As a 50+ year young woman, I enrolled in this class. It is good for self defense and fitness. The instructor is very patient and an advocate for Christ. If you want good quality training, give Ernest Wilson a try.

My experience has been wonderful. It has given me discipline and foundation for the mind, body and soul. Sensei Wilson is an awesome teacher and has patience our of this world. The Godly man of God that he is, he instills in his students the spiritual as well as the physical of the mind, body and soul.I have been under the instruction of Sensei for some 10 years and it has been the best experience of my life in the way of exercise and I have tried many fitness clubs but his martial arts school surpasses them all. Now, I too, am an instructor of the womens total fitness program.
