My PS5 was stolen by FedEx driver. I was home the entire time waiting for my package it said it was delivered but there was nothing on my building or my unit. However the package required a signature which by the way was signed by someone using initials ( I sign with initials) faking a signature is a crime. I have contacted FedEx for the past few days and nothing was solve they opened a case to investigate that supposedly was going to take 24 to 48 and after that they closed it without notice. I decided to call aging so they can solve my problem and locate my package and they said that the warehouse is going to check where the package was scanned and dropped. I see a lot customers having the same problem from this facility and I think this has to come to end I’m going hire a lawyer and go from there.
No one assisted when I told them I was shipping internationally. The associate told me to separate the master and sisters. Didn’t help me at all. After I separated they then told me that couldn’t ship it because I didn’t have certain documents. If that was the case, they should’ve told me before I spent 20 mins organizing the boxes. Customer service was horrible.
I will NEVER use FedEx again. I was given a 6 hour window for delivery and the driver was still 2 hours late. I can forgive that, but what I cannot forgive is witnessing the driver physically abusing my package (a freezer chest) which when I opened the box was very much damaged.I cannot endorse a company that has such little regard for its customers. I tried calling the customer service number but was essentially blown off by the operator and told in not so many words (that it was the problem of the company I bought the chest from)......seriously?You People can do what you like but I judge a business by their customer service and if I could give less than a star for this review I would be giving it.
I have sent two packages from this location, both supposed to go to Canada they end up back on my door the next day ..twice... They make me pay AGAIN to ship it correctly and tell me to deal with customer service to get my money back. LEARN HOW TO SHIP TO CANADA ...4 times at Fedex ...

There is always an issue with this center. They always lose, steal or delay important packages. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Had a great experience here but finding it was a bit difficult. Google Maps sent me to the parking lot next door, from which it isnt visible. If youre having trouble, just wait at the road until a FedEx truck goes by and watch where it goes. Once I found it, the staff was very helpful and shipping some documents was quick and easy. Its a distribution center so I was able to use Express shipping at 8pm which is much later than other locations.

I’ve had continues horrible experience with the driver at my address. He refuses to call or attempt the actual delivery. Never leaves a door tag or anything. My home has a camera that record anyone who comes close to the door. For four straight deliveries no one has ever came to the door during the time that is indicated on a text from FedEx that the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. This is absolutely unacceptable! This driver need to be fired!

Very bad services. Everytime I have to receive a shipment with fedex it always go missing. Yet again the system will b updated delivered but my package will be nowhere to be found. And last Wednesday they delivered a package for me on an open box and the item is missing and my 2nd box is completely gone.

My 2nd package delivered by fedex and I haven’t received!! I waited all day at home and magically online it just changed to “delivered” where the hell theyre leaving my packages? I don’t know!! Their customer service reps are no help and their driver apparently doesn’t have a phone for them to contact! They deserve 0 stars!!!!

The driver has refused to deliver my package. There are specific instructions on how to deliver the package of the business is closed. When calling there is absolutely no customer service or anyone to talk to. I have UPS deliver to the same address and never have an issue. I guess when a delivery driver has a personal issue with someone at the business its impossible to get your packages.
I signed up for text and email notifications knowing my package had to have a signature. The driver called saying they were here and by time I walked down from my second floor apartment the driver left saying it was undeliverable. 20 minutes later I received a text update saying it was undeliverable and they would try again on Monday. We called Fed Ex and they said the driver will come back today and it was never redelivered. Really frustrated that the driver left within 1 minute of arriving knowing it was an apartment complex.
I go to this FedEx (Wilmington) all the time and the gentleman that works there always goes out of his way to be helpful.Today I got a lady with black hair. While I was getting my package ready to ship multiple people came in for different things. Amazing she couldnt help anyone. There was always some reason that she couldnt help them there. I think it is far more likely that she just didnt want to do her job.When i went to send my package, low and behold she couldnt scan the QR code in an email that I got. She said I had to print out the label. I tried to explain that it wasnt a label but QR code and I had done this there many times before. She wouldnt even look at my phone and just said she couldnt.I had a couple other packages that I wanted to send on my FedEx account number and she started huffing and puffing about that. Finally I had enough and just left. I went to Chelmsford and was in and out with no problem. So because she didnt want to to do her job today she added a nice 40 minutes of driving to mine.Brutal
*Employees are very helpful and always have been. The 1 star is for the fact that the IVR system leads you in circles and does everything possible to keep you from speaking with a live human being on the phone. I worked for Nuance so I understand why they do this, but Operator and other commands dont let you get to anyone.
The person helping me there was great. I wasnt home to sign for a package. The folks on the phone to help didnt know the options of how to get the package resulting in an inconvenient hour of wasted time. The person handing me the package told me how to work the FedEx system to make things much more convenient next time.

Went online to get shipping label to overnight a package to CA from MA- and bill the receivers acct for cost, couldnt enter receivers acct #, but I could use my credit card for cost of $358.00 and then drop off package at local Walgreens. I then drove 10 miles to FedEx shipping center, filled out form, clerk very helpful. I was shocked when I looked at the receipt, FedEx billed receiver 90% less than quoted online ?????
I scheduled a pick up from my office on June 7th, 2019. When I heard the FedEx staff member outside of my door, I took leave of a client for a moment to inform him that the bottom of the box, although taped up, was loose because it was one of those boxes that doesnt have a real bottom. It was one of those boxes that slides up. Before I could even say hi, he began complaining to me that I should have left the box for him in another location, closer to the front door of the building because the box was too heavy (about 50 pounds). First, the box was left for pick up at my address. There was no place else to put it. I couldnt put it in someone elses office space. Second, too heavy? 50 pounds should not be too heavy. Packages are flagged as heavy at 75 pounds and I had already mentioned that it was 50 pounds when I scheduled the pick up. Didnt you have that information? Where was your dolly? Your only job is: 1. go to the address and retrieve the package and 2. pick up the package. Completely unacceptable.
Quick service, knowledgeable staff, plenty of parking. Wish I didnt have to come here to get the package I missed at my house, but was hassle free to pick it up.

