Entry into this location was a bit weird, not just from how you must enter the property but also the demeanor of the technicians when you are providing info on your vehicle before you sit in the lobby. The big technician greeted me and asked what I wanted. He then told me to leave my key and come inside to leave the car info. He walked ahead of me as I got out the car and he seemed slightly agitated and impatient as he waited for me to unhook my FOB becauae he asked another service person to say something to me to hurry me along. There was no line behind me and my car sat at the opening of the bay doors for another 15 min once all was completed so this seemed a bit strange. Then when I separated the keys and walked to the area inside the garage to give the car information he directed me to stand in a square that had been taped on the floor to give the information. As a veteran this gave me a very sharp and distinct Deja Vu of basic training without the yelling. (Now we all have been living with covid issues for a while now and things have definitely changed so while the hurried nature seemed weird it wasnt rude.) The other thing I noticed is how two people that came in after me got serviced and were on their way before I was with all of us receiving a simple oil change. Otherwise the oil change was completed as it was supposed to be and what you expect from Jiffy Lube.

Even thou they were short staffed (only 2 guys) they were super fast, clean waiting room, very polite and a great price. If they were hiring for more money, Id work there! TIP YOUR MECHANIC!

I was outside for 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet me. I had to call the office so one of the mechanics would help me. The techs were rude, especially the tech who checked me out, he didnt take the time to explain anything and he was very abrupt with me when I tried to ask him a question. There was a powerful smell of gasoline inside the waiting room.. There was extremely bad customer service, and way over priced for bad service. If I could give a lower score I would. I would not suggest Jiffy Lube, youll do much better leaving your car at Walmart for the 3 hour wait and just paying $20 for an oil change.

Just moved to the area and wanted to give these guys a shot but sadly they couldn’t figure out how to remove my drain plug without stripping it and didn’t have a replacement (like most stores keep in stock). Grateful they warned me before doing the work but they should more capable of handing this stuff since it’s common on Fords.Also the service advisor had no mask. The crew did but the one person who interacts directly with customers had no mask.

Im sure this place does decent work. But they said they wouldnt even touch my car as the hood was a bit damaged. Im sure its a liability thing but thats the kind of excuse ive heard from Walmart mechanics. Pepboys took care of me though:)

I thought they forgot to put a screw on the cover over my oil pan, but somehow I had a large tree limb stuck under my car that ripped the screws out. This nice man fixed it at no charge and offered to install the new kit if I bought it and brought it back. He was very curious and showed me everything he did, and whatbI needed. Wow excellent service! Very polite gentlemen working at this jiffy lube. They even washed my windows, vacuumed my floor and checked all my lights for free. All comes with your oil change. The man at the desk even walked me outside and opened my car door for me to get in. If youre looking for fast, friendly, EXCELLENT service this is the place to come! It was my first time using them and Im extremely happy with my service!

Courteous and Quick. However, I was hoping for thorough as well. For $70+ I figured my front side windows would have been cleaned both inside and out. Missed my side mirrors too. Only the drivers side got vacuumed.One a positive side, one young man came to show me my filters. Ive never had anyone show me filters unless they were trying to sell me new ones!!! Thank you!!!

I was going up to New York City to visit family for Christmas. Before leaving I had my oil changed. Everything seemed to be going fine, until I had to pull over minutes from the GW Bridge because my oil had been leaking the entire time. My first 36 hours of my 72 up there were ruined because of their oil change failure. I was promised a refund, but here I am in March without one. I have solely used Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, never again.

Woke up Sunday morning and realized I need an oil change before going out of town. My regular spot was closed so I went to Jiffy Lube and the guys were so nice and polite. They also did more to my vehicle than my regular spot does for the same price. I will definitely go back and see them. Thanks for the awesome service!

WONDERFUL. yes. The price is absolutely worth the oil change here, they top off all fluids not just the oil change. And with 3 people ahead of me i was there for 1 hour total. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful with things I didnt have much knowledge on. Much better than NTB or merchants.

The man who waited on me was fantastic. Very friendly and respectful and answered all of my questions. They had 3 cars in front of me and I was still in and out in under the time he told me it would take...I plan on taking my other car there to get my oil changed as well....highly reccomend!

Nice staff... but VERY expensive services. I can’t believe all the years I wasted money bringing my car here for oil changes because I didn’t know any better. Sears auto center will do the exact same service for $20 and they won’t try to pressure you into a bunch of unnecessary repairs.

They were very polite and I had a quick service no waiting time. They brought to my attention by 1 filter was very dirty. It was quickly change my car vacuumed very polite went over the bill very reasonable. It took about 20 minutes. Definitely would go there again.

The Check in Process was easy and the Staff was extremely friendly! The reason I gave 3 stars!Pricing however is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I pay less than HALF of what I was charged at a Dealership. I get convenience, but not for these prices!

