Giving 4 stars because of kyle... very polite and helpful. But overall experience was not that great. Lights on dash staying on because vehicle required maintenance with tires and was told by Gabby that I need to take it to Firestone for maintenance. This is not my responsibility. Nor do I have extra time for all that.. They would not put me in another vehicle either. Tags were also expired by 8 months... just not sure how they expect people to be happy about all this.
I was able to make a reservation over the phone for a car, but their site manager had to call to let me know that they did not have any vehicles available that day. Please dont make reservations that arent available it is very inconvenient.
Would have given a 0 star rating if it would allow me to proceed & I wanted to share my experience. My father had a minor accident so we had a reservation which was made about 3 weeks ago to pick up today. I call and see if I can schedule a ride for him ...I am told not only do they not have a car which was reserved weeks in advance but also they dont have the staff to be picking everyone up! I live 14 hours a way and had just been in town I was assured there would be no issues. I would not recommend this location especially if you have something important they dont care about their commitments and they only pick you up if they want to. I hate that the company will get negative attention from just one location. If you pick and chose who gets rides and cars are 1st come 1st serve, your reservation doesnt mean squat, that is bias displays possible discrimination and down right horrible customer service.
Rented from this location in January while my vehicle was being repaired. I had an apt to pick up my rental at this office 12:30 on a Saturday. They closed at 1 for the weekend. The rep and I did a walkthrough of the exterior of the vehicle and I noted some curb damage. The rep told me it wasn’t a concern by of the size but that he would notate it. We got in the front of the vehicle and he had me sign for the car. I honestly didn’t look too closely at the inside bc my glasses kept fogging due to my mask and it was also overcast outside so not a lot of light. I left the rental location and went about 5 miles away to my body shop where I would remove my belongings from my car and transfer a car seat to the rental. Here I noticed immediately that this car was filthy and was not cleaned/sanitized. I also noticed some markings on the back seat that were fairly large and looked as if a child drew on the seats and console with marker. The back armrest was smeared with food and the front console compartment was full of tobacco debris. I didn’t want to be blamed for this damage or blamed for smoking in the car and so I immediately called the rental office however they had already closed and their phones were off at 1pm. I saw their hours and they would be closed the following day so I called their corporate office. Corp made a note of the damages and told me they were already recorded not to worry but that the local office manager would call me on Monday. At this point I was stuck with a dirty car and the thought of COVID I went ahead and did my own wipe down of this car. Monday and Tuesday came and went and I received no call from management so I decided to call myself. The rep apologized and said I could bring the vehicle back and they would clean the car for me. I declined bc I had already cleaned the car myself and bringing it back when I live 40 mins away would have been a further inconvenience to me. I would have thought they would’ve offered me an upgrade or a discount for the trouble. The service I received here was completely unsatisfactory. Today I need a rental but no way would I rent from this location again . There was no excuse for this type of filth
Well, I love Enterprise, employees are always nice and professional. Only negetive is they are always so busy they seem over loaded, bu I still will make them my number one choice.
Lots of people working but only one person to run the computer. Been here an hour... Choose a different location if possible. Staff was super friendly...enterprise just needs to staff correctly...way to few workers. Edit to say hour two now waiting on a reserved rental.

