Broken toilet took almost 5 months to fix and cost me nearly $200 PER MONTH in water bills. Landlord wouldn’t fix/handle anything in a timely manner (if at all) and never communicated what was being fixed when. Calls and emails were ignored for weeks until I left angry messages and even then I wouldn’t receive any response, just had someone show up randomly a week or so later to ‘fix it’ (maintenance regularly put bandaid solutions on large issues, causing the problems to continue for longer/break again several days later)
Terrible. We left the apartment in much better condition than when we rented it and after almost three months we finally got our security deposit back with several unjust fees charged to us. We were shorted a couple hundred dollars. I strongly recommend consider other options in Winchester, you are likely to find something a lot newer and much much nicer for about the same price. Never again will I rent from Pine Realty.
I rent a retail space. 4 years no issues. Always been good to me.
I also left the apartment cleaner and much improved and had to take Pine to court to get all of $300 back (out of $665). Worst excuse for a landlord ever. Do not deal with this business.
So thankful for Mr. Burke making this process hassel free! I was very apprehensive about looking at a second apartment but with a gentle nudge, we went over to view it. Needless to say it was absolutely beautiful and in a prime location! He met my needs georgraphically and made me feel right at home with my new apartment! Thank you again!
Their apartments are nice except for the roaches. The secretary is unfriendly. Hes nice but dont trust him.

Never again would I rent from this landlordApt rented was in dire need of renovation. All damage was written down and turned into main office, no fixes ever took place. Roaches were an issue when we first moved in. No action from landlord so we took care of that. No dumpster for garbage, just piled in a little fenced in area attached to rental building, could be the first cause of the roach issue. Snow removal is left up to tenants, the laundry room is a fire hazard and expect long delays for repair if one of the forty year old appliances goes out. Last but not least, security deposit, forget getting that back in full. Even if damage to apartment is pre existing and very well documented, repairs will be deducted from said security deposit which is crazy expensive.
Nothing but problems; no air filter or freon for the ac. We had to move in the August heat. The storm door has been broken since the day we moved in. The bathroom sink leaks, roaches and bedbugs infested the place. Mr. Pine accused us of bringing them in. Nothing was resolved and he kept our deposit. Stay far far away from this crook!!
