Great place to deal with. When everyone else said no they say yes. Jessica went above and beyond to help and make sure I left in a nicer newer vehicle. They give top dollar for my trade. Made sure I was satisfied with the deal. And they also have a Terry Crews look alike that will dance like a robot upon request. His name is Chris. He’s pretty darn cool. I recommend coming here if you’ve had problems on your credit.

Drove home in a 2018 Toyota Corolla yesterday. I love my car. Love the people that was at Frank Myers. Wonderful damn people. Nice, respectful,and even with no credit but Im young I still drove home with a car,Im still in shock, Steve even got the price of th car cheaper,way cheaper then the retailer was asking,and he helped me with my insurance bc my insurance was gonna cost a arm and leg but man he helped with that too by recommending me to a insurance company there company works with. Let’s begin by saying they were nice but I was misled. I specifically asked regarding co-signers and when I came yesterday they told me I needed a cosponsor. I was told over the phone I was approved by multiple without needing a co-signer but when I came I told I needed one or $3600 down. If I was going to pay that I would’ve already went to a buy here pay here, but I don’t have family or anyone to co-sign. I was very excited to get a new car, but I was let down. Please if they have a special or what not going on there are specific stipulations for the “EVERYBODY RIDES PROGRAM” do not be fooled by false promises. This just isn’t right. I make with my job and doing doordash over $4000 a month but they really don’t help. Go to drive time where they actually fulfill promises even though the payments are high but hey atleast you get a car and the prequalified online portion actually applies. The salesmen are nickel slick talking and rather offensive asking if I have mom dad sister brother to sign. First of all my mom is mentally incapacitated using social security disability and an only child while my dad is dead. I don’t have have coworkers or friends that can help or as Steve said “a rich uncle”. I was devastated from false hope I was given and spoke over the phone with.PLEASE DONT COME HERE.

Be very careful messing with them, and check every little thing you can! They sold me a suv the looks like it has been in a flood from rust its so bad and wouldnt take it back. They blocked me from Facebook so I couldnt show pictures of how bad the rust is and how bad the service department is at fixing stuff. They literally used spray paint to hide a rust spot. Horrible place in my opinion. Dont trust them!!

After being turn down at a few other car lots Im glad I decided to try one more time and stopped at Franks Myers. Steve and the finance team went above and beyond to make sure I didnt leave without a car. Steve was great to work with and helped get my wife and kids in a newer and safer vehicle.

Well my experience has been some bull they are very nice people but I was offered a truck then they sold it the next day before I could get all the information in I see most reps stayed late for some of you guys but not me I have been waiting almost a month now and I’m being told they are waiting on a shipment but I quote “ WE GET SOMETHING NEW IN EVERYDAY” that’s what I was told but I’m not saying don’t go but I strongly advise you have all your information that day or you will get a run around and NEVER GET A CALL BACK.

This is not a very good place to buy your car if your money is important to you. They dont have the prices upfront, when you ask, you will get different figures, they will push you thinking you are in charge, its part of their game. If you know how much you can pay, dont disclose until you get the real figure and never accept to extend the months, if you have any reason to not like what you got, you will be played around. Dont leave a review the same day you get the vehicle, wait until you are sure you like what you got. They are players here, and dont care about your feelings.Response to you Tracy Myers, I am real and do not give any review for fun, I dont know you and have no reason to spoil your business, my name is on your contract and if you did not find it, I purchased on the 17th of July and waited this long no one has called or text me since to resolve the issue, you make me angry trying to play and safe your business, Jessica Theodore is the agent that sold the car and Nixon was the guy I spoke with the second time, you can look into your business because its obvious you dont have a clue if you did not find me as a customer after 45 minutes search and your sales team did not remember working with me, I have been in that building 4 times nothing is resolved. Jessica was my sales rep both times she is wonderful. I went here about a month ago because this was the only dealership that had plenty of inventory. I had only 7 days to find a car before my rental expired. Found a Jeep SUV and bought it the 1st time. Noticed I was filling up with gas every other day and spending way to much in gas. And it had minor issues nothing major just like the tire bolts were stripped and stuff no biggie. It was a nice SUV. Just wasn’t serviced properly and rushed. I decided I wanted to go back to a car to save on gas. So I went back a month later and bought a Nissan Altima. Jessica helped me the second time also. I have to say out of all the sales people there she is the best. Don’t go see anybody else but her! She is great! She worked with me on getting my other vehicle traded in and everything. She helped me get my payments down some. It’s all about the sales rep!

I drove over two hours with my co-signer to this dealership because they were running a $99 down special. I worked with Jessica, who was really nice. I told them the terms and I was reassured on several occasions they would had someone that would work with me. We sat down for paperwork and was blindsided by them wanting a large down payment. I refused and told him we had a trade-in and he guaranteed me that Monday he would have it all worked out. Here it is Thursday, several hard inquiries later, and still no vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time because that was 5 days of my time that could’ve been used at another dealership actually getting a car.

Frank Mayers Auto Max made it possible for me to officially buy my FIRST car. Chris assisted me during this exciting process. He was extremely professional and showed he really cared about what vehicle was best for my daughter and I. For starts, I was told to come in to inquire about five Dodge journey they were in the conditioning Process. Because the cars were pretty much selling as they came in. I specified that I was not interested in a minivan, however I wanted three rows. I was constantly hassled about a cosponsor when I specifically also stated that I had no co sponsor. Even then, I was pressed about a cosponsor… What made me completely lose interest and walk off the lot was the sarcasm. “Well typically When we give someone the option of a minivan or no car at all they don’t typically choose no car at all…” My money is better off elsewhere, with someone that actually CARES about what I want and prefer and not just selling a car. Super pushy, horrible sales service. I thought the majority of these reviews were a “little much”, until I went in myself… Maybe a customer service 101 class is needed for these folks.

I seen they had a promotion for financing a vechile online. I applied for pre-qualification & was contacted later that day that I was approved. I asked valid questions regarding what amount down and all fees pertaining to what amount I needed so my purchase upon reaching the car lot so my sale would be smooth & no hiccups in the road since it was 45 min drive from my house. I was told by the staff member that I only an x amount. I get there, I am told that I needed a co signer and more cash than what I even had in my bank account by far. I was told I was approved, that x amount was only needed when I UP FRONT ASKED the worker that she replied was she SURE I did not need bring a down payment & 1st month payment, jus 1st payment becuz I was approved by several in house lenders that would work with me. Once I get there, its NOTHING even kind of going like I was told it would. I was lied to obviously because I ended up leaving w/out a car that day. They lied to get me in there and that shouldnt operate and conduct business w/ such deceiving info. Its ethically & morally WRONG. I will NEVER return or have any future interests with this company now or ever again. Beware, even if you outright ask the EXACT question, you have the possibility of being given an answer that they knowingly tell u as a BOLD FACE LIE.