I was forced to select a weekly rental JUST to find available cars. I called customer service to complete a reservation, had to pick up a day early in order to get a car which turned my 3 day trip into a 4 days trip. I was specifically told that if I brought the car back early ( less than a week) that I would only be billed for the daily rate * the number of days I used. However, I used the car to take my daughter back to college instead of turning it in on the 4th day. That cost me an additional $400 ( on what should have been a $450 rental). Customer service told me I should have known that the 5th day triggered a full weeks rate. Now I know. The extra $400 I paid is severance pay, Enterprise is FIRED. There is a Hertz right around the corner, maybe they are a little more concerned about their customers.
Friendly staff but the car was a mess. The outside was covered in Bird poop, the inside looked like it had taken a kids football team for a ride. I was not signed as being cleaned for COVID like the other cars on the lot. I had to spend the first hour cleaning the interior just so I could enjoy driving it.
1. the car was not washed on the outside for sometime (old dried pine needles from a tree were stuck in the cracks esp. near the windshield wipers; and there were dried bugs over the body of the car); makes you wonder if they cleaned and/or sanitized the inside. Also, not cleaning the vehicle hides any dents or scratches caused by other customers.2. Was told this Enterprise location will no longer permit drop offs at any other location but their own facility. They cited the reason as COVID. Businesses can use this pandemic as an excuse for mismanagement of services & product, but if COVID is a valid concern then the vehicle should have been thoroughly cleaned.
Never have posted a review but I needed to share this. This is the first time I have rented a car... So, I rented a car from them for 3 days. When I first got there, the agent and I looked at a car and did the whole inspection. Then I asked how much more it was to rent a mustang. Since I decided to rent the mustang, while we were doing the paperwork for the original car, the agent had to go back inside to redo all of his computer work and when he came and after we looked over the mustang, I decided I didn’t want it. So we had to go back inside again and redo all the paperwork for another car and the agent didn’t do an inspection. Just showed me the one scratch on the report. Told me how much to fill the tank for when I return it. Then show me the odometer and I signed away, not thinking that there was any more damage since he didn’t mention it. I drove off not minding anything. Got home and noticed that there was a small crack in the windshield. Didn’t call them because of the time (they were closed) but I also noticed there was more damage to the car and I took photos (didn’t take a photo of the windshield). So the next day I go to drive it and there wasn’t any washer fluid, three tires were completely flat. As well as, the high beams did not work... I bought washer fluid for their car and filled it up for them. When I brought back the car, I walked in there and told them about the scratch I noticed on the windshield as well as the damage and the washer fluid and how the high beams didn’t work. The lady I dealt with was completely rude. Told me that they didn’t have on record the damaged windshield and that I should’ve noticed it during the inspection. I told her that we didn’t do a inspection because the other agent walked me around 2 other cars and just had me sign and leave. As well as she didn’t care about the high beams or the washer fluid. So end of story I got charged for the windshield when I know I didn’t cause that and now I’ve spent 700$ on a rental car for three days because they don’t do their job and inspect their cars throughly. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THE HIGH BEAMS DO NOT WORK. That is not only unprofessional, but also a safety risk. But again, they don’t care. Would never trust them again for a car. Everyone walk the car after the agent goes away. Learn from “ MY”mistake.
I have rented from here more than 20 times for work trips and have had consistently good experiences. Service is fast and polite, cars are clean, and Ive had some nice free upgrades on occasion. Never had any problem.
The lady manager is nasty. She’s not friendly at all or willing to even give you a hint of friendly costumer service. She even almost got in a fight with a another customer today, by rolling her eyes at him, when he was just explaining his situation very calming. I witnessed the whole conversation from beginning to end. He was very heated!She was very unhelpful to me, and my reservation was made by a dealership. I’m a single mom who was stranded without a car, because its needs to be corrected by the dealership under warranty. However, because of COVID, the part is on backorder until July. Therefore, the dealership got corporate to approve me for a rental, on their dime, in the meantime. Great right! Except for, the manager at enterprise wouldn’t allow it. The dealership needed to jump through several more hoops to be approved, which they were not able to do today. So I’m still without a car. And even though her lips told me she was sorry and wanted to help me, it came out in a very cold and nasty tone; along with unfriendly body language.The two gentleman who were working with her, were very pleasant. They wanted to help me but she wouldn’t allow them. I will never do business there. You would think after the year we had, that businesses would be better at treating people with money in hand. I guess not.

