Awesome customer service! I dont know if this store is apart of the mailbox store on union..I hope not. (That woman was very rude, and disrespectful.) However, I was nervous going inside this location because I thought they were associated with the union street location..but the older lady was very nice. Very respectful. Assisted me with what I needed. Handled me with care. Very good service!! The place I went to before going to My mailbox store was a very bad experience. so much for kindness. It goes a long way!!
I just want to let the managers owners of the My Mailbox Store in Wilmington,Delaware at 2207 Concord Pike have the most amazing employees.I go there for all my coping,, faxing, mailing I am always satisfied when I leave there they are so patient take there time with each customer. Jeff is such a wonderful person he really go above and beyond.Thank you for such a wonderful store and employees one of my favorite stores.Valerie Douglas

You wont believe it…I wasnt home for a package that needed signing. No big deal, the store it was going to is very close and I didnt mind. The package was not there same day, still no big deal. I went in the next morning on a Friday and was told it would be there at lunch time. When I called in the evening I was told it wouldnt be there until Monday so I called UPS to check. They said itd be there soon and to go the next day, Saturday. Heres where it gets interesting…I started speaking with a gentleman and upon giving my name his colleague said dismissively its not here. When I asked why the inconsistent information between them and UPS, he said, Ive been doing this 21 years and the call center isnt UPS employees, theyre contractors 1 week on the job making $8-10 an hour and don’t know what theyre talking about. I thought this was presumptive and asked for some further clarification. After a bit of back and forth, mostly him talking over me and saying I called him a liar, I said it seemed presumptive and mean but I appreciate the info. When I said what happens when it shows up here he told me HED PURPOSELY LOSE MY PACKAGE. Granted, looking at the disorganization of the shop, he wont have to try hard.Good luck anyone that has to do business with this shop. Ill be praying for them, both for their mental and business health.
Outstanding. I brought a difficult shipping problem. It was a mix of bulky childrens furniture and toys. Terry was amazing. He found the best way to ship everything safely in three large boxes. Everything came through perfectly intact. A+.
I have been using this facility for five years. Terry and Jeff are always very friendly and helpful. If you are in need of a receiving center for your mail or packages I highly recommend checking it out. They are a full service center when it comes to shipping or receiving as well as copies and many other services.

I needed to ship multiple boxes of sentimental items to England, and My Mailbox Store -- Terry Cragg, in particular -- was a HUGE help. I had no idea how to pack for international shipping, and I didnt know what customs issues there might be. She took care of all of it for me and did a fantastic job. Everything arrived perfectly intact in England one week later, as Terry predicted, and my family there was thrilled to have the items. Thank you for the great service!
I came to this store needing to ship a regular package at standard speed. I was appalled when I was quoted over $16 for it. I asked if that was the cheapest rate, and they confirmed that it was.The next day I went to the nearby US Post Office and asked how much it would be to ship the same package at standard speed. It was less than $8! It included free tracking and insurance up to $50 (well over how much my package contents cost). Im so glad that I went through USPS. Ill never trust another mailing store again.

