I came to this laundromat when it first opened under the original owner. I moved away and started going to another laundromat closer to where I lived which was much more convenient. Decided to come back to this laundromat had no idea it was under new ownership. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful the owner and her nephew are welcoming and kind. Please, if you are in the Wilmington Delaware area and in need of a laundromat consider doing your laundry at Gigi laundry Room!

Good machines and clean. They use a laundry card system that works well. The staff is very friendly and kind, best laundromat Ive been to by far.

Very clean, great service. I utilize there was dry and fold service so far o havent lost anything and only once did I find someones item in my laundry. No complaints I know how it goes when doing laundry. Hopefully Im a customer for a very long time! Thanks for the effort guys oh and at 1 dollar a pound its very affordable (different price if they have to use their detergent). The washers are big and can fit a lot of clothes dont let the prices scare you.

I always go here its convenient, safe, and has so much to read and books to take with you. A refreshing drink and the hum of the machine welcomes you back each time (not before the attendant greets you with a smile handing you said drink.

This is my first time here. Very clean and roomy laudramat. Lots of large washes/dryers. The man that greeted me was very helpful, pleasant and even offered me a bottle of water. I will be back.

I found this place when I recently moved and realized my dryer needs to be replaced. It is always very clean, the lady during the day is nice and helpful. I came in with quarters and they actually do a reloadable card. She helped me with getting my card, making my first deposit and checking the balance. The machines are reasonable priced/bathroom for customers/and again very clean business with extremely kind and patient employees.

What a fantastic laundry. New machines, super clean. The best staff you will ever find in a laundromat. A relaxing place to do you wash at.It a family place and you can see that they care about their customers.

Always the best place to go wash your clothes. Its safe and relaxing. In this day and age, a single woman needs a place to feel safe while simply washing clothes. You are always greeted here but this time she came out to me to get my bags since I am disabled. She had no idea how much I appreciated that as I looked around for an easier way to step up. Once again I was helped with a temporary card since we are traveling. People are quick to do a review when they feel they are wronged but not so much when it goes to the good. GiGis Laundry Room is clean, comfy and safe. The machines are well kept and you even get a drink (I had water) while waiting for your clothes. In this heat, we all need to stay hydrated 🥤. I do hope you get to go by and dobyour clothes or just pop ya head in and say hi because they are really good people to have on your side. Hugs GiGi and to all of you. We are traveling and needed tobwash some laundry. I searched and found GiGis. We got there and was so pleasantly surprised to find the man that manages the place. He was so very kind and helped us through every step with how everything worked. He even gave some suggestions that were right on the money!! We had a ball sitting and chatting with him as he folded clothes for a customer. I for one thoroughly enjoyed washing/drying clothes forba change 😆. We will definitely go back before going back home to Florida and can never than him enough for his kindness. We need more men in this world like him. We will always be his biggest fans!

Wow! What a great experience! Gigi and her brother helped me from the moment I walked in the door. She made sure I was comfortable, offered me complimentary coffee and water, and was so warm and friendly. Everyone there was kind. I felt more relaxed when I left than I did when I got there. I never thought I’d say that about a laundromat!

I am in town on business and needed to get some clothes washed.This location is clean and inviting.They have coffee and Wifi.The card system is pretty good so I dont have to carry rolls of quarters and I can use a credit/debit card to replenish. Very nice.

I didn’t even know that doing my laundry at a laundromat could be this wonderful of an experience. I walked in an immediately felt welcomed in by the person working. The machines and tables and floors and everything is spotless. Even other people doing their laundry around me were kind. I WANT to do my laundry here from now on.

The environment of the building was clean the staff was friendly. But This was a rip off the washers were $8.75 for a medium size( normal size) and the small ones were $5.75 and the extra small ones were 3.75. Then the normal size dryers were 25.cent which isn’t bad, the big dryers cost .50 cents but ONLY WENT FOR FIVE MINUTES!! normal dryers don’t even go for less then 60 minutes. So I spent like 3 dollars for my clothes to even dry. Sorry but, Never again !