Not one single thingWhat I desperately needed and was guaranteed wouldve NEVER happenedThe manager of the valley ave in Winchester got repeated calls from me. He did everything he possibly could to help me. So far above way and beyondIn the end, after talking to Enterprise corporation and believing them I could not get not only what they told I would get or at the price. They did however cost me precious timeThe only person that was honest and he REALLY tried, and he didnt have to, was actually actively searching for a vehicle and even with repeated calls he was ALWAYS patient and kindEnterprise, the main office, made my life hell and I know I made the manager, Kyles, life hell. I had a great experience with my rental process from making the reservation online to dropping the vehicle off after my trip. I was completely impressed with the choice of vehicles I had to choose from too. The cost of everything was great as well. When I picked up the vehicle I was there about 20 minutes if that before I was on my way. Very impressed, will definitely rent again in the near future. Good job Enterprise!

Rented a car so my daughter and her wife could drive to a funeral. The car was clean and well-maintained. It drove well and offered a comfortable ride. However, I was told on pickup that I wouldnt be charged an additional driver fee, since my daughter would be the only one driving, but they charged me anyway, and charged for an additional day for some reason.
They have really gone down hill, used to be my go to rental, last several times when I needed them they fell short
Not a very good experience this time, there was no washer fluid, witch could have been a serious issues and the seal around the windshield was coming off. The only good thing about this rental was the gas mileage.

Ive been renting from Enterprise for years now because we get a discount through my work but have mostly been renting from Enterprise at the airports so I was used to the delivery of excellent quality service from the cleanliness of the vehicle to the associates assisting me. I however was not impressed with the Enterprise in Winchester. The lady who first greeted me acted as though I was a bother to her. The guy that helped me with getting into my rental was very nice & professional - however, didnt inspect the vehicle internally before he handed me the keys. the inside was so dirty all over with some kind of brown substance splashed everywhere. i started cleaning it myself with Lysol wipes then stopped and had an Enterprise associate clean it which took 20 mins. He took his time to make sure it was clean which i appreciated. Im willing to give 3 stars because they made it right & Im willing to give them another shot when i need a weekend rental for a road trip.

Doesnt matter if you try to reserve or walk in they never have vehicles. 7am voicemail,calling about your reservation, we dont have any cars available we over booked,I can put you on a waiting list if one comes In. Umm no i reserved one so you get one here at your location. This place never seems to amaze me with this,but thanks!!!
Im only giving it one star because its my first bad experience with enterprise and i always rent from them..i made reservations and got to the place was offered a smaller vehicle as it was the ONLY vehicle they had. (But i made my reservations in advance) . Was told they wouldnt get any more vehicles until 6pm but we close at 5pm so pretty much i was told take it or leave it. However other customers were allowed to wait for vehicles they requested even though they closed at 5pm which was in 10 min from the time i was told take it or leave it. (Why wasnt the other customers told to take the car i was offered before i got there?)
We had an amazing experience at this Enterprise location. If it wasn’t for Robby’s amazing customer service we would be stuck on the side of the road in Linden Virginia. We rented a car through a sister company earlier in the day and it broke down before we could get to our final destination. We called the nearest open Enterprise and Robby came to the rescue with guidance on what to do next (he even stayed on the phone with us while we worked with Alamo and roadside assistance to organize a swap out). Even though this location was supposed to close at 1pm Robby stayed on site until we could get there successfully and secure a new vehicle. I’m so impressed and thankful for the support we received and before too long we were back on the road. He deserves a promotion for sure! THANK YOU!

Ive rented vehicles from Enterprise for as long as I can remember, but only one here and there. I dont recall ever having an issue with them. Due to a car accident and traveling necessity, I recently had to rely on them at least six times. Most of those times, I returned it to a different dropout point. I dealt with several individuals and every one of them was nothing but professional and helpful in getting me what I needed on time, a couple of those requiring picking me up at my house. They were always on time and treated me with the utmost respect. The vehicles were always very nice and spotless. I cannot stress enough how much pressure they removed in order for me to focus my attention on the reasons for my travels. I highly recommend Enterprise to everyone looking to rent a vehicle. Their services are outstanding.
I unexpectedly needed a rental early on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. The Enterprise in Winchester VA was open a few hours and an agent there was able to find a rental for me. I will be forever grateful as I was going to Ohio for my moms funeral. Enterprise exceeded my expectations when I felt desperate and without hope. Thanks!!!!