Thank you My Mailbox! Always the best,the quickest, and the friendliest services! Over the last 3 years I used all of them, including repetitive notary seals. I have an accent, so that unfortunate experience that I read here, was just a sad exception which can be very discouraging I agree. I personally never saw anybody being rude there. Its our closest mail office and I love the family atmosphere there. We ship often all over the World to family and friends, always safely, and with the best rates available. Love it. :-)
Warning!!! You should definitely consider renting a mailbox from this store IF you want to receive OTHER peoples mail in YOUR box on a weekly bases. I had to cancel my box for this exact reason. Totally unacceptable. The people who work there were friendly but the mail service is horrible.UPDATE To Owners Response:The owner is completely incorrect and further more I have no need to waste my time nor anyone elses with posting dishonest reviews of my experience with your business!I was a customer with this business when they were located on 110 W9th street and shortly with your Concord Pike location.Ive personally witnessed You, the manager (Jeff) being rude when I had complain about receiving other peoples mail too much as if it was my fault. News flash, there would be no complaints IF the service was on point. I see that youve changed the business name but apparently the mailing services including manager social skills or the lack there of, have remained the same or perhaps worse.How about spending more time on customer service INSTEAD of arguing with customers and offering no solutions when there is a mess up on your (companys) end!A manager who truly value customer service would have at least began their responses with some type of apology like..We apologize for your experience with our company...but not Jeff.Your actions Mr. Manager (Jeff) in your store AND on this review site most certainly contradict your statement, We value ALL of our customers.Have a good day sir and I truly hope you take some social skills training FROM your employees.
Maybe I am ignorant to these types of mail stores, but I was unaware when using this facility you are charged 40% more than if you just printed your own tag or went to the real FedEx, UPS, or USPS store.My advice, dont EVER get a label from this store unless you want to pay a significantly higher cost for your package. Print out your own label and just drop it off or take it to a genuine FedEx, UPS, or USPS location.Upon asking what the deal was with the price increase the associate told me FedEx provides them with different rates, so theyre forced to charge customers higher rates and theres absolutely nothing they could do about it. To me this makes no sense, but I sent what happened to FedEx, so maybe they can make sense of it for me.Save your money, save your sanity, print your own label or go to the genuine brick and mortar stores.
They were so helpful mailing my e-commerce merchandise to my customer - great packaging, great prices. Finally I found a company happy to work with small businesses. I will be using their services again

Horrible Experience! I shipped out my wedding band from there over 2 months ago. Package was lost or stolen and have been dealing with this issue since then. Store manager wont return e-mails or phone calls. Even paid for insurance, but cannot resolve the issue until she follows through with claim. I thought I would be safe with paying for the insurance. Apparently that gets you nowhere at this store! I would give 0 stars if I could!
I have gone here for years even before they changed their name, I never had a problem. Recently I called because package was not showing correct tracking - Jeff Cragg, the owner is belligerent and belittling. He literally called himself king of the world. His insults became very personal and I question (I dont have proof) if he is racist based on his comments. After trying to explain that the tracking of the package isnt right, he was adamant that he was right and I was an idiot. He hung up on me because he is too important to speak to me. I called back to give him a chance to see if he was intentionally rude and he doubled down on his insults. He said he reported me to the police for calling too many times because they were angry that I called more than once to try to get a straight answer on the package and that it isnt their problem. I will talk to my friends in police department, but I am pretty sure that calling to find out about your package is not a crime especially if they last had possession and deny any knowledge of where it is, I will post an update of what I find out. If there is an issue, a place like this should try to help you figure out what happened not tell you that you are an idiot and nimrod The other people seemed friendly enough, but the owner is so rude you should think twice about doing business of any kind with them. (He sounded like a dirty politician.) I just found out that Staples will do basically the same shipping services for cheaper and at least if there is an issue they wont call you an idiot or nimrod. In addition, he lied about keeping personal information out of their database and stated that they record your name (but tell you they dont) in their computer even if you ask them not to for privacy reason.He even posted a shill review for his own store, you can see below.UPDATE to response: Owner is flat out lying, I did not call a dozen times to ask the same question. I specifically wanted the package sent via one method, it was sent via a different courier after his employee said it was sent the correct method which I was trying to get a straight answer which method it was shipped and couldnt, owner of store didnt care and said it didnt matter which is wrong as one adds a week of time to shipping. He doesnt know how to count how many calls, nor the reason for the calls. He threatens customers and has the worst manners of any small business I have dealt with in the area. I am done with this place.
The person doing the notary in the evening is very rude and has a supremacist attitude. Hated dealing with him but I needed to get by work done. Not sure if its because I am in Indian and if he didnt like my skin color but he certainly needs a crash course in how to talk to customers. He was perfectly fine when dealing with other white American customers. I have always appreciated the welcoming nature of all Americans I have met thus far and I wont let this one person change my views on the American society. I wont be going back to him even though it means Ill have to visit another notary 10 miles away.
On 12-9-19 mailed a package from here. It has never been found since.
Ive been doing business with these folks for 10+ years because of the great service from All of them. I wouldnt trust my mail with anyone else.
