This place is great, love the owners!

Very friendly and great customer service from a female employee. I am so glad to have found a convenient location to mail packages beyond the post office for personal and work-related matters. A much better experience than the post office all around. There were three people working who were available to assist, but no wait at the time I visited the location today.

This store is great. Excellent staff!

Needed to have documents notarized, copied and mailed to Tennessee. Notary was busy helping customer prepare a package for overnight mailing while another staff member stood idly by not offering to assist. After 20 minutes, I decided to leave and go to UPS Store at the Forum. Glad I did. Exceptional customer service!

Beware! There are no precautions in place to protect from Covid-19. I didnt see any sign limiting number of customers. There was tape on the floor but it wasnt clearly marked to identify where to stand to socially distance. I didnt see hand sanitizer readily available. The worst was that the two employees did not have on masks and werent behind plexiglass. I was surprised and asked Youre not wearing masks?, the girl shrugged at me and replied Yep. I had on a mask and said I was offended they werent concerned about protecting me. I could hear them snickering as I walked out.
