Ive invested a great deal of time looking into all the software tools out there in the RE space, even signed up and played with most of em. A businesses customer service is the backbone of that business and the connected investors customers service is by far one of the best customer services Ive been privileged to experience. I have never walked away feeling let down or upset. It is a feeling of wow that was easy, no hoops to jump through. once they get your problem in their hands, their customer service kicks in and from emails, texts, phone calls and live operators, that so call problem is no longer and issue to you. Lies. They sign you up for a trial. Promise to give your money back if you dont want to continue, but in my experience refuse to. I have since read other reviews with similar experience 😔 I have suffered a brain injury and am unable to use their service now and they have basically stolen $1500 from me! This is criminal.

Signed up about 2 weeks ago so still learning the PIN software but so far so good. PIN is easy to use. Love the fact that they have real customer service that you can speak with and live weekly trainings that you can join as well as play back of some of the trainings and short videos to help you get familiar with the software. Also did my first live chat just now and rep was prompt in responding and answered my question quickly. I will add more reviews after using it a little longer but so far seems like a very professional operation and tons of great information that I am still taking in here and there.

Greg: So Im brand new to the system and was trying to save a group of properties Im very interested in and the Save Properties button wasnt there so I wasnt sure what to do. Steven: I feel your pain. So heres what I found, you did save the 367 properties you selected. Heres how I confirmed it -- display screenshot. Greg: Thanks Steven, that never occurred to me. AND thanks for including a tutorial that covers the issue. SO all is good and Im doing my Skip Tracing next and hope to reach out to every property owner before the end of the day. I wish I was not fearful to reach out to the team and other investors for help I was afraid to talk to anyone since 2019 so I went on you tube type in (how do whole seller talk to the motivated seller and get the contract same day over the phone. Stick with the script. I just wish CI training had live and role play talk to seller and over the phone. CI has mostly everything. It about communicate to other investor. Most of the millionaire and billionaire had a mentor. I rather fail then not do it at all! Living your dream. I regret all that time I wasted standing on the side line. I just have to walk through my fears. CI I know you dont want anyone to fail thank you for communicating with me online and cellphone I have to do the same to in order to succeed. I would ratter aim to the stars and not hit them then not aim to them at all!
Our investment team has been working with Kevin Earnest and his team for the last several years. They work with banks and lots of real estate brokers to make sure they can serve any of your real estate investment needs. They help with getting good loans and good inventory. Kevin responds to you and you feel as if you are their only client. They do care about their investors.

I have been a Connected Investors Member for less than a year and have been very happy with the support that I have received. There are two incidence that I can comment on first hand. First one was when I was put in touch with Kevin Earnest. He was so quick to respond via text and then a follow up call. He provided some guidance and even made an introduction and connection to one of his prior business associates in the area we were looking to virtual wholesale. Within 2 hours, I had enough information to determine and make an offer. The deal didnt pan out, but the information I received confirmed my approach and evaluation of the properties were very similar. This provided me with much more confidence in making the offer. That being said, I can fully recommend CI, Kevin, Ross and their team and commitment to help. They are AWESOME. My 2nd interaction was when I was having problems with the site and our process. I quickly was able to get in touch via the online help and when they couldnt help, they put me in touch with Ailish, she was very helpful and courteous. The reason I was provided Kevins contact information was due to her putting me in touch with him. Ailish was always pleasant and supportive. CI is growing leaps and bounds and I am constantly seeing changes to up their game. Ross and his team at CI are doing it right and I appreciate what CI is doing to help people become Real Estate Investors and Wholesalers. I look forward to continue to learn and being a CI Member for many years to come.

Avoid this company unless you want to be lied to. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I purchased PiN on 1/29/2021 with the understanding that there was a 30 day no-questions asked guarantee. Turns out, the company has no intention of honoring their refund policy. It is written in the terms & conditions document. The customer service agent told me that it was only 7 days. They sent me a link and claimed that I used that link to sign up. That was a lie. The link sent showed a price that was $500 more than I paid, and on it the refund period was 3 days.
I have recently enrolled in Connected Investors. Im looking forward to becoming a SUCCESSFUL Real Estate Investor!

Kevin gave me a great analogy on PiN as to what is required. You buy a shovel and it is useless unless you put it to work. PiN is nothing more than a tool and you have to put the work behind it.
