Had to wait weeks to get Air conditioning fixed... in 90 degree weather

I looked at a duplex they had for rent on Strode Station Cir last year and filled out application with fees, along with giving them $600 deposit upfront as the woman instructed. Returned keys to woman after viewing. I went back to place next morning just driving by it to discover needles in yard so within twelve hour period I decided not to take place. They told me they would not give me $600 back and that it was unfortunate I changed mind. Very rude unprofessional people who only care about taking money from whoever has it.

Very bad people to rent from. We had to pay a $900 deposit an i called to see where it was an now they say there was some charges. We did everything they wanted done before we moved out. I personaly do not recommend these people to rent from i heard bad things from other people who rented from them before. An it must of been true to say so i would really look at renting from some one else. Renter b ware..

I would like to say that this is one of the better apartments or town homes in Winchester but that would be a horrible lie. Im honestly upset that I even have to give it 1 star just to post this. The houses they rent out represent the ignorant, rude, and just plain run down staff that they have running their office as well. Our town home (and I put that in quotes because it was really just a broken box with closets) that we lived in had multiple problems month after month. For example, our pipes were leaking, ruining our ceiling down stairs, because the pipes in the walls werent even completely put together. They had just closed the wall with open pipes behind it. They continued to tell us that it was our fault and even telling it us that it was because our AC unit had a dirty filter. They continuously tried to charge us with every problem they had to fix (when it was completely their doing). Even though tenant laws state that it is their property and their house and we just pay rent there, they still told us that it was our problem and we had to pay for it. When we would talk to the management about issues they would literally take days and sometimes over a week to get back to us about any sort of emergency with our house. Not only that, but they would not give any sort of warning that they were coming into our home either (even though tenant laws state otherwise). When we sent them a letter saying they were illegally coming into our home and attached the tenant law that states it with the letter, they still entered our home without warning. We would be startled by repair men thinking someone was breaking into our house, while the repair men were told we had warning of his arrival. Now, although we gave a month and halfs worth of rent as a deposit, they are telling us we owe them for carpet replacement. We also gave them a $300 pet deposit and they are also charging us with pet fees, because that wasnt a pet deposit, that was to just have the pet in the house apparently. Their staff has repeatedly hung up on me and gotten rude when Ive called with an issue for a wrong charge. So, I would like to warn any person thinking about renting ANYTHING from Littrell Homes, dont. They are a horribly run company with an awfully stupid and rude staff ready to not help you out what so ever and charge you for everything and then charge you again for it.

Awful. 3 days without air conditioning. They refuse to fix it in a timely manner. Left a ladder in my house and dirt on the rug below it.

Dont rent from these people. Like the other reviewer said they are money hungry and will find ways to take yours and are very rude when you call them and when you leave. The apartment was a dump and always some kind of maintenance issues. You call and basically have to beg for them to do any maintenance and when they come they just rig it back and cross their fingers it doesnt mess up again. Constant problems with leaking and the air conditioning. Find some other place to rent from. This place is a dump and they will rob you blind!!

If you are looking to rent or buy, this is really the only place in Winchester to consider.

Lucky they got one star. These people are money hungry and rude. Avoid them.
