I have always had tremendous service when working with MegaCorp. Heather always gets my quotes back incredibly quick and the rest of their team is great to work with as well! We use their services weekly and have never had an issue.

I hauled a load for the company on 16th of September, from ripon WI to Springfield MO, I hauled the load, and then I was at the receiver facility for 6 hours, I kept tracking on and kept the broker informed about the timing and he knew what’s going on and he kept telling he will get me detention, then after delivery one week passed and he never called me so I decided to call him to see what’s going on, he said he doesn’t have an answer yet on my detention . Two weeks passed and I called again and Juliet ( carrier service ) said she will call me as soon as she has an answer, in the afternoon she calls me and she says for three hours of detention she has 75$ for me 😂, yea ! You hear me right, she offered 75$ for three hours of detention, to which I said, it’s ridiculous and insulting, It’s just disrespectful and i don’t need your “ hand out “ and hung up on her . What a shame ! Last loud hauled for them, period . I hope you guys understand that’s so disrespectful and insulting to offer a truck driver ( owner operator ) 75$ for three hours of his time ! And I made sure 7 other carriers that are friend of mine know about the practice and not book loads with this brokerage .

I have completed 2 loads with this particular branch of Megacorp. My truck took 4-5 hours to load and both times I was denied a detention for my wait. Be aware of where your load is going to make sure you know if they will make or you wait or not.

We got off to a bumpy start due to me chasing them for detention for 3 weeks, but after all the reaching out I managed to finally get things taken care of through their carrier services department. I am extremely satisfied with the results & I will definitely continue using them in the future.

I had a great experience with Megacorp before, but...Team at ext 3031 are usless, unhelpfull, and blaming carrier because I did nothing to get my truck empty at the receiver... Looks like carrier is respobsible to schedule appointments and get a deal with customer but not the broker....Wasted 5 days for 3 day load and they are absolutely ignoring all my requests.And now just couple days after I have the same issue on similar load.They do nothing to help you to get unloaded, but after unloading blaming you.Complaint to corporate email sent 7/13/2021.

Megacorp is an incredible company with a phenomenal staff! I had the priveledge of working there years ago and glad to see their continued success locally and nationally. I worked for a restaurant that needed furniture delivered for their grand opening and was lucky enough that one of the brokers was able to coordinate the delivery even with short notice! I highly rexommend them for any transportation logistics needs or anyone looking for a solid company to work for!

Liars, dont book from them. Told a pickup date is the 8th. Arrive and the shipper first tells me they dont like Megacorp because they withhold pu numbers and the people booking from them always have to call them. Load #1044603Truck arrived at the receiver prior to appointment time of 0100 and was held by the receiver until approximately 0600, then Megacorp held truck until 0800 as the receiver left product on the truck.. Reefer running the entire time at -10°F. Due to product left on the truck along with missing a 7 AM pick up time and truck was unable to pick up load. Lost $1,200.00 load because of the MegaCorp.Bret Yenser replied “ We do not have any detention on this load. Thanks”Seriously, what trucking company wants to do business with a broker who treats you like this?

I recently booked a load with Jessica. Fast booking and excellent communication. Very responsive. It was a great experience. We will be booking more loads in the future.

Never work with this broker. Broker lied that the appointment for the delivery was at 10pm and wrote in confirmation 10 am. We lost whole day at the delivery and now they are not paying the detention. Carrier Service Department is not doing anything to solve this problem. Broker - Matt Schadler is unprofessional and irresponsible. For sure will never, ever, work with this company.

Very rude people not 1st, 2nd time . This people need to get communication skills or they need to find different job. I was expecting IFTA sticker from Texas controller office, but I didn’t get them . Ext 2070 said that he will write bad comments on my MC number . I’ve been hauling their loads on time /delivery.

We booked a load with josh Wilkerson (broker) they shorted us $305 for a late fee that was not our fault . We picked up a load on time and delivered at the time that was specified . We have no control over if receiver stated the load was suppose to be there on another day that’s not our issue as a carrier . What ever was setup before us with another carrier is not our problem . We did what we was suppose to do . I could never work with this brokerage again . Stuff like this is uncalled for .

Always have had a great experience with MegaCorp and hauling their loads. They pay on time and the brokers are always willing to give detention if I am being held up at a shipper or a receiver. The carrier services department is always happy to help if I have any questions or need assistance with a load.

We were greatly assisted by Julia Berrio, customer service specialist over an issue we had by not receiving detention and layover pay on a load. Julia was prompt in her response and assisted us in getting what the additional money we requested for having our driver sit and stay over a customer. Julianne Feeley helped me with the detention request that i had, since the broker was not answering and denying to pay it. She was very professional and quick, she resolved the issue in less than 24h. Before i reach out to her this detention request was pending for 2 weeks

Used to be a Great company to work for, it was truly a family atmosphere. Then they laid me off saying they were downsizing my department and they hated they had to lay me off. My work ethic was fantastic and they loved having me there. I asked to switch departments since I have worked in three different departments in my 5 years working there, but I was told that business wasnt good enough to move me to another department. But if/when business picked up they would consider me. I began applying for all position they were posting on job sites, all positions I have already worked with this company and the real kicked is they ended up not downsizing my department at all and didnt start working with an outside help desk agency. And my position that I was laid off from because they were downsizing and going to hire a 3rd party help desk instead was rehired for. I reapplied for old position and emailed/called HR asking for a chance to interview for my old position and since I have worked that position for almost 3 years I wouldve have been able to come in with very little training and would have been an asset to the team immediately. I never received a response from my calls or emails and didnt get a chance to interview for the position that they hated to lose me from. Just shows the true colors of the company and how they really treat people. Sad thing is I loved working there and gave my all while I was there. Have talked to many people that are still employed by this company and the consensus is that the company is moving in a very corporate direction and care more about the bottom line and the people bringing in the most money and everyone else is just a seat that is easily replaced.

