This was an extremely positive experience. The best customer service that I’ve experienced with insurance company’s. Very responsive and available. I also got more protection with less money than my previous provider.

I had been a Nationwide customer for 23 years. The cost of my home, umbrella, auto and motorcycle policies had become intolerably high. I requested quotes from other insurance providers. I promptly received one quote only from them for a company that deals only through agents, Safeco. I requested quotes from other companies; I was told that the agent would do that. No quotes came for 11 days. I wrote again, asking for quotes. It is now 27 days from my initial request, 16 from my second request, with no answer. Last week, I canceled all my Nationwide policies, and gave my business to another agency. I cannot understand how a agency can ignore a faithful clients request like this agency did.

I was a client of Ransom Agency some years ago. I decided to go a different direction and used another agency for a few years. I decided to shop my insurance needs again, so i called Ransom and I worked with Byron. Byron was very helpful through all aspects and provided great service and was very attentive. Safeco is the company we chose and they have been great to work with. Less than 15 days into the policy we had a major claim. Safeco handled it very quick and professional. Devin and his team is professional, quick to respond and helped me save money on my insurance and also helped me get more coverage. I would 100% recommend them he wasn’t there to just make a quick buck he educated me on the entire process from front to back. What I’ve had happen in the past with other agency they would add stuff to my policy without me knowing or things I really didn’t need and Devin would go over it with me and also show me exactly what I was getting and what I was covered under. 100% recommend these guys to anyone. Best all around agency for all of your insurance needs! I’ve been with this agency for quite a few years. I’ve checked everywhere before making a decision on my car insurance and they had the best coverage for the lowest price. I then later purchased a home and checked all over, and again they quoted me the best price. Now I have the bundle with life insurance, car insurance, and home insurance. I’ve never had any trouble reaching out to anyone for assistance. They are always there. Hands down, they are the best around!!!

My first review of bad service has been removed from your site, shame! this is my second attempt of requesting my envelope I dropped off at your office 6 weeks ago. Customers have the right to speak out from horrible business practice. Just like I said before you guys can not be trusted if my envelope isnt returned to the address provided before the month is over youll get a notification from the BBB along with our law firm.

Been a Nationwide customer for quite some time. We were originally with a different agency but our account was transferred to Ransom & Associates sometime along the way. I hadn’t had to contact this agency until October 2018 when I called to check rates on a new vehicle I was looking at purchasing. The agent I spoke to didn’t really seem interested in helping me. It seemed more like I was bothering him. In November 2018 I had to file a homeowners claim. After having issues with the adjuster, I have called this agency several times and they are no help whatsoever. I am told they have no access to claims information and I am always transferred to the Nationwide claims dept. This might be the way Nationwide does things, but if you are looking for an agency that will help you this is not the one.Edited to add: I emailed the owner a week ago per the response on this review. Still no call from this agency.

If I lived in this area this would be the insurance company that I would use. I called to get a quote for my father and Misty was very helpful. The following day my father walked into the office and she greeted him like you would a friend. Misty has gone above and beyond what I have experienced before when dealing with an insurance company. Unfortunately my father had some problems, but the staff at this agency were so helpful and did everything they could to make things easier. This is the place to go if you want to feel like more then just a customer!!!! Thank you!
