This is the ONLY place Ive ever gone where tracking information isnt provided upon receipt. You leave with a promise that an email will arrive with that information. Suffice it to say, the email never arrived. Had to harass this man the following day to provide the info. Ive read the other reviews about masks. They are absolutely right. Wont see a mask on a single employee in the store. Just thoughtless considering the pandemic raging among us. Couldnt be more convenient of a spot, but absolutely will not be returning.

I used to think this store’s owners were the kindest and most caring about their customers. When I walked into the store yesterday, not one person had a mask on. There is a Pandemic raging, and if you really care about your customers, you would not want to risk their safety. I will be going to another store for future needs.

My mother and I have been using this business for our shipping needs for years. The owners are typically very friendly and the service is wonderful. My mother and I also both have congenital (i.e., we were born with) autoimmune diseases that put us at very high risk of dying should we contract COVID-19. My mother (72) also suffers from asthma and has scarring on one of her lungs from a bad flu infection, several years back. For those reasons, it is with much sadness that I must leave this one-star review due to the fact that the owners and their employees are refusing to wear masks during this pandemic. I went to mail something, a couple of days ago, and I was frankly appalled at how unsafe I felt. It is a very small space, in there. The owners were even training a new, young employee, and he wasnt masked. Furthermore, there were no attempts at social distancing at any point. They are also, now, selling merchandise that say things like, Faith Over Fear. So, basically, mocking their own customers who wear masks for being too fearful? For not having enough faith? News flash, from one Christian to another: Even Jesus was fearful in the Garden of Gethsemane. There is a HUGE difference between fearlessness and recklessness, and these owners are simply being reckless. They showed that they do not care about the health of their customers. It honestly left me very sad, and my mom and I will not be returning.

Too the negative nellies, unless youre wearing a fitted N95 I think your worries are unfounded. (see the REAL science). How many places have you gone into with folks wearing masks hanging under their nose or continually touching and adjusting it? Pointless. As for this little local business, you couldnt ask for better and quicker service. They are always friendly and provide just what one needs in a flash. If youre that worried about small spaces or your health may I suggest click-it USPS with driver pickup. Never have to leave your house and its contactless.To those seeking a more in-depth level of service, the post office with the hour long wait times is right up the road....

Great store and personal!

My go-to shipping service. Everything they do is with the utmost care and to my preference. I have shipped so many things there and every time I leave surprised at the great amount of care that is taken packing my items and how easy they have made the process. When other companies said they cant ship it or wont take the time to properly package it, they have gone above and beyond to make it work and work right. I wont go anywhere else.