This was our 3rd year renting a vehicle for family vacation.We booked a Full size SUV as usual. The last 2 years we received an expedition so we were excited to get one again. However, apparently this year expeditions arent full size....theyre a premium.He told us our choices were an Armada or Tahoe. We went with the Armada because the outside of the Tahoe had seen better days.The inside of the Armada was filthy. We ended up cleaning it up some once we got home. The center console was nasty and they were old crusty fries and blueberries in the back [3rd row].The gentleman that helped us was nice!
I used Enterprise frequently and its always a very pleasant experience they make it quick and easy for you no hassle and usually you get an upgrade if they dont have what you want or if youre a Rewards member. However this last time I got a little junkie Mitsubishi Mirage that sounded like it was about to break down it wouldnt get up the road when I press on the gas and it was dirty and stunk. This is the only time this has happened so of course its not going to make me not come back but they really need to make sure that they clean the cars out before the next person take that and that theyre serviced frequently.
Very satisfied with the service at enterprise. Fair rates and great cars. Actually liked the Camry they had so much that i went and bought a brand new one for myself.
I needed a rental because of a vehicle accident. Because my insurance company USAA has such a good working relationship with Enterprise and the repair shop the shop coordinated with enterprise and I picked up and returned the car to the repair seamlessly. I didn’t have to wait for anything. Excellent service!
My husband called January 6th to reserve a sedan for January 12th and 13th for travel to see a specialist due to illness. They took all his information and told him that they had booked his reservation for a sedan and to be at Enterprise by 5:30 pm on January 11th. When we arrived around 5:pm there were no cars available, NONE, no sedan, truck, anything! They then stated they had no record of him or his reservation and the only vehicles they had to rent were 12 passenger vans for $800.00. $200.00 deposit and $600.00 for 2 days. The large brunette woman working there was very rude and acted as though it was somehow my husbands fault. No trying to rectify the situation and accommodate the customer. We left with no car and no apology for their mistake. We will be using another car company in the future. Not very reliable if you really need to be somewhere. Find another car company, Its best to avoid this one.
I am always had positive experiences at enterprise rent a car in the past Ive rented from them several times 1 time I think I had one of their cars for over 2 months and never had any trouble this time was a little different the very 1st time I was there and they wanted to put a $50 deposit on my card they actually charged it a $145 after I called them they corrected it, a couple weeks later I told them to charge the car to $100 for the upcoming 2 or 3 days and they told me they attempted to run the card for $93 said it was declined I thought it was trouble with my card turns out they actually tried to run it for a $165 but at that point they told me since the card had been declined even though it was their fault I had it provide them with a new card that they were unable to run it again however that turned out to be a lie as well because about a week later they told me they attempted to run it again and it was declined I received an email 1 day at about 10 oclock in the morning telling me I had to get there before 3 oclock to either turn the car in or update the credit card I was on my way out the door when there was 2 people from enterprise on my door step to pick up the car at 11:00 a.m. 4 hours before the deadline they were incredibly rude and short with me they were not trying to hear anything I had to say and caused me to lose a gig I emailed them twice after they had picked up the car and they have yet to respond to emails and this was 2 days ago I dont expect Ill hear anything from them, it was just a misunderstanding that caused me to fall behind 2 or 3 days but the car was due back the following day anyway,I dont know why they would pick the car up 1 day before it was due back at 11am after emailing me a deadline of 3pm I thought after all The Times I had rented cars from them in the past I would have been considered a good customer maybe thats how they treat their good customers I dont know it was terribly embarrassing what they did and it was done for no reason at all, So all in all they charged my card for the wrong amount to times and then sent me an email telling me I had until 3:00 p.m. to give them a new card because of the mistakes they made and there they decided not to wait until 3:00 p.m. to pick the car up at 11:00 a.m. they didnt seem to care what sort of disruption they caused in my life
Awful. These people said they had no suv for. What a lie. They wanted us to pay 100.00 for a down payment. Of course its refundable. Take the money out of your account immediately. Takes 15 days to get it back. Been a week since i was rearened. No rental. Went 55 mile out of our way. What a scam
Thanks to Andrea ( I hope I remembered the name correctly ) She was very friendly and very helpful and made the entire pickup process a breeze. I arrived about 4 or more hours early for my pickup and she was still able to accommodate and provided a better vehicle than we originally had planned to get. Based on my experience I will definitely rent again from this Enterprise location.
I rented a car on 6/12 for one day, i decided to keep it two days. When i called Parker he extended the rental and said it would be the same rate for both days. I returned the car the night before (Sat night). On Wednesday i noticed that not only did they charge me the $200 deposit but also one day rental up front (not pending, charged). Then they turned around on Monday and charged me for the two day rental of $101.99. It took 4 days for them to give me back my $250 they held. I had a reservation for that very next Friday to travel to see my Dad for Fathers Day. Somehow when I went online Friday afternoon I cancelled my rental. When I called and spoke to Parker (i think it was him, i was too mad to remember) again he said they had plenty of rentals. Told him my name and old reservation number. He came back after 5 mins on hold and said they didnt have any rentals nothing not even pick up trucks or anything. This was a complete BS lie. I will never rent from here again. Didnt get to go on my trip thanks to this. I understand I accidentally cancelled it at 2:30 and this as 4:30 but we dont live in a huge city and they have over 50 cars that they rent. Come on Enterprise.

