We did a pressure check on the tires. And the employees were friendly and helpful. I also made an appointment to replace my truck tires as well. I have used this business for years and they are always dependable and have fair prices.

ButI never had to leave my vehicle for them to plug it. The workers seem young but very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Great job, definitely would recommend.

They were the only one within a 30 mile radius that had the tire I needed and with the added insurance plan when tire were purchased in 2019 it covered my ruined road hazard tire quit a bit $ sense. What the tire was gonna cost me mounted balanced out the door was 239 and because of the insurance out the door it only cost me $💯.70. Thank you guys at Discount Tire in Wilson, NC for all the help. The staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. Service is always quick, affordable, and efficient. I won’t go anywhere else but here for anything tire related.

Service was okay and they were quick to change all four of my tires. The issue I have is their policy to charge an extended warranty without notifying the customer. They automatically tack on a percentage charge for each tire for this warranty and they did not mention the charge or the benefits to it.To me, this feels like bad customer service. My suggestion is to train the employees better so they are able to sell the warranty without relying on shady tactics by sneaking the warranty in without the customers knowledge. Let the customer know the benefits of purchasing it atleast. In my case, I was given a price that was higher than expected and none of the benefits were explained until I requested a refund.

We had lock nuts on our truck and no key, as the previous owner took the key out of the truck when he sold it. The guys tag teamed it and got it knocked out quick. Thanks guys.

I am usually pleased with the quality of service and have purchased tires from this specific location before; however, I am unsure as to what went awry this time around.I bought four new Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires today to go on my 2018 GMC Sierra SLT. They were put on at 47,979 miles. I came directly home. As I was washing my truck, I noticed that one of my rims is damaged and badly scuffed (I am having to take it to a body shop to be fixed next week). Further, my tires are unbalanced. PSI ranges from 33-38.Nevertheless, while I bought the certificates and the Michelin tires are doing well and I can tell a big difference - although I only have thirty miles on them - I am sad to say I will not be visiting this store again if at all possible.

Great service from the staff at the Wilson location of Discount Tire. They quickly fixed a nail puncture on one of my tires and rebalanced it at no charge. I didnt buy the tires there, but will next time. Christian the service writer was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this location of Discount Tire.

Called for a tire size that I wanted for my truck. They said they had them in stock to bring it in and they take care of me. Once I got there the adviser said that they couldnt put those tires on my truck due to the computer not allowing them to install a tire that wasnt oem size for my truck. If your not installing oem tire size for your vehicle dont waste your time as I have.

Buy your tires here and get free rotation and balance for life- what a deal. I bought mine at the Raleigh branch but went to Wilson for the rotation. Great service!

This place surprised me with the best customer service ever by a big name tire shop. They were able to balance my wheels where 2 other tire shops just couldnt. Prices are competitive and they guarantee their work. Will always use them in the future.

They dont bother to look at the car but trust the computer to tell them what to do.... Like they said we changed rims when weve never changed the rims or saying the tires we wanted would fit then they didnt and still charged us the same price that 95k mile tires are to 45k mile tires... No thanks they dont have a clue what theyre doing there.

They were fairly quick at mount and balancing my truck tires and I couldnt beat the price. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only gripe I have is they dont do alignments but they did give me a referral to a family owned buisiness that had excellent prices on an alignment.

The best tire seller in Wilson. Price are great and the staff works with you no up selling. If you called ahead and ask if a certain brand tire is in stock. It will be there when you pull up not like some other tire dealers. I have had two cars work on here and they will continue to get my business from now on. Management and Tech do a outstanding job making sure you are taken care of and satisfied before you leave.

A great experience with this place. A local shop was going to charge me 120 dollars a tire to change some ATV tires and they changed the tires for me for 25 dollars. Amazing people definitely coming back

So, finding a store that still takes care of its community is a tough task, but I found it in Discount Tire of Wilson. The men and women who work here make it their pleasure (not their job) to serve and assist their customers. I came in for a nail in my tire, expecting to pay $30-$45 and spend my afternoon waiting. Not only did they do the repair FOR FREE, but they showed me how to separate my key so that I could come back later and pick up my car without needing to wait. They were polite, courteous and fixed my tire quickly. I am so grateful they moved to our town. We needed a place like this- a place that cares.

Just had my first visit with them and I was pleased from the beginning to the end. When I first called, they were very polite and informative. Price was right on the tires and customer service was good. Facility was clean and well maintained as well. The problem comes in on tire pressure and although I have no way to prove it Im sure they damaged one of my rims as well. 3 tires were inflated to 44 psi and the last was at 42. Oem specs for my jeep call for 36 psi. As for the rim damage I didnt notice it till the next day when I was airing down the tires, I have no way to prove it since me and my wife left to get breakfast while the tires were being installed.

Why I will always be a loyal customer of Discount Tire: they do nail fixes for free, they do pressure checks for free, they do tire rotations for free. They dont pressure you to buy/replace more tires than you need. Their staff are extremely educated in the world of tires. This is a new location but so is the service!!! I was very pleased at how polite and fast the service at this Discount Tire store was. Im not use to getting prompt courteous service from a tire shop just excuses and reasons why they cant get to your vehicle. But not here it was the best experience I have had with a new location in a long time. Anthony waited on me and he greeted me in the parking lot took my keys and had me out of there before I could finish my free coffee they offer to customers! I will definitely be back and it was well worth the 25 mile trip to get there!!! Great job guys!!!

Im so happy this opened up in Wilson. I dont have to drive to Raleigh. They are friendly and helpful. Told me where the tire treads are at and how soon I need to look at new tires. Showed me prices and what would be best for my van. Plus fixed my tire faster then the computer said. Woohoo awesome job guys. Now I know where to go for my tires.

I had an excellent experience when I came here to buy tires. I came in and got 4 new tires put on and was out within half an hour, no appointment. The employees were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different tires they sold.The prices were good - I saved around $100 by coming here instead of going a mile down the road to another tire shop. I will be coming back to get my free rotations and air checks.If you pay a small extra fee for each tire, they will repair it if it is defective or you run over something. If they cant repair it, theyll replace it for free.I plan on going back to Discount Tire and I would recommend them to friends.

I called this store on Tuesday, August 13th & had the pleasure of speaking with Brian, the manager. He was so pleasant and so willing to answer my MANY questions over the phone. I was coming to Rocky Mount the following day to visit my mother and was going to take my daughter’s car in for wheels. Well, when we got there, Brian was not available so we had the pleasure of working with Quashon. He too answered all my questions and educated me on the condition of the tires on my daughter’s car. Unfortunately, we were not able to replace just the wheels. Quashon put together a package for me that was VERY reasonable! Brian came out and I did have the pleasure of speaking with him as well! Jason and another young man (his name fails me now but I want to say Joey) installed the wheels and tires. Everyone at this location was so amazing! And so personable and professional!! I have never gone into a Discount Tire store that was not pleasant (and I am a repeat customer for well over 10 years now), but this location BY FAR is one of THE BEST!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH💛P.S. the service was SUPER fast! I believe we were in and out in less than an hour and that included all of many non work related conversations! So personable!!!
