Mike and Appliance Service Kompany were contracted through our home warranty company to replace a broken dishwasher. Mike and his team were prompt and professional. The installation of the new unit was done timely and is in perfect working fashion.

Contracted through home warranty company. They didnt fix the issue and now wont answer the phone. Not even an option to leave a voicemail.

I filed a claim with our home warranty company. The business has 24-48 hours to contact you. I attempted to contact him and he did not answer his phone. I contacted our warranty company and they were able to talk with him. An appointment was set for the next day and he called and asked what the issue was. I explained what the microwave had done and he basically diagnosed the problem. I asked if he was going to keep the appointment that day and he said he was running behind. No call later that day to say he wasn’t coming. I assumed he would come the next day after I told him I would be home between 1 and 5. He still didn’t show or contact me.

Never showed up after being scheduled to come. Committed to the same day after I called then never picked up the phone after that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Mike, with Appliance Service Kompany, is very prompt. He called and came right away. Fixed one issue and ordered part to fix second issue. Couldnt ask for better customer service. Very knowledgeable.Thanks!

Company is horrible!! Takes your money and don’t keep his commitment!