We were in a bind on our way home after renting from a different enterprise location and getting a flat on our way home. The Winchester enterprise was the closest to our flat location and had excellent service, staying open late for us to help us get a different vehicle to make it home safely. Huge kudos to An’drea - she made the whole process smooth and was incredibly kind and helpful!

Had a reservation for A car rental at 11am. They are unsure if they even have a car available for us. We are waiting in line as customer after customer walks up with no mask on. One employee is not wearing a mask. It is now an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting and we still have not been helped. Who is running this disorganized mess of a business. This is also the second time we have had issues renting from this location.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Winchester, Va. was very easy to deal with in the renting a car after my vehicle broke down. I had originally rented it for 2 days but was charged for 1 day since I brought it back in one day. Very efficient operation!!

Winchester, VAUpdate:(I just wanted to update my review, its been over 3 weeks and no one has reached out to solve this matter even after I left a detailed message to whomever responded to my first review. Now that shows just how much Enterprise care about their customers. So I will continue to take my business elsewhere.)I rented my car on a Saturday I got to the place at like 12:40-12:50pm the man said hell just check me at 1pm because it was a little after 1pm when I got the keys and everything signed. I had my reservation for 2 days my return date was for Monday. I returned the car around 3:00pm Wednesday. Heres where things go wrong. Now like I said earlier the young man told me when I picked the car up he would give me the pick up time of 1pm I was also told that they give you an hour or so grace period for retuning the vehicle, that would have given me around 2pm to bring the car back. When I returned the car they charged me an extra 50 dollars for the hour that I was late dropping the car off at 3pm and not 2pm. So I called up there two days after when I realized they held an extra 50 bucks from my deposit I asked why and explained to the guy what happened and told him the time I returned the car he looked at everything and told me yes I was due another 50 because they shouldnt have charged me for Wednesday, that happened on Friday, I realized the money was never refunded to my account so I called again to find out what happened and they said I kept the car for 4 days even though I returned the car in 3days then they basically said no one told me that they was checking me in at 1pm. I have a whiteness that was there when I picked up the car to confirm what the man said about bringing the car at 2pm because they allow a grace period and he was checking me in at 1pm. They also acted liked I made up the phone call on Friday I had with another person at the store (thought all calls were recorded) basically calling me a liar and stealing my money. This was the first time I had ever been charged a full day for being an hour or so late. I never felt so disrespected and upset in my life.

