The first time I dealt with Bobcat of The Rockies service program in Greeley was 2018. I brought in a fairly used 2014 T590 that needed some overheating issues dealt with. They said I needed a battery and to have the coolers cleaned out and the problem would be resolved. They called and said the machine was fixed. I questioned that the problem was fixed because I had just spent awhile cleaning out the coolers myself. They agreed to run it longer to make sure the problem was resolved. I called back a week or so later and they said the project somehow was overlooked. They then confirmed there was more going on than they realized. They said I then had a bad driver motor that should solve the problem. They replaced the driver motor and called to confirm the problem was resolved. I agreed and paid the $5000 plus bill for the battery that was worse than the one they replaced, the drive motor that worked the same as the last one and the cooler cleaning that was unnoticeable. I was excited to put the machine to work only to realize the $5000 I spent had accomplished nothing. The machine still overheated exactly like it did before. $5000 spent did absolutely nothing. Very frustrated at the time.Fast forward to 2020 I had T770 that had some serious leaks going on. I really didn’t want to take another machine to them but decided they couldn’t give it back to me if the machine is still gushing oil. The service department was prompt and handled the situation fast and reasonable fixing other issues along the way. Nobody is perfect including myself but these guys really turned my opinion around.

I called Bobcat to seek some concrete joint filler. They told me they had 2 bottles of Masterseal SL1 concrete joint filler and a kaulk gun. I said, Sweet Ill be in tomorrow to pick them up? They offered to have them ready for pickup the next day at open, and took my name and number. I showed up the next the day at 8:45am, an hour after opening. They had my invoice paper, but no product. The gentleman helping me told me he has the filler but probably not the kaulk gun. He said, I hate to do it but I might have to send you to home Depot for the kaulking gun, it will probably be faster. Then three employees spent nearly 20 minutes looking for the filler, they couldnt find it so they told me, Sorry, we can order you some. Well this is unacceptable as I called in advance, you told me you had the 3 products, and then I drive 30 minutes to get it, just to get turned away. I understand youre moving buildings, but you had 24 hours to find the stuff you told me you have, and at least call me and tell me you dont have it. Thanks.

Great Service and a great product

The right equipment at the right price. Compared to other equipment rentals in the area (or all of FoCo, Loveland Windsor), this is by far the best place. Awesome customer service and they do a great job of maintaining their fleet. When needed, we will be back to get equipment again.

When I mentioned that I didnt know my Bobcats serial number because both normal locations were damaged, she went out of her way to find out where else one might be. Thanks to her, I now know what it is. And I know where to go for great service!
