I tried to call to make an appointment and the man said no just come in anytime. When I got there the ac was off the floor covered in hair. I waited for 4 other people to get their haircut and when my turn arrived a man who the barber apparently was friends with came and at that time the barber let him cut in front of me and set down. I will never come back and I would recommend going anywhere else if at all humanly possible! It’s unprofessional unclean and the unless you’re getting the one haircut he’s good at the cut isn’t good either. Please avoid this barber! I believe his name is Sam

Called to schedule an appointment and before I could say anything about the appointment I wanted to schedule I was told we dont do that here which is weird considering its a barbershop and I simply just wanted a haircut. First impression of their customer service tells me this isnt the place to spend my money, so Id definitely reccomend keeping that in mind

Id suggest you call 1 day in advance and schedule an appointment to avoid the inevitable hours long wait. Also Jason keeps it tropical in there at all times regardless of season so prepare to be warm! Worth it though.

This is my barber shop of choice. The barbers are very skilled and take thier time to make sure you get exactly the look you desire. They can take anywhere from 10-40 minutes due to them being super thorough. The middle of any day gets a little busy because people take lunch breaks to go there, but it is worth the wait. The best part is that they will converse with you almost your whole stay!

Waited for 2 hours before walking out. Very poorly run.

When you walk into the place it is at first nice but then you realize the wait is extremely long. After waiting for 45 minutes you get to the chair and you tell the barber I want a 3 on the sides he proceeds to nod and do exactly what you told him to NOT do. After going to this place a few times I have realized that they use the same comb and other clippers on each person with no wash in between. Overall very disappointed with the experience of this place

Best cuts in Winchester and Stephens city area, I always have Jason and hes very personable made the mistake of going to another barber this weekend and had to go see Jason same day. Debated on 5 star however because it is a fairly long wait usually. However they deserve it!

Cuts are mediocre to good, but come expecting to spend a lot of time here. All barbers are very slow and a simple fade usually takes 45 minutes to complete. Advise picking a different barber shop if at all possible.

The owner is cool but the other guy doesn’t speak English and he just does what he thinks looks good. He doesn’t look at pictures you show him or listen to what you say. One direction: ‘leave the beard long’ he cut 6 inches off. My husband can’t look in the mirror without getting angry.

Jason is by far the best barber thus area has period! He not only does an outstanding job cutting everyones hair, but you could go in there and be having the worse day and Ill assure you that Jason will put a smile on your face! Good Barber shop! Great price, no frills (Of course, you can ask for a particular style, but i trust the barber). Place was bright and clean. Had a good conversation with Jason (the barber who cut my hair). Definitely going back again.

The wait was about 30 mins, the store was a little bit too hot, but the haircut and customer service were worth it. $12 for a haircut + tip was worth it too. They take good care of you.

Been going here for over 10 years. Always the best haircut and for the money it’s such a deal. These guys could be charging double what they charge. Jason knows everyone’s name, what’s going on in their life, and doesn’t have to ask you how you want it. I’m not sure how he remembers but he does. Im not a local and I was in a hurry to get a haircut for a job interview later in the day, I call ahead and see that theyre available for walk-ins and I drive there. I get in the chair and the guy is about to start when a second guest happens to ask if they take cards, the guy says no cash only. They would have left me in the uncomfortable position of either not being able to pay or having to drive all over a town I dont know trying to find an ATM to bring them money after the fact. They need to make it clearly posted they are a cash only business, or honestly get an iPad and a square reader, because very few people regularly carry cash these days.