The car that I rented this past week, reeked of cigarettes and was filthy inside. They had a sign assuring me that they take all precautions for Covid, but I cant believe that based on the interior of the car and how disgusting it was.
I have been to countless car rentals in the US. Winchester Enterprise is hands down the nicest one to deal with.
This place was terrible, terrible employees, terrible customer service, terrible business approach, just all around terrible experience.
I went to the facility a week before our scheduled pick up date to confirm the rental that i hand done online and to confirm i would get the suburban.. the agent entered that information into his computer. when we got to the facility the next week at the scheduled pick up time the suburban was not there but they had prepared the smaller model ford expedition.that was completely unaccepatable as i needed the room that the suburban offered..they had the bigger model ford expedition on the lot that is the same size as the suburban and that would have been fine however it had not been prep from the previous rental.. the inside was dirty so the agent took it in the back and did a quick vacuum but with the covid thing going on i would think the cleaning procedure would have been more detailed but there was no time for that so we had to take the unit.. i got it home and did a more thorough cleaning of the inside and washed the windows checked under the hood and found the windshield washer tank empty so filled it with fluid.. where as the vehicle perform perfect for out trip i find this conduct unacceptable and expect some kind of refund for having to properly prepare the vehicle

This Enterprise will not drive you or pick you up. I ask if they would just pick up the car then they said I have bring it to them. But the garage that my truck is at was nice enough to pick me up. So fu to this place!
The Winchester Enterprise staff is efficient and friendly. They call you by name--even when there is chaos in peak times. The cars are always clean, and I rarely get one with below 1/2 tank of gas! Really enjoy working with them.
I use enterprise Anywhere from 2 to 3 times a year. They always give me great service they always provide me with what I ordered or something better. I have no reason to try anyone else.

Needed a pickup truck last minute on a Saturday to haul some furniture. I called Enterprise after calling several other truck rental places to no avail. After 5 minutes on the phone I had a reservation and was able to immediately pick up the truck. I was able to pick the size of truck I needed. The truck I picked was brand new, in perfect condition. The woman on the phone and the two men at the office were friendly, helpful, and speedy, getting me in and out as efficiently as possible. I also saved $12 with a AAA discount. My only regret is they werent my first call, but they will be next time!
I can only speak from my experience at the Winchester VA location, but I have been very pleased by the friendliness and professionalism of the employees there.
I made a online reservation and had a price locked in, went to pick up and cause they needed a credit instead of debit they switched to a new reservation and double charged me, and took things off!

We rented a vehicle from Enterprise and couldnt have been more satisfied with their customer service. The guys at the Winchester location were so personable and nice! They were very professional and as far as Im concerned the best all around! Thanks guys for a great experience!!
Forest is the man!!! Had unbelievably great customer service!! Forest took the time to explain everything and was extremely helpful! Have never had a better experience renting a car, just because of Forest this is a 5 star place!
The car was ready when I got there. When we discovered the car didnt have a bluetooth compatible radio, they quickly got me another one. The car was clean, exactly what I wanted. Finally, when I turned it in, I left an item in the car. I called them then next day, they had it and all I had to do was pick it up.
The customer service was immaculate and they were very understanding of my situation. My insurance only covered a sedan, but due to where I live I require a vehicle with 4WD or AWD. They honored what my insurance paid and the difference I would cover for the bigger vehicle. They were courteous and service was quick. I was completely satisfied with my experience!
I had a week long trip to take from Virginia to Indiana. The reps at Winchester, VA Enterprise got me into the right car (a Clean, fuel efficient, late model, Ford Fusion)for a great price using my USAA membership. The process of picking the car up took no longer than 5 minutes.When I got back one of the reps even let me into the building as he was about to leave for the day so that I could use the facilities at the end of my long drive.Pretty Great!!

