Ran out of quarters, had no more cash, did not take credit cards...management comped the extra needed $ to dry my very large bedspreads. Very AWESOME place. Will definitely be coming back, he was very friendly as well!

Im not usually in a rush so i always tell them i can pick up Sunday or Monday. About a month ago i started having issues with this. They would close at 3pm with no warning. I dont get off work until 4:30, and dont even make it back to Winchester until 5:00. My phone number is on file, they have called me before. Why not tell me you are closing early so i can try to get there? Instead, my clothes have now been here for nearly a week because they keep closing early with no warning. I have no clean clothes or towels to shower with. Not even to mention the nearly $100 worth of clothes that have gotten lost since i started using this place. But i have no receipts so no money back to me for this! Do not use. They have gone down hill fast in the last couple of months.

The only laundromat in Winchester I go to, I really really love the environment and the machine work like they should, and if there is a problem the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I love that someone is there in case you lose a quarter to a dryer or need a some help with operating the new pay-rage app. I love to come early that way I have the place all to myself lol 😂😂😂

Dropped my clothes off to be washed on a Saturday morning about 8:15. It was suppose to be ready by Sun at 5. It wasnt ready until Tuesday. Not even an apology for the delay. Would not recommend

Courtney and all the girls rock! They are happy to serve and my clothes are always exactly the way I want them and its reasonably priced. I have used many wash/dry/fold services bc I travel all over the US for work and they are in my top 2. My one request is a tip spot on my credit card receipt. I never carry cash and would like to show my appreciation for them. I will use them my entire stay here.

Was in need of a laundromat & searches for one. Found Super Suds & decided that would be great due to location. The location was easy to find & easy to access from the busy street. Upon entering the place I noticed off the bat that it as very clean & organized. I was greeted by Courtney at the Wash n Fold desk. She was extremely helpful & awesome customer service. She explained to me about the phone app that can be utilized for all the things there. A great selling point in my book. Had a great conversation with her and found out she was from the area. I went in today and forget my detergent. I only had one load, and was going to get some until she offered to lend some that a customer donated. She went out of her way to ensure that me, the customer, had what I needed at that time. I will definitely be utilizing this place in the future & will be letting others know if they need a good place to wash & dry their laundry.

I love this place!! For a single guy who is laundry misfit, I use them for their wash and fold service. When you enter, You will be greeted by anyone of several who are extremely nice and polite. The quality of their service is excellent and I have always been completely satisfied. One other thing I like is that they take the time to know you, they always greet me by name. Thats what you call service!

The service is phenomenal. Currently in town working 6 days a week. I use their drop off service and it is handled professionally. Have used them weekly for almost 2 months now. We are greeted with a welcome every time we come and leave with a thank you for coming. The facility looks clean and appears to be well managed. I would definitely recommend this laundry facility and already have to others at my workplace from out of town.

Hands down, the best laundromat in Winchester. Ive been coming here for the past 4 years...not all have been great, however, over the past several weeks there have been great strides in improvements! Its been clean like never before, but more than that - its the staff changes that have impressed me most. Stacie is super friendly, polite, welcoming and always hard at work. I met a new staff member this morning and it seems like she will be another great asset to the business. I always receive friendly, exceptional service! Highly recommend this location, you wont get better service or such quick turnaround time on drop off laundry.

Spacious laundromat with plenty of seating, space for folding, and the machines seem to be in good working order. Their website says free wifi but I couldnt figure out how to get it to work. Not complaining, though, this is a great facility. Saw another review about it being dirty but that was not my experience. Very clean.

The service is experienced and friendly. And if they have a mix-up, they go out of their way to resolve it. I only had one mix-up, but they were able to resolve it, before the close of business. I highly recommend them. And an excellent value, for the service, too.

Hopefully this gets to the person it needs to be . Today I was in your laundromat and I was there for a good hour maybe 2 tops . I watched Stacie greet every customer with a friendly smile . What caught my attention is how she went out her way to help this homeless guy . He didn’t have enough to dry what did Stacie do she helped him he didn’t have a bag to carry his food in Stacie gave him her container to carry it . Not once did she seem upset that he was here . She even gave him food That she had left over and a drink. She is a very friendly person and guess what people she was doing all this working all with two young kids . The store was clean . She was wiping everything down with bleach . Thank you for what you did it not a common thing for you see someone helping the homeless.

DO NOT USE THE CHANGE MACHINES! The machine “ate” my $20 bill this morning and my only recourse is to attempt to contact the machine company. Otherwise, the location is well-worn but clean, the machines work fine and the attendant was polite and helpful. Still my laundromat of choice but I will never use one of their change machines again.

