My washer stopped working. I called Lees Appliances and we discussed over the phone the cost of replacing the electronic board on my existing washer, versus purchasing a refurbished one. He told me what washers he had in stock, so I decided since mine was 11 years old or so, it would be prudent to exchange it. He came out the same day a short time after our phone conversation. He brought out a very nice washer that was clean and looked like new, took the old one and set up the one he brought. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The one he brought is working better than the one I had and I am very pleased, especially since it was way less than the cost of even the most inexpensive new one on the market. I highly recommend Lees Appliances, especially if you have a tight budget. Great value for the money well spent.

Bought a stove. I thought it was a great price. Nice looking stove.I went to bake and stove overheated. Call store to have him work on it t He said he did not have the paperwork of when we bought it.We tried to fix it ourselves after he would not fix it. Needless to say we had a sad thanksgiving. And a100.00 more for a stove with an oven that still doesnt work.I will not go there again

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to spend money somewhere. Went here for a part I could easily buy online, but wanted to try getting local.. guy spent 15 minutes telling me how dumb I am (with plenty of 4 letter words) for taking the piece apart before coming in. Rude would not do this experience justice - be forewarned.

Please do not buy anything from this guy!!! We got a dryer from him and he took the cheap way and bypass wiring where he didnt have to put a thermal fuse in it. It was very unsafe thing too do!!! I understand it is very affordable prices and used equipment that he has worked on. We lucky it didnt do anything dangerous.

Lees Appliances would get ZERO if it were possible. I traded in an 8 yr old Kenmore washer and dryer set that worked relatively ok but needed repairs that wouldn’t make it worth repairing for the price of a new washing machine. I now have a beautiful, yet totally dysfunctional 5 yr old Maytag washing machine sitting in my basement. It should be a pretty great washer, but so many things have gone wrong, and now the start button won’t work most of the time, and it takes me up to 30 minutes at times, plugging and unplugging the washer to get it to start and then when it does, I can’t change the settings. This is on top of the error code that continuously showed up during almost all cycles less than a month after it was purchased, causing the cycle to stop completely, taking several hours minimally up to 2 days (YES REALLY) to just finish the cycle, and at times needing to redo the whole load almost to “reset” the washer, or for the fact that the laundry sat there so long from being unable to finish the load, it smelled disgusting. The inside drum started to fray and I suspect from the friction from the drum rising during the spin cycle combined with the fact that speed of the washers “spin cycle” spins faster than any race car I’ve ever seen and pieces of plastic would be left in our clean clothes. This has cost me a lot of money, racked up my electricity bill to at least double of what I’m used to and has prevented me from being able to sell any of my children’s clothing because I can’t wash them to sell them. My water bill has been crazy high from having to redo load after load because of the “uneven load” error code that Lee refused to fix which was the reason I called before the warranty was up. All calls made to Lee’s Appliances and a visit to the store during business hours within 30 days of purchase to have the warranty honored were unsuccessful. I was given nothing but an attitude both times I spoke with him, not to mention the many times my mother spoke to him because she’s the one that paid for it. I was blamed as if I was making up my complaint within the 30 days just to get a new washing machine when I explained that I didn’t want a new washing machine, I just wanted the one I had fixed. Lee told me that if I had problems with the washing machine I shouldn’t have waited until the 30 day warranty was ALMOST up, and as I stated to him the washing machine was fine until the warranty was almost up! I threatened to sue him, and when my mom tried to reach out to him again, his business number was “out of service”, and his shop was closed during business hours as she also attempted to rectify the situation in person since he likes to hang up on both of us several times. This man is a con artist, unprofessional to say the least, RUDE, and disrespectful AF!!! I wouldn’t waste my money at this place and risk having a negative experience like so many others as well as myself have had. I’m going to report him to the Better Business Bureau as well. This man needs to be shut down! I think I’ll tell him that in person when I see him in court very soon!

Naked pictures in his show room should have been my first sign that this guy is a crook. Im a single mom struggling with fianances and my daughter was sick. The refridgerator broke, and I made the mistake of going to Lees Appliances on Rout 50 West Winchester VALee Smeltzer sold me a refrigerator with a 4 inch wide rust hole on the bottem. What I learned the hard way is BUYER BEWARE