The Enterprise in Winchester VA has some awesome employees that always do their best to help get the best rentals for everything from work vans, trucks, and cars to transport my staff and catering equipment. I havent had many issues with the quality or cleanliness of the vehicles. The only thing that is slightly bothersome or tricky is trying to schedule a vehicle directly with the amazing staff at the Winchester location.
On the first day of my rental I arrived early to pick up my car and was told none was available. My insurance co arranged the rental and we were not told no cars would be available until late in the day. After this disappointment things went smoothly and the team was helpful and friendly.
My car broke down at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon 30 miles from home, so needed a rental for the weekend. Enterprise was able to do that and I was on the road in an hour. They were able to get me to and from the service station too! The people at the Winchester Enterprise were great--friendly and helpful all the way!
After I made to reservation and I arrived at Enterprise they said that the type of vehicle i requested was not available and that I had to rent a larger vehicle which cost more.
The worst rental place I’ve ever been to . the car smell so bad of cigarette smoke only had a half tank of gas in it they were not there on Sundays to drop the car off and the lady only said well some people don’t abide by the rules and they smoke in the car. Rather rent a horse ....
I will remember this Enterprise location in Brockport because Kevin and Frank are the nicest guys you could ever meet. Called at the rental time to verify. Picked me up quickly at the local airport. Oriented me to the town and where I was staying. As good as a Brockport welcome center. 5 stars all the way.

Very busy location. Staff was polite and helpful. Logistically they need improvement. There appeared to be at least two people who had reserved vehicles and there were no vehicles available when they arrived. I was given an upgrade from the economy class at no extra charge because of this situation. Would have been 5 stars if the logistics part of the business was on par. That being said I have experienced this situation at enterprise car rentals all over the country. I will definitely rent again. I would like to see the organization as a whole become more organized so that when a vehicle is reserved it is present at the location when it is time to pick it up.
The workers there at that location shows great Pride in working together. Taking good care of the customer with gray patient. Fining the person what type of vehicle that they need. Over the seven or eight years since I have been going to that location .They have been taking very good care of me. And I appreciate everyone at that location.. Very good people need more people like that working in that type of work. I know its not easy sometimes But they have great patience working with the customer. I have exertive that when I am coming there to pick up my rental vehicle.. it is hard to find good workers in this world. We live in but at that location Enterprise ..They have some very good workers there. They all do a great job..The good attitude keeps me coming back..
I recently rented from a different location, as I was driving into Winchester my wheel starting knocking. I drove into this location to let them know what was happening and they were super helpful! They got me into a new car and back on the road in no time at all! Everyone I talked to there was super kind and helpful!
I have rented from Enterprise for years. The past several, renting a van for family vacation. The agents are excellent in their consideration and service, not pushy, and very helpful in answering questions. I reserved online, and the entire process was smooth and friendly. Check out and check in, very positive and easy. All my future rentals will be from Enterprise, and I will recommend to others.
Very satisfied. Needed a unit switch while on my trip. Actually had two, was easily accommodated. Both groups, Meadville, PA and Winchester, VA were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was considerate of my needs and concerns.
Enterprise has some very nice cars, trucks, SUVs, Vans and much more to rent. Truly an awesome staff to assist you. They even have a pick up and drop off for their customers service that is free. When at Enterprise everyone is a VIP !!!

We were driving from NJ-PA area. I was in a major accident on I-81 and taken to Winchester Enterprise. We were on our way to NC meeting friends and going on a short vacation. Needless to say, we were very upset but happy we were not hurt. Unfortunately there were no available cars and we were basically stuck. The staff went out of their way to find us a vehicle - calling all the nearby rental companies. They were so professional and accommodating - we were so grateful for all the time and effort they put into getting us settled in a vehicle. A huge Thank You to the staff - you ROCK!
Ive had a rental pickup ford F150 for a week wonderful experience. ALL staff members rely helpful and friendly. Absolutely be back whenever I will need a ride to go to canada.
Weve always been very pleased with the vehicles weve rented from Enterprise. Today we picked up a car for a day trip to NYC... five hours up and five hours back! We were helped by a very sweet young lady, Cassie, who made sure our trip will be comfortable. Thanks so much!
It was a great experience we had with Enterprise. They were very helpful and cooperative. Even when there was a misunderstanding between them and the Insurance company it was explained thoroughly. I would rent a vehicle from them any day!
Very friendly, excellent service. The Winchester office met our vehicle needs for a rental and the service was excellent. Checking out a vehicle has gone paperless, which makes it even faster. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to future rentals with this office.
