I would give a better review if they were honesr about who had my part. Had to pay them and go somewhere else to get the radiator.

I have a 2011 Camaro and I had a engine replaced don’t ever go here they are a hassle and they don’t do good work I had to get extra work done after they put an engine in that they were suppose to do but lie and say they did it they’re a bunch of frauds don’t waste your money I promise you will regret it and I also have a warranty with them and they don’t completely fix anything

Ordered last Tuesday before 11AM. Spoke to Amid twice since then and both times he said he would call me back. However, I had to call him back both times. Part was supposed to arrive in 2 days, but a week later Im standing here at his counter getting a refund...Yesterday at about 1:00PM I was told the part would be in around 3 or 4PM and that I could pick it up then. I told him I would be in today at 8:30AM when they opened. At 8:30AM on the dot, as soon as I walk in he tells me has to refund me because the part has damage and says that it came in last night at 8:00PM after he was gone. My thoughts, I dont think he ever ordered it. I do not recommend ever doing business with All Star Auto Parts.

Called 2 day prior about a transmission to conform it was in stock. Called day before driving over an hour to go pickup the transmission to make sure it was pulled. On arrival told the man what I was looking for and he told me they couldn’t find the part after Leaving me waiting for 20 mins. Needless to say will be never returning. How they are still in business is beyond me!

I usually order Different Parts for my Clients and they do have a very good team who assist me and my team to get a part, event if they have no part, they try to Manage the part from some other yard.Some times it happens there is a delay in shipping, but not everytime.I will for sure recommend them

I needed a alternator, so I called around one junk yard told me about AAA. I was in luck because I have a 98 Dodge Caravan, so I thought. I spoke to the gentleman on a Saturday told him what I needed. He said he had the part I told him I will be there on Monday. I then borrow my daughters car to travel about 20-25 miles away. I get there the guy tells someone to go pull that part. So Im waiting for about 15 min the gentleman returns and speaks in another language to the other guy. Now it didnt take much for me to understand what was going on because when he returned he has no part in his hand. The gentleman says to me maam Im sorry it says in the computer here that we have 3 on the shelf. I dont know what happened. Now Im pissed. I drove this far and you dont have the part. I just got up walked out and wont be back.

I bought a motor from them 3 weeks ago with a 90 day warranty only because they did not know the mileage on it I got the 90 days.I had the motor put in my truck to find out it was knocking in the bottom after putting many parts on it like freeze plugs, spark plugs,wires, rear main seal,water pump gasket,and a oil change.I took the motor back and one of the guys at the desk told me its was no problem n they could see all the parts I had put on it but after so calling talking to his mechanic that I had not even put it in my truck just so they could try n put it under there restocking program and keep 20% of my money.And they relly put it back on the shelf to sell to someone else.THIS WAS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT PARTS FROM AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK ANYTHING U GET FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad ass attitude. I called and I was GOING on ask about the Groupon ( keep in mind I had not purchased or nothing) he cuts me off mid sentence ... Saying that it was not valid and he cancelled the Groupon 3 months ago and to contact them to get a refund. Def not what I called for... Will never get my business ! Yuck
