I have rented from Arapahoe/Windsor half a dozen times every experience has been great. I get all of my propane fills here as well. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Dont go anywhere else.

When we made our reservation they did not tell us we would need a bigger truck to pick up the equipment, then offered something smaller but didnt have it available. We had to go to all purposes rentals who did a great job

What sets these guys apart is the knowledgeable and professional staff. I’m a homeowner and these guys (and gal!) at Windsor store always spend the extra time to get me up to speed. I regularly fill propane tanks here and service is always very prompt. I’m not very fond of their website but the personal service is so good I can overlook the web deficiencies.

These guys are AMAZING!!! Jake and Shannon were both so great. We had some issues with the equipment but they went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend them.

I reserved a gas pressure washer earlier in the week to use today. Every one of the 3 employees I spoke to were super nice and explained the directions well. I even called in when I was having an issue starting it back up, and they offered to come to my house to help. Luckily, I was able to troubleshoot. That is not the kind of service I would have gotten if I had rented from Home Depot, so I will definitely recommend their small business to others.

I had a great experience renting a Ditch Witch to trench my new back yard. Andy was super helpful setting me up with the right machine, and the staff were great with showing me how to use it. I had no problems at all with the machine, and finished my job MUCH faster than I would have otherwise. Quality people and equipment. These guys will be getting all of my business in the future!

Absolutely best customer service, called for a track loader last minute sent my girlfriend to pick it up and they helped her hook up the trailer and load it. Couldnt be more pleased definitely returning for further equipment needs.

I happily updated my 2 start to a 5 star as the following scenario happened... BUT Andy reached out directly and made things right without hesitation. This is a well ran organization, and I respect the fact that hick-ups happen every once and a while. I will be a returning customer!...I was happy with the initial customer service at pickup.They gave me a quick run down on how to use the plate compactor, and helped me load it in the back of my truck.The machine ran well, but the bolts holding the pad in place loosened about every 30 seconds making it difficult to operate the machine continuously. So I had to stop the machine and tighten the bolts. Fortunately, I was using this on a small area, or else it would have made for a long, drawn out process.I notified the person at the front desk of the loose bolt problem when I returned the machine. She shrugged it off and said, The guys must not have tightened it well enough...At the very least, I expected an apology and maybe even a credit of sorts but neither were found when explaining the problem.Needless to say, I was disappointed by the response of the person that seemed to be at the forefront of customer service when returning the machine. I hope this was just a fluke experience, but one I thought was note worthy.

Rented a tiller, as soon as it was started and the tines were engaged to begin tilling one side of the tines completely fell off the machine and rolled across the ground. The Tines had been wired on with a single strand of baling wire, which snapped. Spent 40 mins repairing machine before it could be used. Notified the shop as soon as it happened and the only option offered by staff to make it right was to send a mechanic to fix the machine. Once returned to the shop, not a word was said except sorry about that.

I always have great service at Arapahoe Rental. Shannon takes care of us like she is part of our company.

Impeccable customer service and great prices. I rented a log splitter and was pleased with how easy it was to pick up, transport, and drop off. Their facility is organized, there staff is friendly, and they seem to actually care about the customer; they made sure I knew how to use it safely and efficiently. The splitter was well-maintained. I will continue to rent from them.

I rented a power washer and had trouble getting it put together. AR sent a person out to help me and also came and picked it up for me at no extra charge. Excellent service, polite and professional! I will use them again and highly recommend Arapahoe Rental!

Rented a tracked Dingo and two hours in it blew a hose. Called them up and brought me a different machine. Got done right at closing time and they stayed so I could drop it off. Great business to work with.

As the event coordinator for a very large community event, I can not say enough positive things about Arapahoe Rental! I visited this location recently, and i had a very lovely experience. I have been to the loveland and the johnstown locations, I typically go to either one due to the location of my home. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a location in the windsor area, where I was at the time. I stopped in for some propane, and I met a cheerful young lady, i think her name was Breann or Breanna. She was a delight to talk to and was very helpful. If your going to Arapahoe Rentals in Windsor, ask for her. She was fun, maybe next time I visit Ill ask her to see if she will date my son.

Rented an air chisel and 175 cfm air compressor. Originally I was going to buy a cheap compressor and try to make due rather than rent. The staff recommended a rental of a big unit as I was removing 250 sqft of title. I followed their recommendation and they gave me a quick run done on the chisel. I’m so glad they insisted I upgrade as I had that chisel running flat out for 5 hours and waiting for a compressor to build pressure would have taken me days to finish. Look forward to doing business with them again.

On the outside this company seems like it cares. However money comes first and customers come second. Next time you rent equipment here be sure to check it for osha or dot violations, Im sure you will find one and it will be your fault. Friendly customer service stops at the door. Once you leave the store, you will be disrespected and judged. Damaging equipment is no big deal, 9/10 they wont charge you, so dont worry about that. Do not fire me because I am a disabled vet and give me excuses that lie on the same terms of the non professional activity that the young inexperienced manager displayed daily. This is more of a safety issue to future customers. Be vigilant and rent at your own risk.