So today I had my service van serviced. When I arrived I ask about having a headlight replaced. When I checked out I signed the paperwork then noticed there was no charge for a headlight. The clerk was out moving my van out of the garage. When I went out I ask him about the headlight. He said when they looked at the light it had tape on it so they refused the service. I ask why it would have tape on it. He said he would get the mechanic to answer my questions. So the mechanic came out and said because the light had tape on the back side of it, his manager told him not to touch it any more. Then I remembered seeing the bulb hanging out of the back side of the socket a couple of weeks ago. That told me that the prior service provider either broke the socket or could not figure out how to get it back together. The thing that upset me was that jiffy lube did not come and tell me this while the service was going on. Also they were willing to let me leave the store without telling me they didn’t replace the bulb. Had I not noticed it missing from the paperwork I would have been on my way to work again tomorrow without a low beam light on the drivers side of my van. I stopped at auto parts and bought my own bulb and replaced it this evening. By the way no damage from the previous service provider, they apparently just could not figure out how to get the bulb back in the socket.So to jiffy lube learn how to have a real conversation and let your customer know what reality is.

This place is horrible. They took less than 10 minutes changing my oil; did the work and then the manager told me “it’s leaking so much oil you have so many leaks” .... okay so why didn’t you tell me this FIRST then you expect me to pay you for leaking oil? He didn’t care, he yelled at me and made me feel horrible and had no customer service professionalism at all. The associate did more than he did ! The associate should be the manager because this guy has such a horrible approach and just wants money from people and get them out the door. he literally argued with me and didn’t want to do anything to help me .. I already had a $10 coupon to use and he only gave $5 more off with the coupon. Absolutely horrible. After this incident, I deserved to atleast get a better discount or something. This was my first time ever going to this Jiffy Lube or Jiffy Lube in general. Now I know why people talk badly about this company as a whole. They need to hire BETTER PROFESSIONALS and start caring about their customers much more!!!!!!!!!!!AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER (who responded) ACTED THE SAME WAY, NO HELP, NOT A CARE ABOUT ME & they were continuing to say they would call the police, when I requested a better discount ? Ive seen extreme ratings for jiffy lube both ways. My experience was really good. Ive had both oil change and some AC work done. The oil change was fast, efficient and they did not seem to try to upsell. I also timed my visits well before their closing time.The AC work was a little more involved. I have an AC leak. Their vacuum test did not reveal the leak but the tech could tell there was a problem and knew it would be a lot more in-depth. Rather than doing hundreds of dollars in diagnostic work, he stopped after the vacuum test and recommended that I bring g my vehicle to a place that specializes in AC work. And to my surprise they did not charge me the $75 fee for the initial diagnostics. This impressed me greatly and makes me willing to bring more to them because the tech knew their ability level based on the time allowed and the equipment they have in their shop. I will be bringing more work to then because of this. Thank you for your honesty and integrity in a world known for diagnostics through replacement.

I was very impressed with the guys who greeted me as I pulled up with my car sputtering (I thought I was breaking down) they changed my oil and filter as I paid for but they went above and beyond and checked it all out so that I knew it was safe to drive home. I was pleasantly surprised that they vacuumed my car too! Very welcoming and friendly guys. I truly felt better and also my car was driving better. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

My greeter was both pleasant and knowledgeable, but not pushy. The staff worked together with an all business approach. I left with what I came to have done and was reminded of a tire rotation, which had been meaning to do, but had slipped my mind. Good experience all around.

The store located on Pleasant Valley in Winchester would not allow our fleet vehicles to be paid for over the phone from our corporate office. We have always paid this way at different locations. I will never visit that location even with my personal vehicle and I will recommend to others not to visit that store.

While the staff is courteous, they left my filler cap off on a previous visit and put in conventional oil rather than the full synthetic I requested on my last visit.To be fair, the shop was busy when I stopped in, but still caused me additional expense to change it again.

Richard and the rest of the team had my oil changed, tires rotated, wipes replaced, fluids topped off, and the vehicle vacuumed in about 35 minutes. I was walked to my vehicle and everything was on pointe. Great service!

I was a bit shocked at the price of an oil change....$80!!! Everyone I spoke too was flabbergasted that I paid that much for an oil change. Then a day later I go somewhere to get a repair done to my car and while working they check over everything and tell me my oil filter wasn’t changed. Isn’t that supposed to be included in an oil change? Especially an $80 oil change! Not the happiest person right now. Homeboy with the beard and glasses was nice and interactive. The other dude(s) that did my signature service oil change didn’t vacuum my car completely all the way. There was actually more dirt on my seat than before. Things from my glove box were out on my floor and and seat.. not cool.

Went to this location on 10/12/2019 aimply because of a $10 off coupon. My family and I are in a tough spot currently due to unforseen circumstances. When originally checked in, a man told me it would be about $90 for a simple oil change in my 2010 Sienna due to high mileage, and the extra needed for large capacity. I was somewhat surprised and reluctantly said okay. He could tell I was stressed over the $$ and when he went to ring me up, he discounted a few things to make the price lower to help me out. Amazing. Amazing customer service and made me a comeback customer for sure. Thank you.

