Nice enough guys, but charged me twenty bucks to dismount a tire😕

Awesome service and best prices in town. Just got all four tires on my Tacoma and Greg was a great help and recommended cooper tires and I love them.

These guys handled me in crunch time. I whipped in at 4:57 they close at 5. Threw on 2 new rear tires faster than a NASCAR pit crew so I could get my inspection done. Thanks fellas

Really nice employees. A little bit of a wait (only plugging a tire) but not too too bad. I did think $21 was a lot to plug a tire but maybe I just dont know enough about it. All in all a good place.

This business is highly unprofessional, they do not admit to their mistakes and the workers are not following Covid protocols. The employees are not wearing masks nor are they social distancing. I do not reccomend this place and I would not go here again.

I just called to ask about getting a tire fixed or replaced. When I asked if they were following covid protocols and wearing masks, the employee said, No! Lord, no. Refusing to do something so simple for the health, safety, and wellbeing of your customers is simply not good business. Putting a mask on by request to put a clients mind at ease would have been a respectful business practice. Ill find a more considerate place to take my business.

Each time I go in they give me little helpful hints about maintaining my car and its tires, and they always suggest ways I can save some cash. I had a tire emergency today and ended up on the side of I40 today and an amazing stranger and changed my tire... I pulled in to Baity’s with tears in my eyes and told them I needed a new tire but, had no idea what I needed. These guys were absolutely fantastic and had me smiling and fixed up in minutes!!! They were hands down amazing and I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you guys so much for your service and most of all your compassion!!!

My valve stem in my tire was broken and leaking air and they replaced it for free. My wait was lile 10 mins or less... Not bad at all! They were super polite and professional. If I ever have any other problems Ill definitely be coming back. 💜👏👍

They had a really low price tire to suit what I needed for this car. The tire size is odd and they were only on of two stores in the city that even had them in stock, but theirs was $40 cheaper per tire. The service was quick. They had replaced one tire that I carried in by the time I completed paying the bill. I then brought the car in to replace the other 3 tires. Great service, good inventory, good price!

Saw a commercial on TV for Cooper tires I bought here. Decided to look back at my previous 1 star review. Somehow purged. Wish I was surprised. Had bought thousands of $$ worth of tires from them in the past.I had a blow out, sidewall separated from tire bead at about 55mph. No fun. Could not believe they would not stand behind it. Never went back and encourage everyone not to do business there.

Love these guys, they are the best. They dont just go in and fix the problem and then had u a bill followed with your keys, they actually show what the problem is, before fixing it, along with options.That is most definitely a rare find.

Just got an oil change and inspection from there. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Good pricing. I had forgotten to ask for an inspection with my oil change and they were very accommodating and added it on and got it done quick! I highly recommend them for routine service and will be going back for my next oil change.

Oil was changed about 2 weeks ago and this week the filter started leaking oil because it was just about to fall off! They also dont have an inspection technician there anymore even though they still advertise the service. My first time there is definitely my last. Ill go back to mock tire.

I purchased a new set of tires from Baitys in Sept. 2019. A few months later, I got a flat tire. I called to ask if they could check out the tire, and the person I spoke to on the phone told me I could bring the car in that day. I simply wanted to know that the problem was and how to fix it. I did not ask them to repair the tire.I took the car in and 30 or 40 minutes later, one of the employees at the desk told me my car was ready and proceeded to give me a total for plugging my flat tire. I explained that I was not prepared to pay to plug the tire. Anytime Ive gotten my tires or car inspected/repaired in the past, someone has always been courteous enough to explain the problem and the cost to fix the issue to me, PRIOR to repairing anything.One of the employees was very nasty and condescending, saying it was common sense that they would plug the tire, and that it would cost me something to fix. I informed him that nobody had even attempted to communicate with me after discovering the problem with my tire. I waited in the waiting area the entire time, and would have been available if someone had tried to speak with me. If they had let me know that I had a nail in my tire and shown me where it was located, my husband would have repaired the tire on his own, for less than what they were going to charge me. The only reason I went to Baitys is because I thought theyd be able to help me identify the issue with my tire, considering I recently paid them over $700 for two new sets of tires, and secondly, my husband was at work. Therefore, he was unable to look at the tire. Im writing this low review due to poor customer service and the rude man who tried to take advantage of me and insult my intelligence. ALWAYS consult customers before doing any work on a car, regardless of how little or much it costs. In the end, another employee told me I didnt need to pay the fee. In the future, I will not be returning to Baitys. Id rather pay more money for better customer service.

