We had a small party to celebrate our marriage - we needed a few options for seating indoors. Grand Event Center had it all! I was gifted linens so I didn’t use GEC for theirs, but they had several options to choose from. The cocktail and banquet tables were in great condition and transformed my space. But the best part of using Grand Event Center was their customer service. Zack, Joel, and Maria took excellent care of us. Not only were they affordable but this company went above and beyond during every step of the rental. 10/10 recommend and will definitely use again for future events.

Used Grand for our 25th Anniversary for the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields National Historic District. They were wonderful! We made some last minute changes a day additions and they were able to make it all happen! Would recommend! Zack was awesome!

As a caterer, I use Grand Event Rentals quite a bit. They are always a huge help with anything and when there have been any last minute requests they do their best to accommodate. A great partner in this crazy world of events.

Rented tent tables chairs and dance floor and heater. Representative zach was always ready to answer any questions I had about my rental. Even sent me a schematic of what the layout could potentially be.Rental setup the workers were really nice and listened to us during set up so it was perfdct.Chair rental prices on point, got them for Thanksgiving too.This was plan b for my wedding. There were small holes in the tent that did let a little of the harsh rain through, tables need a good sanding cause got a splinter.

Grand Event Center did a wonderful job setting up and taking down a tent for a bridal shower. Will be using them again. 5 stars!!!

Great people to work with. I called them several times to ask questions and finally placed my order for a large tent for my son’s wedding. Zack always answered all my questions and concerns. I met them at the site. I got there five minutes early and they were waiting for me. Then I watched them put the tent up. It was enjoyable to watch how their work crew of four guys all got along with and helped each other and answered any questions I had. Good group of hard working guys.

I used Grand Event Center to provide tents, tables, tablecloths, and chairs for a small (~25) party in a remote wooded location. Zach was knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with when making the arrangements, and the delivery crew had no problem finding my place and unloading quickly despite the miserable heat! The staff is very nice and helpful with a wide variety of rental options. They were helpful in updating our invoice frequently as our guest list kept changing. They showed up on time and taught us to use the space heaters we rented. Only issue we had was some of the space heaters wouldn’t stay lit very long. We would work with them again.

Tent table and chairs (60 people)rented for graduation party to be delivered on 6/1/18. Delivery time between 12-5. We wait all day. I get a call at 4:51 pm. The tent cant be delivered until tomorrow at 9:00. My party is not until later in the day on Saturday 6/2/18. So I agree to 9:00 am delivery with Grand Event Center /Grand Rental Center to set up tent table and chair. We wait ! No call. I call at 1130 AM . I get the excuse we are on our way. I requested a full refund at this point. Its now Monday and Ive called the company 3 times on there reservation line and it keeps going to voicemail. I just wanted to confirm they refunded my money. They finally pick up the phone. Not a single person apologizing for the screw up. I would give them less than one star if possible. Please be aware prior to renting anything from this company.

Rented Chiavari chairs recently. The chairs must have previously been a different color and not original. The ones I rented looked as though they had several coats of paint on them. This was an issue because the paint rubbed off on clothing and the detail of chair was lost in the numerous coats of paint. People were nice but products are old and not well cared for.

Dont be fooled grand event it is grand rentals, or closely related.I rented a tent that was delivered late missing parts and less than clean. This delayed my entire event and I was never offered a discount. Just an apology that was less than sincere.

It was a pleasure to work with Grand Event Center for our wedding in June 2017. We had to build the entire setup from the ground up, and we couldnt have done with without the help of Annie & Joel at Grand Event Center. They stayed in communication with me throughout the process, answering my questions, allaying my worries, and making little changes whenever circumstances required. They took all the guesswork out of planning a huge event, and our wedding was amazing as a result!

The staff is AWESOME.....we rented an ice cream machine from Grand Events and the staff was super helpful and explained everything we needed to know to operate the machine. Also, this is a mom and pop shop, so if you are looking for a friendly, honest, helpful, and reasonably priced place to rent your equipment for your event, I highly recommend Grand Events!