Never, ever go to Jiffy Lube. I would say they nickel and dime you to death but that would be a lie. They slam you with an air cabin filter that costs about $5 online, but they charge over $50 for it. I couldnt believe it! Go to 5 Star Auto. The lounge is great, they wont cheat you, and the wait is about the same. Never again.

Beware! Think employees just tried to scam us. Showed us a black, dirty airfilter and said it needed changed for about $42.00. Good thing we declined because at Auto Zone when we pulled it out, the filter was white and wasnt falling apart. Have filed a complaint with headquarters!

All the men did a great job very efficient and very friendly environment and Shaun was wonderful.

Overall service was good, however I came in for a oil change and tire rotation and had all 4 emblems on my tires coming in. When my car was finished, I was told that one was missing. Not sure what someone did with the other emblem that all of a sudden went missing but no would not reccomend going here.

I very much value how it was a teachable moment perfectly timed for my son who is a novice regarding most of what happens with the funcions of a car . The service attendant was an impressionable instructor as he was similar in age so he was instantly relatable and connected with his delivery as well. So refreshing to receive all around effective service with more than a smile. I hope it was for them too when I asked to speak with the manager to make sure I relayed my happy sentiments to him! I just pray it continues as turnover is common. Endless thanks!

Keith was very nice I spoke to him on the phone before I went there and he explained everything to me very carefully so I chose to have my oil changed there. I was a little disappointed because he said they would check and fill all fluids (windshield fluid ect) and vacuum the interior and clean the outside windows, I sat inside while this was being done and I spoke to a Richard he was not to friendly, when all was done Keith checked me out and again he was very nice and they were very fast in getting everything done. My windows were not clean and the carpet was still dirty but I know they are not a carwash and they do this as a courtesy so I really cant complain but a friend of mine fixed my a/c yesterday and I noticed that they didnt fill the washer fluid and I know I needed it because my dashboard light was on for washer fluid so it makes me wonder if they checked the other fluids? Anyway I may go back, but I do think they are a little over priced ($40 + tax) after I had this done I checked around and I could have gotten the same thing for $19.99 + taxBut anyway Thank you Keith for being so nice

Two weeks after having Jiffy Lube change my oil, I had it changed again at Buettner. The oil filter had never been changed. I dont think Jiffy Lube changed the oil either.

You pay for quick. But they are quick. Overcharging on air filters and cabin filters make it a scam job. Xoxo

The price for a basic oil change was $88.00 twice the price I was quoted. They had already removed the oil from the vehicle so there was no way to decline the service. The reasoning behind the increase was the car required an additional 4 quarts of conventional oil. It was a fast service and even faster cleaning the money out of my wallet.

Dropped the work truck off they did there thing and I came back at the end of day picked it up.

As usual the line was short when I arrived. Was taken in after a several minute wait. Store was busy as normal, but everyone was busy getting cars through. I was out in about 20 minutes.

I feel like I need to warn people about the dishonesty of Jiffy Lube and its sweepstakes box in the waiting room.I filled out my information on a card and entered into the sweepstakes box at Jiffy Lube.I received a voicemail on Sunday afternoon saying I won and they would call me back at 5:40pm. I was so excited! Some lady called and said I had won a $200 Jiffy Lube gift card and a three day trip to Massanutten Resort. Great!She started asking me survey questions about my last vacation, then spent the next 10 minutes telling me about how great Massanutten was. (While my dinner got cold.) Thats when it started getting fishy.After her clearly rehearsed spiel, she asked for my credit card so she could charge me a $75 deposit that would be refunded once I got to the resort. I told her I wouldnt be doing that and she HUNG UP on me.I cant believe Jiffy Lube would be a part of this. They sold my information and I will never go to them again. NO ONE is honest these days.

1.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires, Karl!Mixed experience - understaffed, but try the quality first. Something went wrong, though - the vehicle TPDS complains about one tire overinflated.Would stay away of them - they send spam to your e-mail and cell phone.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change and there was only 2 people working, definitely understaffed. The staff was honest about the wait. When I returned later in the day they did the oil change but the oil change indicator on my car was not reset. Also the battery on my 2013 car died after they changed the oil, all I can say is this never happened before but they gave the car a quick charge to get me on my way. My battery has not had any further issues. Ill probably give them another try since they are close by.

I dont go to Jiffy Lube to get my car cleaned or upsold on wiper blades. I want in and out service for oil changes. That said, if part of the service for my $100 oil change is vacuuming the interior and cleaning the exterior of the windows, it should be done and it wasnt. You had one job lol.... And, you only did half of it... Well done Jiffy Lube!

Quick place to get your tires rotated out and otherstuff

The Signature Service supposedly includes washing the window exteriors, filling wiper fluid, and vacuuming the floor boards, among other things, all of which have been skipped at one time or another over the last 4 visits. They are fast, but you dont always get everything you pay for.
