I did not wreck my car/cars but a 100 ft tree fell on both of my vehicles and crushed one of them and totaled them both. Matt was Super helpful and understanding about everything and just really did a excellent job all together. He contacted me via phone before they even got the trees removed from my vehicles he stayed in contact and responded to me with every question I had no matter what time of day it was and got everything resolved very Quickly. I highly recommend Rays and I am very thankful for Matt going the extra mile to help me.

Very professional and quick and communicate with you all the way! I would definitely go back and have them work on my vehicle again for sure. Dont worry about them not wearing mask in your car because they clean it very good after they get done with it smelled so clean and fresh they respect your vehicle. Also they had given my car a bath and shined it up for me they did not have to do that also the interior was cleaned. They went over what they fixed with me and showed me. Best service ever. Awesome customer experience. Ray’s did a great job repairing my SUV bumper. They are friendly, polite, and explained the process of working with the insurance company and completing the job. End product was great. I value their Christian beliefs. We need more of Ray’s services in our communities. I would much rather go to a small and local business than a big one and just be a number. Had a flat tire on the side of the road at 4:30 in the morning. Not a good experience mostly due to AAA I found out. I appreciate the owner reaching out and explaining Rays part in my demise. I still feel there is an opportunity for training of John Black and his attitude and not even acknowledging my presence upon his arrival, but accept that majority of the blame of my experience is because of dispatch at AAA.

My truck was just towed by Ray’s by driver John. I couldn’t meet him at the truck but my wife did. He was super nice and polite to her! I meet him at the dealership to drop the truck off and he had to be one of the nicest people I had met. He used caution while transporting my truck and you could tell he took pride in his work. He stopped and took her tire off and found out her spare was flat also. He took it to his shop, filled it up and sent her on her way. Not equipped with proper equipment to do the job. Flat tire and found spare was flat. He had no air tank on tiw truck and refused to tow me to one 1 mile away.

Outstanding experience with the services and customer service of the staff of Rays Body Shop and Wrecker service. Several months ago, they repaired a door on my car where a deer ran into it. When I picked it up, I noticed another dent that I did not see on the back door that was also caused by the deer incident. Staff was an advocate for me when I contacted my insurance company. Then a few days ago, my window would not roll up (when rain was expected the next day) and my wife stopped by their office to see if they had time to look at it (on a Friday). Without any hesitation, staff advised her they would. They made the repairs AND they did NOT charge me!!! This really humbled me as they did not have to do this nor did they have to fit me in without an appointment. In todays world, there are not many businesses and people who do thing to help others without a dollar sign attached. Staff at Rays is NOT like this and I fully recommend them for repairs needed. Oh then to top this off, they washed my car and left me a complimentary bottle of water!!! They are truly old school. Their professional work and outstanding customer service is one if a kind!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH STAFF!!

Absolutely amazing! I recently took my car here for a major dent repair. My car was returned to me in better condition than when I took it in. Not only was the dent flawlessly repaired, my car was cleaned and washed. The staff is very friendly and personable. They make you feel more like a friend than a customer. I will definitely recommend this place for any repairs you may need.

I am restoring a car and I had a simple part (front air dam) I needed painted to match the car. The guy who spoke to me and looked at the part spent more time basically talking me out of doing business with them. He went on about my part had pits and then quoted me a price, which was not a problem. I just wanted the job done correctly. I thanked him and told him I would go elsewhere and then he wanted to give me advice to give to the next shop I go to about painting and prepping my car. If they didnt want my business, they should have said so when I walked in the door. Never will do business with Rays again.

Rude, disrespectful, and a huge hassle. Instead of trying to explain a misunderstanding I had about using AAA, the tow truck driver chose to be the biggest know-it-all, doucebag possible. Ive been disgusted by how unfriendly the south is compared to Boston, this sure didnt help. Took every part of my being to try and be mister nice guy to him. I most certainly would have given him a piece of my mind if I had other options for towing. You should try taking up that demeanor with some boys from Back Bay, or Newton East, and I promise you you will get quite the attitude adjustment. You guys sure as hell arent ever getting my business.

$175 to tow a car out of a ditch. The car was still intact and was driven home. I cant imagine what their other services would cost. Please beware of their pricing. Every other individual and companies that offer towing services I have shown the receipt to mention that it was grossly overpriced. The worst is that they required payment on scene but only accept cash. What company offers remote services but doesnt have the simple equipment to take debit/credit cards?

Im sure it was a really simple task for people with the right tools, but when I locked my only keys in my car (30 min from home), Rays Body Shop responded quickly and restored my keys to me without a fuss. Im sure they had other important work to attend to but no complaint was made! I appreciate the good service and if I ever need body work, wont hesitate to check here first. Rays Body Shop was highly recommended by folks in the area.

I got hit in my 2016 Chevy truck and decided to take it to Rays. It’s took a bit longer than I expected due to some weather and unexpected troubles, but it was definitely worth the wait. They were extremely nice and helpful and answered the phone every time I called. They listened when I had worries or questions and I won’t be taking my vehicle to another body shop as long as they are open. Couldn’t ask for better people or quality. Take your vehicle to Rays.

Would recommend Rays to anyone looking for help with towing or battery problems! When I was stranded with what I thought was a dead battery, John was a lifesaver. He came right away and was there in literal minutes, and instead of towing the car and charging us for a simple fix, he used his expertise to reconnect the battery on the spot (wasnt dead after all) and got my car running again. Johns diligence, honesty, and forthrightness in explaining what went wrong makes him a standout employee. Dont panic-call Rays!
