I rented a cargo van from this location and had the best experience. Customer service was great.

Ive rented a few times for this same location.You have to have a chip in the card your using. They should tell you that on the 800 number. But the staff is always friendly. Expect to wait 25-30 minutes when you come get your car tho.

Make sure that you keep record of everything said while you’re in the truck rental office. I’ve rented from these guys twice. The first time went off without a hitch. This last time I rented from them a few weeks ago, I got a truck for a week, mileage was never discussed AT ALL by either one of the guys I dealt with in the office. I return my truck a week later on time and then all of a sudden they’re demanding an extra $700 from me because I supposedly agreed to only 150 free miles a day and not unlimited miles. This was never discussed once with these guys on the morning I rented the truck. Then when I asked why this was never discussed the taller less bald guy copped an attitude with me and tried to say he remembered specifically discussing mileage with me. Why would I agree to not having unlimited miles when I knew I had to drive at least 3500 miles 🙄

Very horrible experience the sales guy lied and never told me about charging me per mile on my vehicle until after I had it for 2 weeks ..This is how they pad there pockets by lying to customers ... Never will I do business with enterprise!!!!!
