Look no further.. This is The Absolute Best MMA School ever!! Being trained in Mixed Martial Arts myself, I was looking for a school that would provide similar training to my own. After a lot of research, I came across FFMMA, and I cannot be happier. My son has been in this school for about 3 months training under Grandmaster Sensei Harman. Even through the COVID pandemic, Sensei made it a point to keep everyone informed and keep training classes available to the best of his ability under CDC guidelines. Since enrolling my son, I have seen a complete 180° in my sons behavior. He is more respectful, more confident, more polite, more disciplined, and walks with his head higher than ever, and hes still a white belt. Sensei has made it a point to talk to me after each class to make sure I am clear on everything that my son is learning. This school is, without a doubt, the BEST MMA school I have ever encountered. Not only does Sensei have a great team of Black Belt instructors that work with him, the basis of the school is anti-victim and bully proof tactical defense. So if you are looking to help your child gain confidence, self-esteem, self defense and many other qualities, I HIGHLY recommend this school. Even if you are an adult looking to maintain an active lifestyle while at the same time learning life saving skills, this school is for you. Their prices are fair, definitely not overly priced, and a lot of their proceeds go to anti-bullying organizations. I cannot be more grateful for what this school has done for my child and I look forward to see his continued progress!!

I love this place!! I have searched for a self defense / martial arts place for months. I visited a few places and just didnt feel a good vibe. From the time that I called Fusion Freestyle Martial Arts and spoke with Sensei Harman, I was hooked. The way he spoke on the phone I knew he was a true professional and truly knew his craft. As I have been taking classes now for 3 months, his passion for this craft and knack for teaching and educating just oozes and it is awesome to be a part of this group. The man always has a plan!! My son and I have been going here for over 2 years. Sensei Harmon is knowledgeable in many martial art forms and integrates them into his “freestyle” form that combines the best of each for practical application in self defense. Each session combines a great workout with some techniques and forms, but also practice that shows how those skills can be adapted to real world situations. Assistant instructors are also very knowledgeable so students get quality instruction in small groups.

This place is so warm & inviting. As a female coming in with a bunch of other male students, I felt welcomed & comfortable. I studied Martial Arts as a teenager, & haven’t been in many years but my Sensei & all the other staff made me feel as if I picked up right where I’ve left off. (Not to mention, I actually trained with my now Sensei years ago as a kid... small world). My Sensei has allowed me to progress way further than the 2 years I trained in karate years ago in just a few short months. So glad I found this place. Can’t wait to see my progress on this journey moving forward.

Classes are great for not only kids, and teens but even for Adults and SR Adults. This American martial arts club offers a modern training program in both fitness and protection concepts. The program is focused on the American Martial Arts culture which is a great eclectic form of Karate. The westernized training methods do not focus on eastern traditions and make the students feel comfortable while learning the system that include many mixed martial arts concepts in all range designed to help in a real world altercation with no rules.

Incredible instruction, combination of forms, techniques, workout, and real life application. Great for children and adults, my daughter loves going and is truly learning how to defend herself. Sensei Harmons ability and instruction are second to none and his own children take the class. Fusion freestyle combines a family atmosphere with intense realistic self defense/combat instruction.

Outstanding work out while learning realistic techniques for self defense. One of the only schools where I have seen the Sensei practice what he preaches. When he says down for push ups he doesnt sit and watch. The class had prepared me for real life situations. It has instilled in me a confidence in myself that I can walk away from a fight without my pride taking over.

Highly recommend in Pike Creek Delaware! If your gonna spend the time to earn a Black Belt with self-defense skills this is the place! They have reasonable rates and is a great family place for kids to learn and focus strictly on self-defense. You can tell the Lead instructor and Assistant team of instructors all have backgrounds in real-world applications that work! They do not teach McDojo nonsense like the local TeaKwonDo or TangSooDo places where parents wonder if the flashy moves and swords will ever help your child in a bad situation. The kids curriculum teaches all aspects of tactical American Mixed Martial Arts self-defense so kids become bully proof with well-rounded skill sets, using drills for striking, takedowns, grappling, locking and more!

At Fusion Freestyle Martial Arts (FFMA) you will get a great workout while also receiving the self-defense skills you will need to protect yourself in the real world. Sensei Harman is a humble, knowledgeable, and extremely talented instructor. He makes exercising an enjoyable experience by demonstrating an application, sharing his wisdom, and also by putting you at ease with his humor. As soon as you walk in the room he makes you feel welcome which was a great feeling for me when I first started. I have been going to FFMA for almost 2 years now and it has been a remarkable journey with many more years to come. Ive been practing Martial Arts for about 5 years now under Sensei Harman. I cant say enough about the program. I was one of those individuals who did not enjoy working out, with it always being a struggle to make it to the gym. This program has changed all that. I am in the best adult shape of my life, can protect myself and my family as well as been able to grow my mind to a place I could not have imagined just a few years ago.
