The place is trash. Save your time and money. It’s hard to receive a refund when their machines aren’t working. The machines get stuck and it’s impossible to open and their customer service number won’t answer or provide any attention. Horrible experience and this isn’t the first time I’ve been there before . Very often do people find themselves in though situations. Don’t ever come here. My clothes have been stuck over 3 hours and no one has came to help.

Very clean and sanitary . Polite helpful staff. Fair reasonable prices. Very satisfied with with performance of washers and dryers. I am a senior citizen and felt comfortable and safe. Thank you!

Super Suds on Berryville Avenue is very clean a nice place. The washers work great the dryers or excellent you get your moneys worth at Super Suds I do all my laundry there thanks Joey shillingburg

This place is disgustingly dirty! The floor hasnt been swept or mopped in days, the counters are filthy and sticky and they expect you to put your clean clothes on them. The place even smells bad and its a laundry mat! No one is ever there and the machines eat your money. No way to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and travel a little ways to a different laundry mat.

All the machines we used worked fine. Everyone was focused on getting their laundry done and respectful of others. We did 4 loads and it cost us $20. Washed and dried. They need to add a few more baskets and spend a few dollars fixing up the bathroom(even some fresh paint would work wonders). And add a diet soda to the machine.

The washers and dryers work well and are clean. The housekeeping is severely lacking. I come in often and the place is dirtier than it should be.

So my wife and I came to 732 berryville avenue to wash our blankets. it was very dirty and it looks like we could have picked up covid from it, it was so bad. We felt that everything we touched had covid on it and we had nowhere to wash our hands, andBathrooms were locked . if there was a negative sign I would give this laundry and other one we went to a 100% negative. Seeing that this laundromat is so unclean Im looking for new. I even went to the one across town it was also VERY bad and it had no bathroom at all. I will be looking elsewhere for a clean laundry mat with a bathroom.bbb called.

Its very dirty, floors ripped up, the machines have nails in them and leftovers of what looks like weeks of laundry soap. Theres dust and mold in the machines. A large washer in the front took two dollars from me before it decided to stop working. I only came here because I needed to wash bedding at 2 am. It is honestly gross here. And the machines eat your money.

We prefer this laundromat to the others in town. It would help if they would provide a schedule of when an employee is going to be handling clothes here as she tends to monopolize the baskets leaving none for customers. Additionally my wife and myself have some handicaps and her van often takes up two spaces. If we knew when she was going to be there we could come on another day.

Place was pretty clean. Most machines work. If they didnt there was a note saying so that way you didnt waste your money.

Ive been I Winchester for 6 months. This is the best laundromat in town.

The lady that has a white van and tons of clothes, is always using all machines. And does everything so slow and I believe she works here because she goes into laundry rooms. I think if she does laundry for other people then she should come more early, other than that I like this place

Dryers good. Place is always dirty and trash every where. Dont even think about using the bathroom. Disgusting

I was having a pretty off day and Stacie was so kind to me and made sure I was okay! Whoever owns this place needs to know that Stacie is the reason I will come back.

Its been at least 10 years since I had to go to the laundry mat. Not crowded, machines work great, not time consuming at all, other customers friendly. Much better than the ones in town. If I need to I will come back.

General cleanliness needs worked on. Change machine capable of making change for $20.

Driers always broken and people leaving clothes in the driers and not getting them out when done so others can use them.

We were on vacation and needed to do laundry. Unfortunately, this was a very filthy place. No attendant was working when machines took over $10 because, there were three broken machines and had no out of order sign.We Called to complain and no one showed up to refund us. They had plenty of time to come since we were there over three hours. You know we were on vacation but, seriously they should do better for their regular customers. Oh, and no soap in the restrooms! Gross and nasty place!

This used to be a nice clean place. The past two times Ive come here the floors are covered with trash looks like its not been swept in a week or more. The laundry machines havent been cleaned or wipes down in so long I had to use a sani wipe to clean off the top of the machine or else my arm would stick to it while adding detergent.

My husband and I go here every week and spend close to 30 bucks a week on washing clothes. Last week a dryer had completely melted my clothes. Ive contacted them and have not received any phone call back. 40 dollars of damaged clothing. Furious! I

The lady here is very rude . I asked her a question about a machine and she just ignored me . The place is dirty . The bathroom is very nasty I wouldn’t even use it . I rather go to the one across town . I will be filing a complaint to the better business for how she is rude to people .

This place is a little pricey for what you get, absolutely filthy and you better hope you don’t need to go to the restroom. Nasty

Kind of dirty with machines that need to be wiped down and floor swept. Some people can be rude, though most are friendly enough. The owners could make a little more effort in running a business that values their customers.

One of the only bad things about this place is if you put in 1/4 or 6 into a machine and the Machine doesnt work you have to call a 1-800 number and they will mail you a check.

I can wash at all times and without problems because when I go I have easy access to any washing or drying machine and they work very well

The washing machines wash well but the handles are all dirty, the floor is very dirty and they dont have cleaning staff but since washing clothes is a necessity because there is no other ... if I didnt have that necessity, I would never go back there.
