Evolution picks up my household trash every week. Their contracting is straightforward and price is reasonable. The staff who provide the service are very courteous. Ive been using Evolution Disposal for about 9 months now and they have been fantastic. There have been a couple of times where I forgot to put the garbage out and Ill give them a call and they will offer to pick it up the next day or even make a special trip out that evening. Evolution Disposal removed a large hot tub and geothermal heat pump from our property on March 29 2021. I contacted them by phone, sent them multiple pictures of the items and gave me a price right in the spot. We setup an appointment and they arrived a few minutes early. They cut up the hot tub, cleaned up every last bit of debris, took the heat pump and were gone in less than 2 hours. These young men were personable, professional and efficient in every way. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Arrives into townhome complex before Noise ordinance in A.M every week for trash collection causing disturbance, multiple times not picked up and never notified as to why. Spoke to the owner, made changes to allow the driver to pick up more efficiently and effectively, and still went almost 3 weeks no pick up.

I have used Evolution Disposal several times for both large and small items to be removed from my property. Every time Ive scheduled the appointment, the crew arrived on time and were quick and efficient to load the items on their truck. Very professional! They gave me a quote via Facebook based on photos of what I needed removed, showed up at the appointment time to the minute and removed everything (a ton of junk and several years of accumulated brush and tree trimmings) in 30 minutes. They were very thorough, I even had to tell them not to worry about all the little tiny twigs they were picking up after all the big stuff was gone!

There is a reason why this company is 5 stars from all custaomers. First off, they were very responsive even though I called late evening. They communicated their updated arrival time and when they showed up were professional and explained their pricing. I had a bit more stuff than communicated so they worked with me. The end result was like night and day. The space was cleaned out and what remained was organized. I recommend them and will use again.

We switched over to Evolution from American Disposal Services about a year ago and could not be happier! Thought it was time to give these guys a positive review. Dealing with American Disposal Services was really frustrating. Some weeks they didnt even pick up our trash at all! Of course, they always managed to bill us on time! We would go through the effort of getting everything out on the street...only to have to drag it back in to the garage for another week. They did this all the time without any kind of notice. It drove me crazy! We heard about Evolution from a friend, so we wanted to give them a shot. These guys are really great! On time, every time. No more stinky trash! 👍

This company is AMAZING! the man that answers the phone all the time is really nice and they get back you pretty quickly if you leave a message. Its 25 dollars a month for trash pickup and an invoice sent by email the same day each month. There are no hidden fees or surprise bills. Its always 25 a month, which personally i appreciate because I am a former customer of Republic Services and they were terrible and my bill changed each month although my service didnt and i was quoted one price and billed for another price. And you are billed months ahead of time whereas at this company you arent! Just keep in mind this is a newer company i Beleive, so they are still making their trash collection routes more effective so sometimes my trash is picked up early and sometimes its picked up later but its always before 4pm i noticed but in my opinion it is totally understandable because i can guarantee they are aquiring new customers daily because they are the best trash removal service in this area by far!!!!