Brandy and David have been dispatching me for over a year. They have provided exceptional customer service when Im dispatch weekly. They have always made sure everything was straight with my dispatch also if had any problems they would make sure to find a solution.

Josh Wilkinson is just the best. I have worked with Megacorp for years. Josh is always so consistent with communication and just makes it easy and fair for the carrier.

I deal with a lot of brokers, and of them all MegaCorp is at or near the top in every aspect, from service to communication. I always have all the info that I need in a timely manner. I also know about any exceptions to loads as well as delivery information as soon as the loads are delivered. Working with Missy and Johns and Tammy is always a pleasure.

All the calling gets to me. But magecrop is good so far! Ill update on detention, so much time wasted at delivery.

Booked a load on 7/21/20 with David Klare pick up went smooth when got to delivery next morning got a dock at 5:30am was docked for 6 hours, started calling David from 8am he would not pick up his phone until the load was delivered. Finally got ahold of him at 12:30 asked about detetion David said his customer told them the boxes were all over the floor and would not pay any detetion that it was drivers fault. Would not recommend anybody to use this Broker I certainly will not use them

THEY DO NOT PAY DETENTION! We were at the pick up from 3 PM to 9 PM and they told us they will NOT pay detention because we had enough time to deliver. The most RIDICULOUS reason ever not to pay someone detention after they were at the shipper for 6 hours. We have the recording so if anyone would like to hear them please feel free to contact us.

Every department at MegaCorp works extremely hard to benefit both our customers and our carriers. I have seen employees bend over backwards to make sure payments are made on time to carriers and go through great lengths to assist them with their needs.

Was lied to from the beginning to the end by “Team Harvey” Took 6 hrs to load @ shipper( broker stated load was already ready) Shipper over grossed weight on my truck which took another 2 hrs. Broker lied about re-scheduling del appt. Improper paperwork when I arrived at receiver. Night dispatch seems more knowledgeable,and definitely courteous.

This could possibly move to 3 stars or down to 1 star depending on how it plays out....sat 7 hours at shipper (had two supposed pickups; after sitting an hour at first one, then told everything coming from second one, where he sat 6 more hours), being assured detention would be taken care of. Still delivered on time despite the delay and now two days later the broker has kind of disappeared....not in yet at 11:00am..nice gig. So, waiting on his call and revised rate confirmation...the rate was decent, Ill say that...their service and communication, not so good.

Mega Corp is the worst company to work with. We had the same broker put 3 different claims on us for no reason . Their main boss that hires and fires brokers confirmed this to me and advised me not to work with that broker anymore . I have emails to prove it .You call in their are the most disrespectful and disgusting people I have ever worked with . Never work with Alex Gasserud...He messed up everything. He is an Account manager and his extention is 1017. Its highly Recommend that never work with him or his team. They are only behind the money and they always make alot of promises before booking the load but after delivery they will change their statement. This guy has stopped payment of many truckers. So you cant trust on him

I arrived at HP Hood in Oneida New York for what was a 9pm appointment. Which had been changed to 3am without any notification. Called Megacorps after hours number. Was told they would work on detention or as they guy called it the D-word. All said and done got screwed out of it.

Never met a broker that lies more then these guys ( NC branch). booked a load with them they tell me my drivers appointment is at 8 a.m driver shows up and the receiver tells us his appointment is not till noon and they told the broker, but the broker plays stupid and acts like that its not true. Once the driver got loaded they did not give a damn about anything else as long as there load got picked up. Does not do anything about does not call the receiver to get my guy unloaded nor do they offer to pay detention. very disappointed and will recommend all my KY carriers (family and friends) not to use them.

Beware of ALEX GAASERUD....He is an account manager and he is doing Fraud with Carriers. We picked up load from TX and it had 5 stops. One was at Tolleson AZ and others were in los angeles area. When we were delivering last stop then driver delivered it direct on address showing at BOL. They took half product and they said other product we dont need it.We were stuck for whole day. Then they agreed to pay us extra $500 to deliver it next day....When were at receiver then ALEX called us and said he will not pay us any money....Then we requested to receiver not to take out the product because broker denying us to pay..Then again broker sent us email that he will pay 3100 out of 3600. And when we deliver the load then next day he start threating us again that he will report us...He is sick from his Mind. So never do business with them

We booked load from CA to WA and we were told delivery is on Saturday at 5 am but when our truck got there the receiver was closed and we had to wait there for 2 days to deliver and when we called and asked for detention they just keep on saying they will get back to us and then just ignoring our calls would give them zero stars if I could.
