Great coffee but not sure about the Halloween decorations

Great company. I had a house fire in 1998, and it was a total loss. Could not have asked for a better response, or a smoother transition, as we had our house rebuilt. I will never go anywhere else! Lewis Crook is the best!

Great place to do business! My house burned in 2008 and I could not ask for a better response. Most companies do not want to pay out when you need them and give you the run around. This company was there and took care of me from start to finish. I will never go anywhere else for insurance. They insure everything I have and they will continue to get my business. Lewis Crook is my agent and has been great.

They acted nice during the process. Their insured dropped a U turn through my lane and was 100% at fault, the officer and GFB agreed. Then when it came time for my car being repaired they told me I had an hour to pick up my car and be able to drop off my rental, with my two kids 3 years old and 8 months, or i would have to pay for the rental. And that it was my fault that I chose the wrong shop. They were so rude at the end. I am so sadden that something their insured did now is causing me extreme stress and maybe money at the end of the day. Not ok GFB you should be better then that!

These folks are like family. We have been working with them for years and will continue for as long as they will have us.