Zero stars if that were an option. Our building records every ring of the doorbell and it goes direct to the individuals cellphone, so, when this FedEx facility says it made multiple attempted deliveries of a signature package to my Boston residence, theyre caught dead to rights lying. There has also been no waybill or other slip indicating the driver even approached the front door. As I waited at home each day that they claimed they were making the delivery, I would magically around dinner time see the online notice suddenly updated that it had been attempted, usually around two hours before but this is simply fabrication as I was there the whole time. The drivers probably make estimates of rush hour traffic and decide to claim attempt. The online notices are also defective in that the proffered Manage Delivery link returns a message that its not working at the current time, and the huge tracking number they provide (34 digits) is not actually the tracking number 800-GoFedEx uses (12 digits) so a lot of time is wasted. They casually try to send you to Wilmington to pick up the package theyre too lazy to deliver, a 30+ mile trip for me, so, no. Finally, when I reached them by phone, Diego the representative promised a Walgreens drop-off and even put that on the file, but their drivers kept claiming for the next few instances they were making a home delivery so the trip to Walgreens has been a wild goose chase. In fact, theyve dragged it out over three full days on top of the 10 they never delivered. Im actually not sure if these people will ever get me my package by any means. If you see a Signature Required FedEx coming to you from Wilmington, just give up.. Oh, and on 800-GoFedEx, a cute little trick they do: the representative is subject to an immediate telephone poll answered by you after he/she talks with you. If he/she knows FedEx has really screwed up, he/she just puts you on hold and then bounces you to the main switchboard so you never get to register your low opinion of these people (who, by the way, are not in Wilmington, but its still downright cowardly).
Alway mess up delivery and i have to go pick it up whats the point of paying for delivery if you have to go pick it up and it takes an extra two days every time

I was supposed to have a box of food delivered. The driver made one attempt and then the office closed. I was told that my box of food couldn’t be delivered until three days later and there was nothing anyone could do. When I explained that my food will be rotten by then I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Incredibly poor customer service and poor delivery model in general.
Waited entire day and no one ever showed up...came the next day and driver never knocked just left large packages...
Nice gentleman behind the counter, helped me with shipping my package and was patient while I finished packing it all up.

They dont have a clue what they are doing. I tried to ship an allowed hazardous item which has to be sent from a customer center, which this is, but the manager had no clue what to do and called the 800 customer service number and guess what, the person in their call center in India didnt know either. The manager wouldnt even look at their own shipping regulations to see it was allowed and the requirements. They clearly had no desire to help and just wanted to go back to hiding in the back room and eating Cheetos, or whatever they do there instead of working.
This is day 2 with my door bell not being rang. Yesterday I received a phone call that my package was being held because no one could be reached after 3 delivery attempts. I checked online and saw that the package arrived at this facility yesterday so I asked if all 3 of the attempts were made yesterday. I was told that they would try to deliver today.Theres a note on the door letting the FedEx delivery person know that someone is in the house and to ring the bell. They never rang the bell today and theres yet another delivery exception. Im not sure if the delivery person is scared to bring the item off the truck or what, but why lie?
I have been waiting for my package since Friday, and they dont ring the buzzer or dial your phone number that you gave out to the entire staff at WILMINGTON FedEx, and they keep calling me back saying the driver came back and rang the the buzzer and called but no one answered; while in answering her phone call which doesnt make any sense. Been waiting for more than two weeks for this mattress to arrive but the drivers are just lazy and they keep lying to the office saying they went back and tried to deliver it. I am filing a complaint with FedEx about this location and the number that called me with the FALSE updates. I have skipped work all day because they advised me yesterday I stay home and wait for the package! And today they are doing the same thing! Its not my responsibility if this location arent professional at all and dont know what they are doing! They are not following protocols or satisfying costumers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Its my 20th birthday tomorrow, and my boyfriend bought me a gift that was supposed to arrive on Saturday. A signature is required so we stayed home all day Saturday waiting for FedEx. They never showed up, no one ever rang my doorbell, and yet the delivery was put off to the next business day (Tuesday) because no one was home to receive the package. Called FedEx today and they assured us that the package would arrive today between 12 and 5. Once again we stayed home waiting, and no one showed up. The drivers are too lazy to get out of the truck and ring the doorbell so they instead lie and say no one was home. I have been so excited for this gift and now I wont be opening anything on my birthday. Thanks FedEx.
First time I went here one woman was nice but the other one was rude and overall unpleasant. Second (and last time ever) I came here to buy a box and they said I couldnt pay cash because they dont make change. From now on I will use USPS, UPS, or drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to the Burlington FedEx location. Im done with this one

Morning at home, no one arrived to deliver, yet it says incorrect status. Piece of shame from such a big company. Losing the trust slowly to use the services from FedEx.
These guys close at 8:30pm and you can ship until that time for the same day!
