Ive been using these guys for years Ive never had any problems while Chris was there. Theyre closed over the weekend and I didnt need it till Saturday and Sunday so I paid for it over the phone friday my employee stop by and got the keys and we used the truck sat afternoon and sun afternoon Never signed anything never showed a license never walked around the truck or confirmed the odometer reading as I said Ive been using them for years with no issues well now we have one. I was doing the math on the Odometer reading 19 cents per mile and I noticed they were saying we drove 2400 miles. Well in actuality we only drove 32 miles. So I call 1st thing Monday morning to get this straight They acted like I was lying But I told them to do the research and get back to me because I knew where I drove we went from wrightsville beach to Gordon road twice.32 miles So I get a call back from Adam the guy who works there saying OK we figured out the mileage you were correct but now the trucks Damaged.. we did not damage the truck if they couldnt even get the mileage right what leads me to believe that they actually knew what damage was there and what wasnt. I have 3 witness statements that were with me the whole time saying we never hit anything One being a customer of mine the owes me nothing. So I asked him to have his boss call me and immediately checked my credit card statement. As of now the bill should have been around a $150 they have charged $500 on my credit card and are saying I should have to pay for a $1000 deductible when they charge you $18 for insurance. I asked for him to have his boss call me to discuss the issue and have not heard anything back. I feel like they were just out to get me maybe theyre going bankrupt or something or one of the employees hit something and are trying to blame it on us. I will leave an update after I speak to the owner or manager but as far as Im concerned they will never get my business again and unless you feel like paying for other peoples mistakes I would stay away from this place...

They have incompetent Employees that will blame you and charge you for their doings.. Do not use

We have been renting trucks from these folks for a little while now for our volunteer work distributing food. They have done a great job for us and have been very helpful.

Dont waste your time with these guys they will say you did stuff you didnt overcharge you for odometer Reading and over charge your credit card without your permission badd for business dont use..

Forgot some stuff in the rental semi truck I rented and they held it for me and let me look over the truck to make sure I got everything before they detailed it for the next customer they go the extra mile for sure

Professional and convenient! Have used the last year for commercial use and it has been great for our business as a back up. Chris has helped us out when ever we needed a rental.
