Beth recently staged a newly built home. The house has an open concept floor plan and because it was built as a spec house it has a very neutral color palette. Beth created a warm inviting, comfortable feel with just the right amount of polish and whimsy that draws buyers in. In a few short days the house went under contract and the sellers are thrilled they hired Beth. She made an empty house feel like the home we all want to live in.

My husband and I recently had Beth Siegel of Porchlight Staging & Design do the interior decorating on our home. We did not know Beth in advance of this project. However, we selected her because she has expertise in both interior design and staging. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. First, about Beth ... she is extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, kind, and has a delightful sense of humor too. What could have been a very stressful renovation, turned out to be actually fun. Next, Beth is talented beyond belief. She transformed our Entry Way, Great Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Carolina Room (four seasons room), Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Guest Bedroom, Guest Bathroom, and Laundry Room. Everything turned out beautifully, even better than we had envisioned. Beth is a great listener. We had many important talks about our preferences, tastes, ideas, and needs. In all cases, Beths selections not only reflected our conversations, but definitely surpassed our expectations. It should be noted that Beths purchases were always within the budget we had established (no easy feat, to say the least!). Finally, thanks to Beth, we now have a gorgeous home and we truly love it. We do not at all mind the multitude of compliments we receive on a regular basis from friends, family, neighbors, and more. My wife and I had a stroke of luck when we randomly met Beth Siegel. When we were seeking out an Interior Designer we utilized several sites to make contact with one and Beth responded immediately (some no response at all). That was the first good sign. We scheduled an appointment with Beth, which took place very expeditiously after first contact, and shared our wants and needs. Beth then provided us with a proposal, very well done and professional, and immediately rolled up her sleeves and got to work after we agreed on the scope of the project. The pandemic provided some extraordinary circumstances in regards to ordering furniture and accessories for our project. Beth worked through all obstacles and always had a Plan B (sometimes Plan C) offering several design options at every turn. She has an incredible knack for ideas and layouts that are customized to our, the homeowners, personalities. At times we were taken out of our comfort zone, which is exactly why we needed her professional touch, but so glad we accepted her input and designs. We plan to hire Beth again in the future, when the need arises. This is the highest compliment that can be given - having somebody back!
