged.

As a new corvette owner, I asked members of the corvette club where is the best place to service my vehicle. Pretty much all said Pats. I had a great deal of maintenance work done and the pricing was reasonable including work on my drivers seat leather. Considering that it would take a full day, they even ferried me to/from my home. As well, it was a great source of long term advice for my C5 corvette. It is my first experience with Pats Body Shop and I am sure it wont be my last.

I just left Pat’s Body shop. Dustin helped me with a scratch on a black car. It made me feel bad each time I got in my car. Dustin fixed the scratch in no time at all the other scratches that we could locate. He answered several questions. I use Pat’s Body Shop because they care about what I care about. Wonderful service and a wonderful staff! I have heard nothing but great things about these folks and I finally tried them out today! Unfortunately I had backed into a sidewalk post and had a dent in my rear bumper. Brian was able to pop it out within an hour and did not over charge me! Had I gone somewhere like Maaco it would have cost 2-3 times how much I paid at Pats! They are great people with a great shop and a great team! I will continue using them!

Honest people and did great work. Someone ran into my wife in a parking lot causing some minor damage. It was a tricky area with a lot of sculpture in the body and very high-quality paint. They did great work and in a reasonable amount of time. If I ever need a body shop again, these are the guys I trust.

Got my repaired 2016 Nissan Frontier back a few weeks ago. I intentionally waited to post a review after driving it a few weeks.During a sleety/rainy Saturday over a month ago, the bed was destroyed in an accident. Worried it would never be the same, I trusted Pats after reading reviews on Google.My first impression was better than new! Hopefully you can see why I hesitated. Love Pats Body Shop! Someone pulled out in front of me, damaging my car really bad - Pats fixed it and made it look brand new again within a week! They are perfect at what they do!

After the driver’s side of my 2013 Nissan Altima got destroyed by a deer I took it to Pat’s. The staff was friendly and helpful. Taking care of the insurance company and putting my car back together, good as new. They communicated with me through the repairs and recommend them for any work you need done.

They were amazing! After getting into an accident on my way through, on an 8 hr road trip I was stranded with my kids in a strange town. I found Pats Body shop through Firestone and was expecting to be told for the third time they couldnt fix it. BUT they did And they had it done in two days. I still have some repairs left to do but I can now get home safe. The staff are friendly and so kind. They tried to help in every way they could. I would definitely recommend them to Anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
