I never asked them to call me and when Lisa did she asked all the wrong questions and was very rude. Why would i want to do business with un-friendly and rude people?They are just praying on desperate souls who are desperate to sell or dont have the funds to fix their house. You are far better off calling your local realtor, you will receive better service, pleasant people and much more $$$$$$$$$$$.

They will offer you PAWN SHOP prices for your home. RUN AWAY from these people.

This is nothing but a glorified telemarketing company. They call you even if you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST and ask if they can buy your house. Apparently they have run out of houses to buy in Wilmington as they are calling into the Charlotte and surrounding markets.

They are very professional and follow through.
