I was so apprehensive when my Maytag washer stopped spinning clothes dry. I had a very bad experience with the delivery of my new washer 3 months ago from Lowes.However, from the moment Mike Webb and Jay entered my home to service my washer, their professionalism and knowledge quickly erased any concerns I previously had. They called ahead and arrived promptly in 10 minutes as they said they would. They were clean and neat, and wore masks as I requested. They were personable, caring, and confident that my problem was solved. Grant was our technician. He called ahead and arrived as promised right on the dot. He was clean, neat, friendly and personable. He checked our freezer thoroughly and told me that it was at the end of its life span. He said, I could put some parts on there that MIGHT prolong it a bit, but the compressor is about gone and could die anytime, even with me changing other parts. I dont want to sell you parts when the unit is dying. He made a customer for life out of me. I was very impressed!!!

Honest and excellent service. We just bought a new set of front loaders. They work great except when I washed a heavy rug. The drum was racking all over so I stopped the machine and pulled out the dripping rug. Concerned that the shock absorbers might be warn, I scheduled an appointment with Convenient Appliance. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very helpful and polite. After running diagnostics, Austin said everything checks out fine. I just cant wash a single heavy item by itself, which is what I figured but wanted to make sure there were no mechanical issues. We will definitely call again if services are needed.

Robert was polite and professional. he made a quick diagnosis of the problem and made the repairs to our Whirlpool range in a very efficient manner. When he was finished he explained what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. He was patient and answered our questions and even made minor repairs like changing the oven light bulb and the storage door. We have used Convenient Appliance Service in the past for our refrigerator and garbage disposal. We will use them again in the future if we need them.

Wonderful repairman. Gave good advice for detergents to use, and choosing pods with rinse aid included. His advice was great 👍in deciding whether to repair or buy a new one. Due to the age of our machine of 15 years, we decided not to replace our rinse aid compartment and to put the $315.00 on a new dishwasher. Robert was very personable and pleasant to deal with.

I contacted Convenient Appliance for repair on my under 1 year old Whirlpool refrigerator purchased from Lowes. They were easy to work with for setting up the appointment to replace the freezer light that went out. Mike Webb arrived promptly and was professional. Wonder service and discussion of the issue.I am surprised by the invoice as I expected an itemization after talking with Robert about receiving one. He said it would be emailed to me and would take a few minutes. Well, in those few minutes he disappeared. I never have an issue with a price but I do like to have an itemized bill. I choked a bit at the $80 show-up charge but at least it was shared upfront. While Robert explained what he was going to do in detail and the charge upfront, I presumed it would take a few hours. Less than an hour of work and no transparency on the invoice left me cold.

Customer Service team is responsive, friendly and helpful. The Service Technician arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the issue, and returned the next week as scheduled with the replacement part. He made the repair, and all is working again. Thanks so much!

I have used Convenient Appliance for many years. They have the parts I need to do the repair myself or have done warranty work on my appliances. They are simply the best at what they do.UPDATE: In May, 2021, they came to service our refrigerator, under a Home Depot service warranty. It was running warm and adjusting the settings didnt help. Brad and Grant came out and in about 1 minute determined what the problem was! They fixed the problem quickly and they were, as usual, knowledgeable, friendly and I couldnt be happier with their service and this company.

We had a problem with our new dishwasher not getting any water to it. Called the mfg. and they set us up with this company. The appt. was set for between 12-4 pm. At 12:15 The tech called and said they were 15 mins away. 15 mins later they were there. They were very professional in everything they did. The tech figured out the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Because of the service we got from the 2 techs today I would use them anytime I have a problem. The techs name is Mike Webb and did not get the other techs name. They did a great job.

Had to have the drum replaced on my almost 10 year old GE dryer. We contemplated just getting a new one but contacted CAS to see if it could be repaired. They were able to replace the drum and, a few days after it was replaced the connector to the start button went out. Both repairs were done quickly and at a great price. This was also the best customer service experience we have had lately, and are very thankful for that.
