I had one of the nicest employees attending me here at super suds she said her name is crystal she was so respectful and one of the sweetest she has manners and wasn’t nasty to me at all like the other workers usually are she made sure i was okay good job super suds that’s one great employee you have there you better hold on to her god bless her and you all

This is my favorite Laundromat... They just need to get their vending machines in working order... Never go on a Sunday because it is beyond packed...

This laundromat fell all the way off!! I used to love coming here, but now hell no!!! The prices now are jacked up for no reason, and the machines never work! It seem like they hire anybody. I am currently here now and no workers are here and once again the washing machines are not working! Please Super Suds get it together! After today I am not returning!!

My parents stopped by this weekend because their machine broke and needed to do laundry the female employee not only refused to help them she watched them as they struggled to figure out how to get a card to use for the washers she sat on her phone and ignored them when they asked for help eventually they left and went down the street where the laundromat was cleaner and better priced if your Hispanic please don’t come here they definitely don’t like usEdit - the email provided was not in service

Hot no air conditioning and not running special for free drying.

Its 24/7 and I love going there around 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. wheres nobody there

I will have to say that. I have been to a lot of a laundromats across the country. I will say this one is at my top 2. Especially since its a 24hr one and you know how bad they can be late at night. This one is the exception! Its always clean staff is always helpful and the dryers hottest I have experienced.I always love coming here!

Nobody is ever working. Make sure you have the right amount of dollars because its hard to get change. Their laundry detergent is expensive take your own.

Lots of machines, never enough laundry carts. Wash machine prices a bit higher than average, but drying is free. Relatively clean, but always check dryers for foriegn materials, (melted candy, cosmetics, &/or clothes).

Clean. Good service. I have a small washer and dryer and i did all my kids clothes mine and my moms for 25$- everything was clean dry smelling good and I will be back DIDNT even know 24 hrs I’m so sold

Im from Kansas and went to visit my family in Wilmington Delaware and while I was there people were friendly, clean bathrooms, and everything was better than where I do my luandry

While in Delaware this was my laundry stop. Where can you get free time for drying after a wash. Pleasant people work here, the place is always clean, the machines are well maintained, and there is plenty of space to fold.

Service is okay place is usually packed all the time. Some of their machines are always broken

Originally I gave this laundromat 5 stars, but ever since they became open 24 hours its been changing. Every time my boyfriend and I go to do laundry there are washers and dryers that arent working and have out of service tickets on them. There have been two separate occasions where a dryer hasnt actually heated and so now I always turn them on for the 6-8 minutes that you get with one card swipe and check to see if it heated.The snack machine is never stocked, or it isnt working either.The employees here are always helpful and theyre not the problem with this place and the sudden decline its taken, if anything they probably are skimping and cutting corners because of the newer hours, but its starting to make me think about going elsewhere to do my laundry.

The first laundromat I used when I moved to Wilmington. Clean, reasonably priced with free drying, ample parking and late hours (open until 11pm) make this a really good place to get your laundry done in the city of Wilmington. Also, no ridiculous amount of quarters are needed since this laundromat uses a money card system.

My first time here.... My comforters needed washing so this is where we went..... it was very clean and the people were nice however there was some discrepancies with the washers

This is the second time my fiancee had been physically threatened by the same for NO reason. He mistook her for someone else, and when she corrected him he got in get face and threatened to slap her. And dared her to go get her family, cause he had something for them too. We will be contacting management tomorrow, and if nothing is done. We will seek legal help. This is not ok.

I usually really like this location, but lately the card machines dont accept credit cards, and Im stuck using a cash machine to fill my laundry card. The machines are worth the prices, but the place allows people to leave their laundry in the washers and dryers for hours sometimes, so that there are fewer left to be used.

DO NOT GO HERE! I WENT AT NIGHT, NO EMPLOYEE AFTER 7PM, YET THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 11! MACHINE TOOK MY MONEY, BEGAN WASHING MY CLOTHES, BROKE DOWN MID WASH! MACHINE WAS LOCKED AND I COULDNT EVEN GET MY SOAKING WET CLOTHES OUT OF IT! I DID LOCATE A CLEANING WOMAN WHO SPOKE NO ENGLISH, DID NOT HAVE KEY TO OPEN MACHINE! SO I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER POSTED FOR PROBLEMS, LADY WHO ANSWERED SAID NO ONE COULD COME GET MY CLOTHES OUT OF MACHINE UNTIL 9AM THE NEXT MORNING! IT WAS 730PM WHEN I CALLED! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY CLEARLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! LIKE DUH! HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WORKING DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS! FOOLS!

They are the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever met. Seem like it was a bother for them when I asked questions. The woman rolled her eyes and started speaking Spanish to the other man. Left before even doing laundry.

The prices increase just about every week and only half of the machines work.

Its not open 24 hrs the employee is in there but the door is locked rather your open or not I banged on the door for 15 min. I guess that are asleep ! !!!!!!

The lady was extremely rude I guess you wanted to get out on time but I was there at like 6 so it takes time for clothes to wash she made me feel really uncomfortable like I was in her way and she is in a provider service I dont see when I get paid that much but I think a customer should be made to feel bad because they want clean underwear so weird