When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the young lady. When I turned the corner I saw her name was Stacie. She was super friendly showed me how to use the washer with my phone . This was my first time using the phone to pay . That is pretty awesome. The store was very clean and there was no trash anywhere . She was very polite. This place is a mess Stacie is the most unprofessional person better yet a so called manager. This place has change a lot . I have been doing my clothes here for years . Since Stacie started she has non stop clean this store . I bring clothes on top of clothes there and she doesn’t complain she just gets it done . The bathroom doesn’t stink their toilet paper the dryers work.She goes above for all of her customers. I would like to praise the two young ladies that was working yesterday . I was in there around 8 am and let me say y’all are wonderful . I was instantly greeted by Courtney and Stacie . The store was clean no trash on the floor . I was there washing my clothes . Stacie the store manager was dealing with a very rude customer. The customer spilt something and Stacie came over and asked what happen and helped the lady clean it up . The lady actually tried to use my towels that I didn’t had in my basket to clean up her mess . She got very rude to Stacie and told Stacie to go f herself . Stacie told her ma’am there is little children in here can you please watch your mouth . Stacie handled it very well not once did Stacie get angry or upset with the customer . This place is very friendly. Stacie is very exceptional when it comes to going above and beyond for her customers. she does not mind cleaning a washer out for you if the washer is dirty . She will let you know that she is about to clean the store especially if she is using the bleach. Today was my first time ever stoping by here to wash clothes . I just moved to Winchester and my place doesn’t have a washer nor a dryer. I walked in to the laundromat the first thing I notice was Stacie walking around cleaning . She saw me and walked right over and greeted me . She asked me how can she help me ? I told her instantly I have never been and I need to wash and dry my clothes . She showed me the best washer and dryer . Did you know you can pay with your phone if you don’t have dollars to change in to quarters ! That is awesome. She also showed me how to use that . The place was so clean . Every time my husband and I come she automatically greets us and ask how our week went and how we are doing ? She is very friendly . Today meant so much to me because I was putting our clothes in the washer and my husband was telling me he felt like he was going to pass out he forgot to eat and he is a diabetic Stacie overhear and was like here let me get you something from the vending machine so you do not pass out . She made sure he ate the crackers and drink his drink before she left his side . She is amazing . Even though she was cleaning and doing other stuff she stop in her tracks to help my husband . I came in yesterday to do my laundry . I always come super early in the morning . I came in and stacie greeted me with a good morning how are you this morning? I answer and said I was doing fine . She was talking to me and cleaning the store . She keeps the store very clean . She did mention that they have a drop off service available if I ever needed to drop my clothes off if I was busy that day or any other day . She is great and I love how she makes you feel very comfortable there . The dryers are hot and if you need her to she will clean the machine for you she doesn’t mind .

The manager Stacie at this location is amazing . I just left here a few minutes ago and I watch her greet every customer that came in the store . I had also watch her interact with a little boy who is autistic. He kept asking his grandfather for quarters for the gumball machine and she asked his grandfather can she give him quarters he was so happy . I also gave him quarters . The grandfather kept apologizing for his grandson and Stacie said it is ok he is a child . She is beyond amazing when dealing with customers and kids . The store is clean and very well maintain . Let me first by saying this place is very clean for a laundromat . All the washers work. The dryers are very hot . The bathroom is clean and has toilet paper and soap. The attendant she is very friendly . I walked in there yesterday and the first thing i hear is hello good morning ! I said good morning back stacie saw me just looking at the washers and she asked me if i needed help i explained to her i did because i didnt know what washer would be best for my clothes . She did recommend the washers on the back wall they are 5.00 dollars. She showed me how to start the washer with my phone and how to also start the dryer with my phone i think that is pretty neat. I have never been to laundromat where you can pay with your phone. Awesomeness. Thank you a lot stacie for being very friendly and showing me what to use . I appreciate you a lot .

Our washer broke and I had mounds of wet and bulky laundry. Stacie helped me figure out which washers I should use for my laundry and gave me tips about the small issues like how to lock or fill the machines with detergent correctly so the wash would go smoothly. 10/10 for customer service she was awesome!

I have been to this location a couple of times and every time I had great experiences. Stacie is beyond wonderful with helping all of her customers . It doesn’t matter if she cleaning she will stop to help anybody . I was there Friday when she was helping the lady for vending machine . Stacie did not once say oh I’m not helping you . She did what she needed to do and help fill the machine and also wiped it off for her . I came last week and Stacie was walking around cleaning everything .

My sister Kayla just started working there I think she doing a very good job. Stacie is the coolest manger I ever met at a laundromat.countrey is alright I havent been already her long enough to say anything about her.

