They help you with what you need like birth certificates and other important items, they give you handy bags, and blankets to the homeless and other people

I want to say for those who dont know because i too had no idea what services this place had to offer, they help you get a state id, birth certificate, social security card if you need one. They also give out vouchers to the Urban Bike Project for a free bike (used) and bus tickets. Im sure they offer much more than i learned about in my short visit, they are a resource to help those in need in Wilmington.

I cant even give this a 1 star. You have people coming there to get help sober living and at 6am till 3pm you put them on the streets. In the beginning they need to be working on themselves. If it was my kids just walking the streets that would drive me crazy and thinking they were there to get help and to stay clean, and they put them on the streets.

They offer Social Services and assistance for low income who need to obtain their Delaware only, birth certificate.