We had an emergency and needed the services of a wash and fold. I spoke with the owner who was able to provide the services quickly and efficiently. She offered a variety of washing detergents and was even able to accommodate odor sensitivity! When I picked up the laundry, she was training her brother, so its great this is a family owned operation.I could not have asked for anything more.Pros: Quick, accommodating, clean, attentiveCons: None

Gigi herself was on staff and extremely friendly and helpful. It had been awhile since I had been to a laundromat and she made the whole experience much easier for me and was all around pleasant. It was a little out of the way for where I live but I will definitely be coming back here every time only because of Gigi herself. But the prices were reasonable for the amount of clothes I had, and Gigi even helped me throw my stuff in the dryer because I couldn’t get back in time to do it myself. 5 out of 5 would certainly recommend to a friend!

Gigis is a family owned business. I have met most of them there. They present a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will be greeted at the door with a warm smile. The location is accessible by bus or car. You can shop or eat while your clothing are being cleaned at near by stores and restaurants. The owner Judy is cares about the communityand her neighbors. No matter the size of your laundry, they have you covered. You can also drop off your laundry and go take care of other business. If you havent visited yet, what are you waiting for?Love you Judy!!

I went to Gigis for the first time today and I will absolutely go back whenever I need to use a laundromat again. Gigi greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and she talked me through the whole process. The card payment system is so convenient - no need for quarters! She even offered me coffee and water, how sweet! There was also free wifi, youll find the password by the coffee station. The facility was clean and there was no wait for a washer or dryer, even though there were a lot of customers in this afternoon. I am truly amazed.

Just passing through town and came across Gigi’s while looking for a place to do laundry. Gigi‘s brother, Darren helped me out! As soon as I walked in he took my heavy laundry load off my hands and showed me how to use the machines very throughly. He was very genuine and super helpful! It’s very reasonably priced! $5.50 for the medium sized washer machines, and $0.25 cents per 5 minutes for the dryers. I was able to dry my full load of clothes in 20 minutes. The location is very clean, well lit and cared for. I would highly recommend this laundry room to anyone. Thank you guys for providing such a pleasant environment to do laundry! God bless you.

I never go to the laundromat BUT I stopped in here today to wash some thrift clothes I bought and WOW. What a beautiful setting very friendly staff there to help you. Nice and clean. Everyone was nice and all the machines were working. they have reloadable cards that you can swipe your debit/credit card or cash to reload. I really enjoyed washing and drying. They have a wash and fold service that I seen a lot of people using when I walked in.The really extra large washers were $10.25 the large were $8.25 the medium were $5.50 and the small were $3.25 ( don’t quote me on the prices give or take a quarter lol) but i did fit two large queen size blankets in the small with no problems. Also the dryers are .25 cents per five minutes and the extra large dryers are .50 cents... oh and the bathrooms were spotless

I have a queen sized comforter that I have had for 9 years. I have routinely had it washed at a number of different Laundromats. Never impressed.Today I had it cleaned at GiGis, close to Home Depot on Miller Road. It is the very best experience I have ever had.The price was great. They had it ready on time. And when I arrived to pick up my comforter, for the first time ever, they had it bagged. Usually, I am tripping towards my car with the bulky comforter.I was shocked when I put it on my bed. For a number of years, there was a portion of the comforter that was discolored. I kept looking at the area. No staining left.It looks like new. And I would suggest that you choose the Kirkland Brand (Walmart) Detergent that GiGis carries. And their own Bounce sheets for fabric softening.I usually drag both detergent and softener to the Laundromat. Never again! And I may need to head to Walmart to stock up on Kirkland Laundry Detergent.I had been contemplating buying a new Comforter. No need to do so now!Thanks GiGis! BTW, I do not know these owners. This is a sincere review.
