I love come here to wash... The workers are friendly and it is always clean.... The machines are always cleaned out before the next customer.

Very rude customer service, Never come back!! There are better places to go!

I went to add money to wash clothes & after the transaction was almost completed was told by the daughter I now had $69 on it. I asked if we could undo the last transaction. The mother says no youll just have more money for next time. Which of course I wasnt trying to hear. I used two of the $10.85 washers & the next size down. I go back today to wash & nothing happens. The mother supposedly checks her system & claims there is no transactions shown for my laundry card yet she remembers talking to me the last time I was there because I had my gun on my waist & she was asking how to go about getting one because she & her daughter had been attacked at the laundromat. So I had to take my clothes covered in detergent & leave. I refuse to give this place another damn dime.

I love going here to do my laundry always clean and the ladies that work there are kind and attentive to the customers needs and concerns the atmosphere is relaxing soothing music during the week and soul stirring gospel on Sundays refreshments are available for the customers great laundry experience

I respect the man who runs this place, keeps a tight ship as best he can. He offers refreshments or his customers which is appreciated, and is especially nice to the kids. All he asks is respect his place. The washers and dryers work pretty well for such a popular place and we definitely love the free dry, saves a lot of money!

Nice place for bee in the city always clean

This is by far the best experience I have ever had coming to the Laundry Mat. Mr. Lincoln has put together a customer experience like no I have ever seen in this type of environment. One Sunday I just needed to find a laundry mat close to my home since my 2 yrs old daughter wet my comforter and I did not want to place in my washer. I ran here thinking it would be just like any other and boy was I shocked. The owner so happens to be a customer of mines at the bank, but the music, the free snacks for customers, the cleanliness and most importantly the professionalism is unmatched in this industry but more so even more unmatched with any establishment I have been to in Delaware. The man who works there was very helpful and accommodating however the area there is not safe I dont feel comfortable with the people that were hanging around the premises even during daylight...

Most pleasant laundry environment. Mr. Lincoln has free coffee n donut for the people washing clothes. He is kind, helpful and he doesnt take any mess. God bless him for feeding the people. LOVE THIS LAUNDRO MAT!!!

Nice, clean place. But when i needed assistance, cant find employee anywhere. Finally when she came back, she was rude and seemingly annoyed with having to answer a simple question! Nice and clean, machines work well, but emploees are RUDE!

I like going here and on Sundays u can get a hot breakfast who else u know cook food or have food for u when u do ur laundry.....NO BODY THATS WHO

Lincoln gives excellent customer service

Recently i had a good review for this place. my last visit there changes everything! my debit card was charged twice for one transaction. not that big a deal in itself but still a pain to have to do extra work for money i already earned. i go back with receipt, the laundromat card i was charging up. the manager tells me that no. not doesnt happen i pul up my online banking records ahow him the double charge. he then says oh well that can happen but informs me that they dont issue refunds. we dont do that. id have to take it up with my bank. anybody famaliar with a pos system knows there is a way to issue refunds. so now i get to go through at least an hr of time wasted for money i already earned. will never go there again. imagine there are times when that extra charge could have cost me an overdraft fee.
