I cant believe I am compelled to review a laundromat, but here I am. The lady with the braids working today 9.20.21 was so kind, funny and helpful. Place was very well kept and almost every machine was in operation. She guided me through the spectacular event of washing my enormous dog bed. Ill be back.

The lady who was working on June Sunday 14th 2020 was the Best laundry attendee I personally ever seen! She is so sweet Ive seen her gone out her way to help a english-nonspeaker. WOW props to her! And she always opens the door for my who is always in need for help. Owner of this place please take care of her! It not about the machines Wilmington has plenty of laundromats it about the service and she definitely deserves props!

Hello i Wanted to stop by too show my appreciation for the young lady with the colorful hair that works the afternoon shift throughout the week days. Upon entering the laundromat yesterday, me and my wife were greeted with an elegant smile and were assisted from the time we entered until we left. She even helped us unload our clothes from our vehicle. We would like to display our gratitude, Me and my wife would like to thank Ms. Shayla. We truly appreciated your assistance.

I really like this place. It makes the unpleasantness of having to go to the laundromat not so unpleasant! Its very clean and the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. One of them in particular (I cant remember her name!) is very attentive and has really gone above and beyond to assist in every way. Thank you!

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Machines are crap I put 40 minutes on the machine and went outside. 50 minutes later went inside to get my clothes which I had to hunt down. So within 10 minutes the attendant had taken my clothes out and placed each load in random places! One of which was sopping wet. I asked for a refund the attendant responded, we were just trying to help you out.. There were people waiting on the laundry. And refunded me $1.00. Total disrespect for your belongings and money. Beware of this place!

First time Ive ever used a laundry mat. It was cool. The staff was helpful but confusing. I thought that I could dry my clothes in 20 minutes. Wrong. But I got to hang out and chat with some interesting people.

Very clean facility and very nice staff. She noticed my dryer was on low and wanted to make sure thats what I wanted. Air conditioned and seating provided. Little things like this make it comfortable.

I walked up to the door at 9:05 pm ( like I usually do once a week because its when I get back to town from work) and Monica opened the door stating that they were close. Puzzled I pointed to the sign on the door stating last dry9pm closes at 10 Mind u, I worked in the service industry, I do not agree with bothering someone an hour before close, but there were other people there and it is my only time to dry since I was them while Im at work. I had one bucket that only needed to be dried . I begged her to please let me dry them, I would only do it for 30 mins and it was my work clothes for work at 430 am. She refused and slammed the door in my face. I asked for a managers number, she told me she will only give me the laundry mat number and locked the door after giving it to me. With people still in there !!!!! That is very unprofessional and down rite mean turn someone away when ur hours clearly states that you are open.

Its clean very nice staff and I always try to clean my area dryer sheets, sweep if my clothes have dropped sand,dirt,lint .,.. its a very nice laundry mat 😊

Great compared to other laundry mats in the area. The place is very well maintained and clean. And if thats not enough to set it at the top it has air conditioning, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend for all of your laundry needs.

Washers/dryers are worthy 5star a little small inside why 4star

A manager who signaled me out as the only African American in the packed laundry matt as I pretreated a hat tried telling me that detergent is applied after I finish loading my clothes and up top. Grown as I am Ive been doing my own laundry at least 22 years so I simply explained that I was only pretreating my hat. Two expensive washers I used making change of a $20 and watched the machines run before I then went to the gas station. Upon arriving back to the laundry matt she then once again decided to try to make an issue out of my loads in the washers stating that she violating to me added some of what she felt would water down the amount of soap that I had in my load because in her opinion it was too much. I by then was upset and bluntly disturbed by her actions letting her know that it was not okay and that she shouldve asked. Like it or not it is my property I paid for plus the five and six dollar machines. I also bought for myself what it was that I was going to use as far as detergent and bleach for my belongings and with the full laundry Matt I just dont feel as though she shouldve been focusing on my stuff so hard as if I wasnt capable of doing what I do for myself. She then started stating to others that I wasnt going to be welcome in her laundry matt. Since I was surrounded by mostly sickly discriminative rednecks who think that a lil black girl should stay in they place and not have a say over anything the manager whom had wronged me sought to call and tell the owner of the carnival Im working for as if I did something wrong. I let all of them know that no its not okay. Point blank period. If they are going to get involved it should be for the right reasons and not to try to disagree with me letting it be known that its not okay.

An average laundrymat, owner/operator is nice, relativley clean

Unless you want to be stabbed stay out of this place, this laundry is unfriendly to both black and white people. The place is small and dirty, and is overrun by kids who will pour soda on your clean clothes. The owner does not care, plus his machines are double the price of most other laundromats.

It wasnt busy and never a problem

Sunday evening, worker sitting on her rearend, talking on her phone, folding tables not washed, ice cream or something all over them. Floors not swept. I have been here an hour and a half and nothing is being cleaned. Shame, thus is usually a clean place.

This is by far the cheapest laundromat Ive ever been to washing for $0.10 each sometimes $0.25 depending on how much and the weight of the load it has outside in the back a courtyard with the gazebo in the front it has numerous seating areas with vending machines at it it always is comfortable due to the climate outside you would never have to worry about over sweating or freezing to death LOL