But the guys at Baitys were 100% honest, and instead of price gouging me like every other mechanic wouldve, they told me to hold off because theyve still got a significant amount of life left.Their integrity is truly impressive.

My tire went out of its rim very much out of the blue earlier today. I stuck on my spare and went around the corner to see these guys and dropped it off then walked down to grab a bite at taco Bell. When I came back 20 minutes later they were already done and because they could not find anything wrong with the tire except for a little corrosion on the rim (which they smoothed out) they did not charge me anything . Though when I used them a couple of years back for a used tire I remember they were very inexpensive. Such service is rare nowadays and whenever possible it will be with them I give my business to! Thanks guys!

Asked for a quote for new tires. Gentelman at the counter was very nice. Didnt push to sell me something. I think I will be going there for my new tires.

They were my go to for tires and oil changes for years but every since Mrs. Shirley left, one of the front desk guys is not as nice as Mrs. Shirley. I called to get a quote on some new tires and he act like it was the end of the world to have to look me up in the system. Nevertheless, he tried once to find me in the system and didnt, I never got the quote and I just found a new place to spend my money. I was soooooooo disappointed and hurt.

While traveling through Winston with my 2yr old daughter who is on a ventaltor, I had two blow out on HWY 40. I was so blessed to have Clay Doss of Baitys charge me what I could afford to unsure we got home safely before my daughters battery ran out on her vent... They were so helpful and understanding and are deffently one of the good guys!

Ive done business at Firestone for 15+ years but today I gave Baity Tire a chance on an issue that Firestone wouldnt do. So glad I did, they were super accommodating and fixed it right there on the spot. I remember what it felt like to be a valued customer. They didnt even charge me for the work, just asked that I come back. I will most likely buy my next set of tires here! Outstanding service!

I spotted a nail in my tire while visiting from out of town. I was referred to Baitys by a local. Baitys was courteous, professional and prompt in checking the tire. Turns out the nail didnt penetrate the tire. There was no charge and I was back on the road thanks to Baitys tire.

Good old fashioned tire shop, worked me in for a rotation and balance, but found a bad tire instead, mounted 2 new tires on the spot, great service.

Good prices. The aluminum caps over my lugs got scared so if you have those I would recommend going to someone who is familiar with removing them or having them switched to the steel.

The lady at the front desk had very poor customer service. I waited just to have to leave because of timing and her lack of concern. When I called before I came a nice man was very helpful but its a shame her attitude didnt make me want to do business with them.

I took my aged vehicle in for an inspection and ended up purchasing new tires due to dry rot missed in previous inspections. The service was fast, professional and I didnt feel like I was being pressured into the tires. I was shown what was wrong with my current tires and advised to get new ones soon. The mechanic who worked on it also made recommendations for brake service and gave me a time frame for when Id need that work. Very little wait time (for a Saturday!) and the pricing was reasonable. What a relief! I will definitely bring my other vehicle here for maintenance soon.

What is a partial inspection fee exactly, just wondering considering I cant find anything about one online; or for that matter the other three certified mechanics that I talked to (there opinion, I got ripped off). Now usually I wouldnt be as mad as I am about this issue except for the fact that I just got new tires not even a week ago and yet this is what you want to fail me for. If that isnt bitter enough a pill to swallow its pretty conspicuous that your employees are trying to fail me for what happens to me your main commodity and what your best known for; and mechanics wonder why regular folk believe they are being screwed every which way by but up front by them when we go to them for HELP. Either way I will never be back and personally will never recommend their services too anyone I know. I really wish that this business had some redeming quality but they only good aspect of my visit was another customer whom I had a cheerful conversation with. Other then my obvious dissapointment I have to agree with the non friendly staff comments which was very much akin to a high school clique which we arent apart of. They were also very brisk and rude to the point I wondered why they didnt just tell me to sit the hell down and shut the hell up; oh and by the way this is how much we charge you to sit in those uncomfortable seats we have for your pleasure; P.S. dont expect us to do our job as we dont want too do them, we just want your hard earned money.

Came down from VA. Called before making an hour drive for four tires. When I arrived, was told we could not be serviced because they closed in 15 minutes. Would have not driven an hour had I not been told we could be serviced. Wont be returning or spending any money here.

Came in for an inspection, was asked to wait, and after waiting 30 minutes was asked to come back later they lost track or who was working on what. Not to mention the bad attitudes. Took my business else where.
