Had what I was looking for and 3 different employees offered to assist me!

Yesterday I went to party city to buy gender reveal balloons this is first time I had worst experience in my life when I enter to store there is two lady working. But one of Lady i dont know name of lady but she doesnt know about customers service i think she need to learn the how to deal with customers and how to make customers happy. She didnt greet customers nicely. I asked for gender reveal Ballon and twist popper confetti . She provided me two different stuff like pink ballon and blue twist popper confetti. I want to give surprised to my husband. But It was all messed up.we are so upset and when I called to store one of manager recevied call. He didnt even apologize nicely. When he said for refund he just gave me partial refund. I went to store from Chantilly to Winchester to refund my money but it was just partial refund. It is waste of time and money. I will never go there and I suggest not to go in that store.

I have to say that the management is phenomenal! I recently spoke to a manager on the phone & was very impressed with how much he cares for his store. Very professional & very kind. I got my daughter some balloons on the 18th of June for her birthday & they were beautiful! I had no idea how huge the store is & great the selection is as well! The one cashier who checked me out she was very sweet!! The balloons were by far the best balloons I’ve ever gotten & my daughter loved all of her 13th birthday decorations. I will return for future birthdays for all 4 of my kids. It’s a 45 minute drive, but trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Didnt have a whole lot to choose from maybe they are going out of business who knows but it seemed emptier to me

Did a pick up order and was happy with how fast they had it ready! Only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was because they never sent an email notification to let me know the order was ready. I happened to be in the area and stopped in to check on it. Despite all of this, they still had my order ready and accurate!

This is a cool place. Anything, basically, you want for a party, youll be to find it. Prices arent that bad, a little higher than youd find in another store, but its all right there. You can really get wrapped up in shopping. Be careful, you could easily spend more than you were planning, so take extra money with you. I easily found what I was looking for, but spent extra time wandering around. The staff was friendly and were knowledgable about what they had and where it could be found. Youll enjoy looking around.

I was impressed with the desire to help by the staff. Very friendly.

Got some nice things however took forever to get help with balloons and we were the only ones there. When we did get help you could tell she would have rather been anywhere else.

There are just some places that have way too much of way too many things about one thing. So I feel like this is one of those. But I know there are those of you out there that like to plan parties have lots of parties and really get into it so this must be your niche place. If so then this has so many choices for every single color shape and size of what you could possibly want to plan that perfect party for whatever occasion it is you are planning.

I love this place the most during Halloween, so many costumes and sizes to chose from. During Easter I enjoy getting decorations from there as well as party supplies for my sons birthday parties every July.

Knowledgeable staff, good deals and a wide variety of themes keeps me coming back to this place. I sometimes walk in without a costume or party theme in mind and, by the time I leave, not only do I find everything in one place, but I ALWAYS leave satisfied.

Went in looking for Lego balloons and left with what I needed. Very helpful staff.

Nice place to get all your party supplies wide range of options. Prices are a bit steep but thats anywhere these days lol. Over the employees are helpful and nice and the wide range of surplus gives you many ideas to throw a great party.

From small trinkets to the more expensive high quality decorations, they offer a large variety to accommodate a vast group of people, their needs, and their budgets. Its definitely the go-to place for all of our fundraising events, costume parties, and other holiday gatherings.Additionally, the service has always been friendly and accommodating. Always eager to work with the customer to ensure they find what they need. My friends, family, and myself are all loyal and repeating customers and would recommend them to anyone.

About the experience you would expect from a store that changes its displays constantly. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist if needed. The store is usually a mess from having so much inventory with such little space. Very crammed

Bought birthday party favours here, generally expensive, and what ya buy usually isnt worth the money, same stuff at walmart, only difference party city has more variety. Their fondue kits are high dollar but are very very fragile, if ya get a printed pic on any, dont try n peel it off the paper, it wont come off no matter what you do, just set behind cake, or just give to the bday child to do with as they please.lol tbh, good place for party bags, party costumes, etc.etc. just get the rest at Walmart. 😉

Loving shopping at party city

Every time I come here the employees are rude, never smiling, and act like it kills them to cash a customer out. So I feel like a pain to them each time I walk in. Maybe hire people who actually want to work and have better customer service. Thank you.

They have a good selection of decorations and party supplies. Their costumes are kind of cheap and basic for the high prices you pay.

Only place around to find best Halloween makeup and costumes in person instead of shopping online. They also always have tons of candy.

Ive been here twice for my sons first and second birthday. There are a lot of items there and have found stuff I couldnt find locally.I do think that you get what you pay for, as some of the stuff is horrid quality but looks cute.I dont think Ill go here until my son has a lot more friends coming to his parties. Right now he is too young to have a lot of people at his bday party. The trip here from Charles Town is not that great. Ill just go to our local Walmart.
