The appointment process was easy. I called after I found the company off a google search. I got a free estimate and a coupon for the work. I called to set up the work to be done and it was done in a few hours. Great work! I love my finished product. My tub grout was cracked and the surrounding caulk was wearing away. I would definitely use this company again. Todd was awesome!

I reached out to get a quote for staining deck and powerwashing house. They were very nice when i setup the appointment, communicated it would be approximately 1 1/2 weeks to setup for contractor to come out for an estimate and was told will receive quote within a couple days after. They came to review the property but then a week later I called because I never received the quote. Ultimately it was almost 3 weeks to get the quote. The entire process was extremely long to get the quote and never provided accurate communication of the expectation for the quote. From beginning to end it was approximately a month 1/2 to get the quote. No telling how long it would take to get the project completed if I decided to go with their quote. Meanwhile its getting to the time of year you cant stain the deck. Due to this I decided to look into getting another quote. I ended up going with another company due to not only customer service but the quote was extremely high from Handy Man Connection in comparison to another contractor. For large projects I definitely recommend getting multiple quotes as they were over 40% more expensive than the quote I received elsewhere.

Todd did a great job! I expected great work in the drywall and trim carpentry work - and I got it. What I did not realize is that he is also a master when it comes to installing resilient vinyl plank floors in complex arrangements! We got good quick service. Tony that did the cabinet work for us was very reasonable in price and did an excellent job. Very professional and did excellent work. Tony was on point with his estimate and was very timely with getting the work done.

We had a terrific experience with Handyman Connection. Our handyman Brandon came out to perform an evaluation for our porch stair tread replacement, porch stair railing installment, deck and fence repairs, and power wash/staining of deck and fence. We received the estimate in a short amount of time. Brandon came out to perform the work and was nothing but efficient and competent, all the while showing professionalism and good attitude. We had a time crunch for some of the work and Brandon made sure the work was completed, even with weather issues. He worked all day on a Sunday to get everything finished. We were more than impressed with his work. Brandon also asked Brian to give us an estimate on securing our two decks to our house to increase safety. Brian sent handyman Jason out to perform the work, which he did efficiently and without issue.

I called for a free estimate because my basement pipe busted and instead of them honoring what they said about a free estimate.They told me well since its a insurance claim we have to charge you $75.00 dollars. Well they might want to put that disclaimer on there website.

We hired handyman connection to replace our living room wood paneling with dry wall. The initial job was done by Bruce and we had several complaints regarding the workmanship. The owner Bryan personally came out and resolved all of the issues. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and with Bryan, the owner.

They were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to insure that they left me with a quality finished project.

Has taken over 5 weeks for a proposal. We called back 2 weeks ago and left a message for a follow up. Never happened. I guess a simple bar plan was too much for them to do (sarcasm). I called the owner, he was not available and the lady gave me the old were getting the proposals out this week line. I only ask that a simple follow up call a few weeks ago stating that he was backed up would have sufficed. Oh well, lesson learned.

I requested a quote for replacing my front stairs. They immediately set me up with a contractor and he was awesome coming out to my house and giving me the best options. It was all down hill from that point. I have yet to receive the official quote and it has been over 2 months. I have called multiple times and have been given a similar response with a different excuse. They had people off, they had a computer system go down, they were still going back and forth with the contractor refining the quote...Super poor customer service for a relatively easy job...I feel bad for the contractor who wasted his time coming out to my house.

Handyman Connection has performed several projects at the Humane Society of Warren County, VA. They have power washed our building and then stripped, cleaned, and waxed our tile floor. We have a 8000 square foot facility and the work was well done with great customer service.

The company has excellent customer service but they did a terrible job with our kitchen flooring. The tiles got unglued and the grout started falling off within 2-3 years of the installation. We hired them again to fix it. They did a very bad job in fixing it too. They charged us more than $1,000 for 1 day work. When we complained about the poor quality of the work, they came to review it but didnt do anything about actually fixing it. And no, we did not get any money back either. We would never hire them again and we certainly do not recommend them to others.

This company cannot accommodate a Saturday appointment to give an estimate. Must have more work than they need!!