Look bottom line, if you dont have a washer or dryer or it broke for some reason and need a way to wash them dirty clothes. This is the place to go. The place is the cleanest laundromat around, it is affordable (some places can be expensive), you can also pay only thru a app they have instead of using quarters or worry about getting change for the laundromat, not only that but they also fold and wash as well. The staff there is also great, especially Stacy, she is awesome and always extremely helpful. Anywho, this is the place to get them clothes cleaned!!!

I have been coming to this laundromat for about a year and six months . I was going to stop coming because it was starting to look dirty and like nobody was taking care of it . Well on Wednesday I came in to do my mother laundry and the new girl I believe her name is Stacie . She was sweeping and mopping and wiping down the machines . I came to this laundromat because I saw all the good reviews well let me just say I didn’t have the best experience tonight. I came in around 5:30-6pm . The attendant looks like she on drugs . The attendant didn’t speak to me when I said hi to her . She had headphones in . The bathroom was filthy no toilet paper no paper towels . I asked the attendant for some and she said laughed and said ok . There was dryer sheets on the ground didn’t look like it was swept . I came back in from my car and still didn’t speak . This is the worse experience I have received. Do not come here the attendant will ignore you and have headphones in .

Neither of the employees wore masks. Only one out of the 15 people inside had on a mask. The machines were dirty with visible grime around the coin slots. A truly scary experience.

Let me just start by saying this store has changed over the past couple of months . I have seen employees come in go out of this laundromat. The one person who has caught my eye is Stacie . She is the true definition of a person who loves to go out their way for customers . Yesterday I got to experience it first hand for myself . I came in yesterday and the store was absolutely dirty dryer sheets everywhere not once did she say hello or anything .I come here a lot and the new girl Brenda is very rude she has some little kid with her and was ignoring people when they was asking for help. Please bring back Stacie and Courtney . She was on her phone she told me that Courtney and Stacie are no longer with the company. I will be taking my services somewhere else for now on until I see them two back .

On Saturday i was in the store and it was clean stacie was walking around cleaning. I walked around to come sit at one of the tables near the dryers and i hear stacie talking to one of the other employee i believe i heard stacie said brenda . She greeted me asked me how many loads i had . i thought i need a big big washer no stacie told me for the little bit of items i had i only needed the small washer . i was about to waste 6.50 on a big washer for a total wash of maybe 7 items . i did the curbside she came out and helped me bring them in i needed the help . she brought them in for me and helped me start them . she even help me put them in the dryer. she is very great with customers. While i was there i watch her not only help myself but she also help this lady who had a prostheic leg . she brought her clothes in for her and also started her washer and everything. Stacie is amazing . She help me with the dryers and the washer because I thought I couldn’t use quarters anymore but she ensured me that you can use your phone and quarters. The place was very clean .

I came there on Saturday to do laundry and the place was a mess. I aaked the attendant for help and she acted like it was a problem in which she was doing nothing but sitting there on her phone or playing in her hair.She was very disrespectful and had a horrible attitude. I then asked her name an her response was WHY I ask do you work here she stated yes but why do you need my name? Again not friendly at all but she finally gave her name STACIE.... My suggestion for this establishment is hire people that want to work.

Customer service is the worst here. I dropped off for wash and fold service. Signed up for a company coupon and the employee on site had no clue how to use it so was unable to use it. Then when I ask to pick it 6 hours later I was charge extra. Then asked to have a manger call me and the person just shrugged her shoulder and didn’t say anything. So I ended up paying a lot more then planned and employee didn’t care one bit. Also left 3 message on machine and no call back. I Will never go there again!! Horrible service if I could leave a negative star I would !!!!!

Good place to do laundry

On Saturday I came in to wash my clothes. When I returned I noticed that my towels was caught on fire. I saw the attendant walking around cleaning . She came over and ask if it everything was ok. I immediately told her what happen and she kept apologizing about it . She told me she will contact her manager to let her know what happen . She asked me to stay but I couldn’t because I had to hurry back to work . I would like to say thank you to the attendant for helping with it instead of ignoring me .

Stacie really goes above and beyond for her customers . I was in there washing my clothes and I didn’t have enough quarters she helped me out because I didn’t have anymore money on me and I didn’t know where the closet atm was . Absolutely great place to wash clothing! Staff is friendly and Dryers are HOT!

The floor appears to be wet. I took pics with the floor very dirty with dusk and garbage. The dryer cost 25cents for ever 5 minutes. The cost adds up very quick. This is my first time here. I’m not impress. I’ll try another till I find better. This one states it’s a 24 hours. Judging from the nasty floors not sure I want to be caught in here after hours.

Everything worked like it should. It was clean and orderly.
