I love this place. It’s a diamond in the rough. I tell everybody I can about Chelsea’s because it’s consistently been a great experience. I used to live near them, but moved away. I still travel to get my mani/pedis from them only. The quality is worth it!

Left the salon about 45 minutes ago went in for a pedicure and a full set my pedicure was amazing they did a great job on my pedicure I can say that no complaints until we get to the full set my nails are not the shape that I requested two of my nails are shorter than what they’re supposed to be the woman that was painting my nails did a very sloppy job they did refund me $20 I don’t think that was enough overall I paid $100 for my nails and my pedicure and I just feel ripped off if you want to be valued as a customer and you want to be respected try a different place I will not be coming back I should have trusted all the negative reviews but I figured that I’d give them a shot definitely learned my lesson

I’ve gone to this salon a few times to get my eyebrows done because it’s conveniently close to my home but never again after today. They are so dirty.. they never change the thing you lay on to get your eyebrows done which they are supposed to and they NEVER clean the tweezers. They use em person after person without disinfecting them and I’ve realized this from the few times I’ve gone. It takes just seconds to do those things yet they’re being dirty and putting people at risk. Never going back, not tryna catch HIV.

They give really good pedicures & the gel polish last. It never chips off. I went a whole month without getting my nails done and it still looked great.

I had my UV Gel nails taken off and Gel polish applied to my real nail. Short to say, my nails are the wrong shape, even though I asked for them to be pointed twice, they’re all different lengths, even though I asked for them to be evened out the same length 3 times, my nails are curved inwards in the center instead of a normal outward curve, and they’re all way too thin and lumpy. I’ll be surprise if at least one doesn’t rip off this week, even with the thick gel polish. Also, this is for my college graduation. So my nails are painful and misshapen right before my ceramony, awesome. I’ve never had such bad service at a nail salon.

They do NOT deserve a star, the lady is super rude 💯 . i was simply looking at my nails as she did them calm as ever & she pushed me back and saidstop looking at the nails, i know how to do my job also not to mention she kept burning my fingers i said ouch can yu please be careful and she said shut up and sit back & continuesly burned me . NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

They dont even deserve a star but thats the only way to write a review. Ive been there 3 times and the staff was rude and messed my design up every time. Yesterday I got there 35 minutes before they closed n asked for a refill. I waited a half hour n when it was my turn I showed the girl a picture of the color I wanted. She tossed a baskets of gel colors n she told me look in there. They didnt have any colors close to the one I wanted so I asked if they had a regular polish in that color n she told me NO its too late n takes to long to dry n got an attitude with me n got up n walked away. Another lady took over n jacked the shape of my nails up bc she was rushing. Ill never go back to this place. They have the worst customer service.

I work right across the street so i go there to get my eyebrows done...in the beginning it was great service in & out, loved how they looked but as of lately (past month 1/2) workers are real disrespectful doesnt acknowledge that you are there when u walk in and today was my last straw with them only 2 workers and 1 person already getting her nails done so asked 2 times how long for eyebrows because no one wanted to answer the first time i asked, both workers looked at eachother and then said 15-20 mins for eyebrows while one of the workers was just sitting there doing nothing. So for now on i will take my business else whereThanks But No Thanks

Very rude and disrespectful .. Told nail tech my nail was lifting as she was taking the gel polish off and she did not reply so I said it again not knowing if she heard me and her reply was I know how to do my job. I proceeded to tell her I never said u couldn’t do your job because if u didn’t I wouldn’t come back here but all you had to do was say okay. She said she didn’t want to get the dust in her mouth.. I had to remind her, her mouth was covered .. nothing is free I’m paying for my service but that is NOT how you deal with a customer ... a simple okay would have been good enough for a reply

Very long wait and my pedicure wasnt that good. They also had a lot of old nail polish and the bottle I had chosen was actually empty. I guess the only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly.

So today I was calm and happy to just finally get my nails done. So I went it and the service was Aranged weirdly. Reminded you I come there often. Today the woman who “did” my nails, gave me such a hard time about everything. I showed her how I wanted my nails done and it was truly so simple like you don’t understand. She kept getting the shape Wrong and when I told her I didn’t like it. She Handed me the file and said “ Here do it yourself” in the most rudest voice. I just sat there looking at her in shocked like did she really say that to me. So she finished my nails and “ half assed it” all. She was talking chinies and saying things about me because she started to cuss in English about the situation when I simply didn’t speak to her like that. So I will make sure I don’t recommend this place at all. Terrible attitudes these woman have.

I had a very good experience they were very friendly and experience was a very good one they are very friendly and the experience was better than most other experience that I have had every where else that I have been to.
